4 Workouts That Keep Natasha Oakley's Abs & Legs Beach-Ready

Natasha Oakley is an impressive celeb to keep up with. She's a successful businesswomen, blogger, and influencer. Tash is also the co-owner of chic swimsuit brand, Monday Swimwear, alongside her friend Devin Brugman. The two are recognized as "swimwear connoisseurs," and it's clear as to why. They look downright stunning and ultra-sculpted in beach attire.

Tash shares plenty of swim snaps on Instagram, leaving her followers wondering how she keeps her bikini bod in shape 24/7. We did some digging to find out her fitness secrets.

1. She Meditates

In one of her blog entries entitled, "Health Is Wealth," Tash spilled some of her top wellness habits. One of her go-to's? Practicing meditation.

"Fitness and diet are just two parts of my health and wellness routine, I try to listen to my body and what it needs," she wrote. "I am honestly not great at meditating but I know how important it is so I try to do 10 mins each morning. I will repeat positive mantras or focus on my breath."

Meditation can be a great addition to any well-rounded fitness routine, as it's considered to be a mental workout.

2. She Loves Pilates

Naturally, the co-founder of The Pilates Class does a ton of Pilates workouts to keep herself in top form. Pilates is a great form of exercise, particularly for the core and legs.

"I am a HUGE fan of pilates," Tash wrote on her blog. "It really suits my body and fitness goals to a tee and now that I have The Pilates Class, I've found it easier than ever to stick to a routine and reach my goals because I never have an excuse—it's literally so easy to roll out of bed and do a class at home."

She added, "Finding that balance between the physical aspects of working out (building that booty, maintaining those abs) and mental aspects (learning to connect to my body and breath, mental clarity) was pivotal for me."

3. She Does Classes

Tash does Pilates classes with her business partner, Jacqui Kingswell. She talked about how working with Kingswell helped her stay motivated.

"When I started doing classes with Jacqui in person two years ago I immediately knew how talented and special she was," Tash wrote. "She is inspiring and motivational but also has a calm and grounding presence that I crave so much within my hectic schedule."

The influencer added, "My routine on a weekly basis is to follow the Satisfying to Intense schedule on The Pilates Class app. There are walks and runs included in the weekly schedule which is a great way to break it up. I will add ankle/ arm weights and booty bands to most of my classes to make the workout a little more intense and really build strength."

Her schedule typically includes a combo of quick 10 to 20-minute goals classes, along with some lengthier sessions. "I will sometimes change the schedule around to suit my day," Tash wrote. "Stretching is something I have also focused on a lot more over the last few years so I'll do an extra stretch class at least once a week. Not only does this help with muscle recovery but it feels absolutely amazing."

4. She Walks and Runs

Tash doesn't skip out on cardio.

"I also love incorporating walking and running into my routine mostly during the warmer months," she wrote in her blog. "I am really not good with the cold which explains why I have created a life and career that revolves around warm destinations! I usually do a 45min- 1.5 hour walk on my chill days. If I am running, I will do about 45 mins of jogging with some sprint intervals in the middle."

She Eats Mostly Plant-Based Foods

Other wellness secrets from Tash Oakley? While she doesn't follow a strict diet, the foods she consumes are mostly plant-based.

"I am predominantly vegetarian and eat vegan whenever I get the opportunity, however, I do occasionally eat seafood and meat. During the week (Mon-Thurs) I am very healthy and aware of what I put into my body. My partner and I also do Meatless Mondays and Vegan Tuesdays which I encourage all meat eaters to do at the very least," Tash wrote.

She Gets Plenty of Sleep

Tash also prioritizes her beauty rest by optimizing her bedtime routine.

"I put my phone down from 8pm most nights, take baths, drink tea and do my skin care routine so by the time my head hits the pillow I am in a calm and blissful state ready for my 8 hours," she wrote.
