Newlywed Charli XCX in Bikini Says “I Love Them Allllllll”

Here are all of her diet and fitness habits

Charli XCX celebrated her birthday over the weekend in her bikini. In a new social media post, the newlywed shows off her amazing body in a bathing suit while celebrating with pal Georgia May Somary. “i love them allllllll <3,” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. How does the singer approach diet and fitness? Here are all of her diet and fitness habits.

1

Energizing Exercise

Charli has to exercise for energy. “I perform in a really high octane and energetic type of way. So, for me, it’s important to keep fit,” she told Forbes. “Also, I find that if I don’t exercise, I feel less awake. I try to work out five times a week because it really lifts my mood and makes me feel more positive. It’s important for me to stay balanced.”

2

Yoga

Charli does yoga, a great workout for her due to her on-the-go lifestyle. “I always take a yoga mat everywhere,” she told Forbes. “I try to do that before each show. It really works for me.” Harvard Health maintains that yoga is an effective form of exercise. “Researchers found that people who practiced yoga for at least 30 minutes once a week for at least four years gained less weight during middle adulthood,” they said. “People who were overweight lost weight. Overall, those who practiced yoga had lower body mass indexes (BMIs) than those who did not. Researchers attributed this to mindfulness. Mindful eating can lead to a more positive relationship with food and eating.”

Relaxed Appraoch to Diet

Charli isn’t strict about her diet. “I think you’ve just got to do your thing. I mean, I love pizza, and I think everyone is human and they go for that stuff,” she told DailyMail. You shouldn’t stress about that stuff.”

4

Hydration

“Drinking lots of water” is a priority, Charli told Forbes. According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is essential for several reasons. Water helps eliminate waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, maintains a normal body temperature, lubricates and cushions joints, and protects sensitive tissues.

5

Self-Care

Charli prioritizes self-care. “It’s just a balance in life. Just making sure you take care of yourself. It often like starts really well and then as the tour progresses it gets a little bit harder. I try my best to kind of sustain throughout,” she told Forbes.
