Noel shares a lot of her favorite workouts on Instagram. In this video, she is seen doing a high-intensity interval training session. HIIT has a lot of benefits. UC Davis Health reports that, "HIIT and other high-intensity exercise programs help you burn a lot of calories in a short amount of time. Research has also showed that you keep burning calories for hours after your workout is finished. These workouts typically cause you to burn more fat and build muscle. Studies have also showed that high-intensity workouts may help lower blood pressure and heart rate."

She Runs

Noel likes to run to stay fit. She is seen doing so at the beginning of this Instagram reel. FloTrack states that running has a lot of benefits. "Running and jogging is an aerobic exercise, and you're working out both your heart and lungs while doing so. This will also lead to a lower resting heart rate, lower bad cholesterol in your blood and lower blood pressure. You don't need to run an obscene amount of miles every day to get these benefits, either. Those who just run a couple of minutes a day decrease their risk of cardiovascular death by 58 percent. If you have a hard time running, you can still give your heart a workout by jogging or walking."

She Hikes

Noel spends a lot of time outside. One thing she likes to do is go hiking. In this Instagram post from a trip to Yellowstone, Noel is seen hiking. Harvard Health states that hiking has a lot of benefits. "Like brisk walking, hiking is a good way to improve your cardiovascular fitness, particularly if your route includes some hills, which will force your heart to work harder. Taking a hike on the slightly uneven surface of a trail also provides a natural way to engage the core muscles in your torso and to hone your balance skills."

She Plays Padel

Noel likes to play padel to stay in shape. She shared this video on Instagram of herself on the court. LTA states that padel has a lot of health benefits. "It's a full-body workout that keeps you moving from beginning to end – helping to improve your endurance, cardiovascular health and prevent health risk factors in the future. It involves plenty of running, movement from side-to-side and quick changes of direction and will help you build your speed and strength. Like tennis, while improving your overall aerobic fitness so you can run for longer, padel also helps you build muscle with short and explosive movements to benefit your anaerobic fitness."
