Nesrin Cavadzade is heating up social media with her latest mirror selfie. In a new post the Turkish actress flaunts her washboard abs in a crop top. She captioned the clip “kisses from #Dubai.” How does she approach diet, fitness, and self care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

1. Strength and Weight Training

Nesrin is big into strength and weight training. According to the Mayo Clinic, strength and weight training help reduce body fat, preserve and increase lean muscle mass, and burn calories more efficiently. Strength training may also help you:

  • Develop strong bones
  • Manage your weight
  • Enhance your quality of life
  • Manage chronic conditions
  • Sharpen your thinking skills

2. Exercise for Stress and Mental Health

When asked by Formsante what she does for stress and mental health, she revealed that “sports” are her go-to. “I have been involved with the movement since a very young age. I started ballet thanks to my mother. My ballet teacher was very disciplined. I started swimming after moving to Turkey with my mother at the age of 11. I also did tennis and horse riding. I have been actively doing fitness for 10 years,” she explained.

3. Self-Care

Nesrin is all about self-care. She maintains that she has two methods she relies on. One is meditation, “or I go for a massage,” she told Formsante. According to the Mayo Clinic, studies support the many benefits of getting a regular rub down. These include stress reduction, lessening pain and muscle tightness, increased relaxation, and improved immunity.

4. Keto Diet

“I am on a ketogenic diet. Good fats make up the majority of my diet,” Nesrin told Formsante about her diet. “I do not consume flour. I don't have bread in my life. I don't remember the last time I ate pasta. In fact, I am so used to not eating that when I eat something even small, with flour or bread, it immediately bothers me. Sometimes I can't say no to chocolate. I was a pescatarian until two years ago. I was only eating fish. But there were signs of weakness during training. I was having a hard time because I couldn't get enough protein. I started eating meat again.”

5. Boxing

Another way she deals with stress? “I schedule a boxing class and punch a punching bag,” she told the publication. Harvard Health maintains that boxing is a great way to build strength, improve balance, posture, hand-eye coordination, boost mood and endurance, and helps increase alertness.

Arianna Ajtar is enjoying the blue skies and gorgeous sand at La Môme Plage private beach in Cannes, France. Ajtar shared pictures of herself lounging on a beach towel in a lemon yellow bathing suit, smiling in the sunshine. “Kisses from the south of France,” she captioned the post. How does she stay so fit? 1. Weight Training

Arianna-Ajtar-2Arianna Ajtar/Instagram

Ajtar does weight and resistance training at the gym, which is good for fat burning, muscle support, and bone health. “Strength training, in particular, has bone benefits beyond those offered by aerobic weight-bearing exercise,” says Harvard Health. “It targets bones of the hips, spine, and wrists, which are the sites most likely to fracture.”

2. Getting Her Steps In

Arianna-Ajtar-3Arianna Ajtar/Instagram

Ajtar makes sure to get enough walking throughout the day, either outside or on a treadmill. “Walking helps make your heart more efficient,” says cardiologist Tamanna Singh, MD. “As you’re improving your fitness, your heart actually becomes more effective with each heart pump that it provides for that type of exercise.”

3. Fresh Cucumber Salad

Healthy,Vegetable,Salad,Of,Fresh,Tomato,,Cucumber,,Onion,,Spinach,,LettuceShutterstock

Ajtar loves fresh salads, especially made with cucumber. “Cucumbers can help with disease prevention, weight management and digestion,” says Amber Sommer, RD, LD. “And because they are readily available and easy to eat, everyone can reap the benefits.”

4. Discipline Over Motivation

Arianna AjtarArianna Ajtar/Instagram

Ajtar relies on discipline when she isn’t in the mood to work out. “Really could not be one bit bothered today; but I reminded myself it's me vs me yesterday and if it were easy, everyone would do it!” she says. “Mental resilience is key in getting the body you want and motivation is only what gets you started, but it won't keep you going! If you're feeling like you need to gym today or should train; just do it even if it's for 20 minutes it's still something! I promise you you're never leaving a session no matter how short / long feeling bad; you're only going to feel amazing and build up that mental strength for consistency!”

5. Stretching Every Day

Arianna AjtarArianna Ajtar/Instagram

Ajtar never skips her daily stretching sessions. “Stretching is a huge part of your muscle growth that's super underrated,” she says. “Even if you're a weight trainer and you lift heavy (I personally don't and never have lifted super heavy), by stretching the muscles properly you're elongating your muscle and allowing a deeper range of motion.”

Dua Lipa has established herself, very quickly, as one of the biggest pop stars today. After the release of her second album, Future Nostalgia, Lipa has won Grammys, starred in campaigns for Versace and Adidas, and has even appeared in commercials for Truly. Lipa is also known for her incredible figure, which she is not afraid to show off on her Instagram page. Just today she posted a photo of herself in a leather bikini top, looking fierce. Read on to see 7 ways Dua Lia stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bikini Photos!

1. She Does 15-Minute Intervals Daily

In an interview with Vogue, Lipa revealed that she does 15-minute intervals, which include mountain climbers, jumping jacks, and burpees, daily. She says, “It’s high-intensity interval training, but it’s so quick, it’s over before it’s even started!” Lipa says that she experiments with exercises as well. “I’m still trying to see what my boundaries are and how far I can push myself and when I need to rest,” she says.

2. She Loves Boxing

The BRIT Awards 2021 - Media RoomJMEnternational for BRIT Awards/Getty Images

Another of Lipa’s favorite exercises is boxing, and she tries to fit it in when she has time. Lipa told BeautyCrew.com, "I love boxing in my spare time. I like doing it for fitness [and] I like doing it just to kinda clear my mind. I really enjoy it. I like that it's definitely a full body workout. Since starting boxing I've probably been in the best shape ever. It's also a great stress reliever."

3. She Experiments With Workouts When She’s On The Road

Even with touring, traveling, and a busy schedule, Lipa always tries to find time to exercise. Lipa says to Marie Claire that when she travels, she likes to change up her workouts and try new things. “When you're on a tour bus, every day and every place is different, so you never know what you're going to find. That's always one way to keep it interesting."

4. She Treats Herself

Donuts,Decorated,Icing,And,Sprinkles,On,White,Background,Top,ViewShutterstock

Lipa says that while she tries to eat healthy, she doesn’t deprive herself of a treat once in a while. "I try and stay as healthy as possible whenever I can," Lipa told The Urban List."I'm never one to stop myself having treats, I do love naughty treats. But I try and limit it to days when I'm not as busy, because if I do eat a doughnut it usually puts me in a food coma!"

5. She Focuses Her Core

Lipa is known for her incredible abs, and she told The Urban List that she does a lot of core workouts to maintain them. "I think different variations of crunches like bicycle crunches are good. Leg raises are also great unless my back hurts. Planks are good although almost certainly my least favourite!"

6. She Dances During Her Live Performances

2019 American Music Awards - Fixed ShowKevin Winter/Getty Images

Dua Lipa used to get made fun of on social media for her dancing.“There were so many things, especially when you start out, like a video of me dancing and they’re like, ‘Ah well, she has no stage presence’—but they’d never been to one of my shows, they’d never seen me perform. They would take one small snippet and run with it and it would become a whole thing,” she told Attitude. However, when performing songs from her album Future Nostalgia, fans noticed that Lipa’s dancing had improved greatly, and that her choreography had gotten a lot more difficult. Lipa said those nasty comments made her want to work harder and improve her dancing. "It was a tough time. But I’m also so grateful for the experience because I became so much stronger. I became so much more confident after that. Now I know what I’m good at; I know how to be good at what I do; [and] I know how much work it takes to be good at what I do.”

7. She Made A Workout Video To Her Song “Physical”

Dua Lipa’s second single from her album Future Nostalgia is called “Physical.” And she decided to make a workout video for that song, channelling Olivia Newton-John and inspired by ‘80s workout classes. According to a study, high-tempo songs like “Physical” can make working out a lot easier. “We found that listening to high-tempo music while exercising resulted in the highest heart rate and lowest perceived exertion compared with not listening to music," says Professor Luca P. Ardigò of the University of Verona. “This means that the exercise seemed like less effort, but it was more beneficial in terms of enhancing physical fitness.”

1. She Mixes Up Her Workouts

"When I have a tiny bit more time on my side I love mixing up lots of different training, finding different workouts in whatever city I'm in, whether it's yoga, Pilates, boxing or spinning," the singer has said. "Whatever it is, I try to change it up every day to keep things interesting. When you're on a tour bus, every day and every place is different, so you never know what you're going to find. That's always one way to keep it interesting."

2. She Does HIIT

dua-lipa-abs-closeupDua Lipa/Instagram

"I love doing something that's really fast and quick, like a 15-minute HIIT session, which I can do before I start my day," she said in an interview with Viva. "If I've got a really early call time, I don't want to be waking up hours before I need to, to go and do a workout." “You'll be more time efficient,” says the Mayo Clinic. “Many people don't exercise because they say they don't have time. The Department of Health and Human Services recommends 150 minutes of moderate aerobic activity or 75 minutes of vigorous aerobic activity a week, or a combination of moderate and vigorous activity. Interval training enables you to complete an effective workout in less time than a standard cardiovascular workout. For example, you might complete a workout in about 15 to 20 minutes or less instead of 40 minutes.”

3. She Has Boxed

Dua Lipa powers up with the perfect pre-workout snack: "Bananas and cashew butter." According to Eat This, Not That!, which spoke with Katey Davidson, MScFN, RD, CPT, a contributor to Healthline and a Canadian registered dietitian with a Master of science in food and nutrition: “If you're about to jump into 30 to 45 minutes of high-intensity cardio—think an indoor cycling class or streaming a Tabata class—a snack with 15 to 75 grams of carbohydrates about 30 to 60 minutes before your morning workout might be ideal. Examples might include a piece of toast with nut butter, a banana, or a plant-based milk drink.”

5. She Starts Her Day With Exercise

Bianca Bustamante is revving up her engine in 2025 – in her workout gear. In a new social media post, the racecar driver reveals she is taking “the next major step” in her physical journey as a race driver “and I’ve set the target high!” she says in a new Instagram post, filled with video clips of herself lifting heavy weights at the gym. “Never been more motivated in my life, it’s not physically easy for a girl in this sport, but I’m super excited to take on this new challenge and the next big step on my racing journey,” she added. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here are her top lifestyle tips.

Lifting Weights

Bianca spends hours at the gym where she focuses on strength training along with endurance, cardio, reaction time, and reflexes. “You know, to be a driver, it’s a complete package. It takes strength. It takes mental fortitude. It takes reflexes, smart thinking, and survival skills,” she told MEGA Active. “Sometimes it's for the body, sometimes it's for the mind. Nothing more peaceful than early sessions,” she captioned an Instagram post of one of her sessions.

Double Down On Training

In her recent post, Bianca reveals that she working extra hard at the gym. “I’ve been working hard over the years to build a solid foundation, but in 2025, I’ll be working with @j_w_90 and I’m doubling down on my training. Increasing to two workouts a day not just on lifts but aerobic endurance, as well as a better focus on nutrition and rest, in order to raise the bar to compete in the higher formulas,” she said.

Fueling Your Body With Protein

Bianca makes sure to eat enough protein in order to build more muscle and stay as lean as possible to meet the weight requirement. “It’s been a really cool journey seeing my body develop and transform into this whole different person I never knew I could become,” she said. In her new post she added that she is meal prepping. “I’m soooo all in that im even learning how to cook & meal prep better than ever before,” she writes.

Taking Cold Plunges

As for recovery, cold plunging is part of Bianca’s training regime. Limited research supports the benefits of cold plunges, which may include easing sore muscles, bringing body temperature down, increasing focus, improving sleep, and decreasing inflammation, per the Cleveland Clinic. However, a 2021 study found that cold water immersion therapy promotes post-sport recovery.

Working On Self-Esteem

Positive self-talk is also important. “Of course, I put a lot of pressure on myself, but in the end, I always tell myself that as long as I give my best and I learn from it, any mistake I make is valid,” Bianca explained. “I always try to repeat that to myself that I am valid. I’m here for a reason and there’s nothing I would rather do than be here.”

Brenda Perlaza is flaunting her fantastic figure in a tiny bikini. In a new social media post the influencer, who calls herself La Barbie Negra, looks flawless as she poses on the beach in a neon yellow swimsuit. “#viral,” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. “Wow Wow,” one of her followers commented, while several others added fire emojis. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Jogging

Brenda enjoys jogging. According to the Mayo Clinic, running is great for cardiovascular health, muscle building, and weight loss. “For every mile run, the average person will burn approximately 100 calories,” they say.

Walking Her Dog

She also takes her dog on long walks. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day reduced the risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia, and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

Dancing

You can also find Brenda dancing to burn calories. Dancing is an excellent workout for many reasons. It builds strength and promotes flexibility, helps you lose weight, and even promotes cardiovascular function. A 2016 study published in the American Journal of Preventive Medicine determined that people who engaged in moderate-intensity dancing were 46 percent less likely to develop or die from heart disease than non-dancers. In comparison, moderate-intensity walkers were just 25 percent less likely to suffer heart health issues

Swimming

Brenda spends a lot of time in her swimsuit so it isn’t surprising she loves to swim. According to the CDC, swimming is a good way to get regular aerobic physical activity. Just two and a half hours per week of aerobic physical activity, such as swimming, bicycling, or running, can decrease the risk of chronic illnesses. In addition to the many physical benefits, multiple studies support the mental health benefits of swimming.

Hydration

Finally, Brenda hydrates, especially after a long workout or sun exposure. According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is essential for various reasons. Water helps eliminate waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature regular, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.

Cats rely on volunteers for their food and water and there’s a huge amount of them. There’s a city program to Spay and neuter with the wonderful @sobecats ladies and the feeding is made official by a City Sanctioned badge, yet new cats keep getting dumped daily sadly and there’s a never ending amount of work, emergencies and so on. I was on a feeding rotation but during the pandemic I was left alone caring for so many as people left town or couldn’t afford feeding anymore …I decided to start my own non profit @helpmiamicats . We feed close to 200 and when Batman got paralyzed took him and other special needs cats under my care … @stevensachs69 with the cat room and the amazing people involved devote their lives to these special souls … My life has changed a lot too … way less spare time, way more sweat and tears and lost the person I had by my side who had sadly other priorities … yet gained so much love from these lovely creatures !!! If you can please get involved in any way … follow @helpmiamicats , share, volunteer, adopt … donate … Only together we can make their world a better place !!! And yes … just me feeding the kitties and talking to them … 🤷🏻♀️👀😆❤️🙌”
