Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Natalie Decker is showing off her baby bump – in her two-piece workout gear. In a new social media post the NASCAR driver celebrates being 31 weeks pregnant by sharing a photo of her belly in a crop top and shorts. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

1

Arthritis

Decker battles arthritis and uses her platform to educate people. "Living with an autoimmune disease has its ups and downs," she told The Podium Finish. "But overall, I just want to be a voice for those who go through the same difficulties as I do with everyday tasks. So many people don't understand how much this can affect your life and I want to educate those people."

Decker shared one of her go-to meals with ESPN. "It's a quick and easy recipe, so for those long days when you just want something now, it's perfect," said. "I also just love vegetables. For me, eating healthy is important. There's always so many things going on, so it definitely helps to be healthy and in shape when we're racing every weekend. You've got to be on top of your game and be able to perform."

Coffee

In her morning vlog she reveals that she starts the day with coffee, which she makes with her espresso machine. According to the Cleveland Clinic, there are several benefits of drinking coffee in moderation. "It acts on your brain to improve memory, mood, reaction times, and mental function," they say, citing a study finding that caffeine can improve endurance and performance during exercise. It is also antioxidant-rich, can ward off diabetes, prevent neurologic disease, lower cancer risk, and ward off depression, they point out.

Walking on an Incline

In the same video she walks on her treadmill on an incline. Walking on an incline burns more calories than walking fast or even running on a flat surface, which is why many experts suggest upping your incline. A 2013 study even found that walkin on a 2 to 7 percent incline increased heart rate by almost 10 percent when compared with running on a flat surface.
