Sarah Jessica Parker

Sarah Jessica Parker opened up about her workout routine in an interview. She says that she loves to do yoga a couple times a week. “I work out for a sum total of 22 minutes,” she said. “That’s all I can bear. I try to do yoga three times a week.”
Kathy Najimy

Kathy Najimy worked with Sarah Jessica on the Hocus Pocus films. She talked about her wellness secrets with New Beauty. “I have my mother’s great Lebanese skin! I eat pretty healthily—in fact, I’m eating edamame and hummus as we speak. But, full-disclosure, I’m addicted to bubble tea. I’d also like to say, we all know women are made to feel horrible about something they have no control over, and that is aging. The good news is that if you are aging, that means you are still alive!”
Cynthia Nixon

Cynthia Nixon is Sarah Jessica’s co-star and close friend. Cynthia talked about her fitness secrets in an interview with Parade. “During the pandemic, I started working out with a [trainer] who my mother-in-law uses, and we’re very devoted to her. My wife and I work out with her two to three times a week, as often as we can. I’m not an incredibly athletic person, but during the first months of the pandemic, I really wasn’t doing anything. And it was not good for my body. It was not good for my flexibility.”
Kristin Davis

Kristin Davis has worked with Sarah Jessica on Sex & The City and And Just Like That. She revealed in an interview with SELF that she takes supplements and uses products at night. “I’m always vitamin D deficient for some unknown reason, and so before bed I take vitamin D, and I lie on the heating pad. I just need heat. I have Tiger Balm. I have some CBD oil. I can’t tell if it does anything, but I put it on there.“
Andy Cohen

Andy Cohen is one of Sarah Jessica’s best friends. He talked about giving up alcohol for weight loss on Jeff Lewis Live. “I have been losing weight,” Cohen said. “I haven’t drank for six weeks. I haven’t had a drink for six weeks. I needed to slim down and it’s always the way to get me to slim down is to quit drinking. Because then I watch what I’m eating, I don’t snack and I don’t eat late at night.”
Matthew Broderick

Sarah Jessica is married to actor Matthew Broderick. He talked about his career and navigating ups and downs to The Guardian. “People associated me with younger roles, but I wanted them to come with me and get used to the fact that I’m wrinkly. And it was hard. The 90s were hard. Lots of ups and downs. But I always tried to keep at it, keep my heart in it. Hopefully that keeps you in the game.”
Mario Cantone

Mario Cantone is one of Sarah Jessica’s Sex & The City and And Just Like That co-stars. Like his character, Anthony Marentino, Mario is an avid baker. “I don’t do it all the time, but I was also making sourdough bread for a while before COVID,” he told The Queer Review. “I had a sourdough starter and you have to feed it every fucking day! So I was traveling with it like an infant. I would put it in my suitcase and the shit would explode! You have to feed it every day, otherwise it dies. So finally, I had to kill the child and I stopped making it. But Michael didn’t even know that, so this whole baking thing is something I’m so happy about. I think the gimmick of Hot Fellas is hilarious. I just I love it. I’m so happy about this part and I love how he’s evolved. I mean, he’s still blunt and he’s still outrageous, but he’s a little calmer. There’s a maturity there that I like.”
Nicole Ari Parker

Nicole Ari Parker is another of Sarah Jessica’s And Just Like That co-stars. In an interview with Parade, she shared some of her favorite exercises that she can do wherever. “I get out of bed, lay on the floor and do a circuit of five exercises: squats, lunges, push-ups, sit-ups and jumping jacks. I do it four times and I’m done. Think about it this way: It’s easy to do this wherever you are and I promise you will start your day energized if you do this.”
Kerry Washington

Another member of Sarah Jessica’s friend group is Kerry Washington. She talked about her skincare secrets with WhoWhatWear. “The big nonnegotiable for me is that I never go to sleep with makeup on. I always clean my face! Now, I will be honest with you. Sometimes, that might be the pack of Neutrogena makeup-remover wipes that sits on the side of my bed. Once or twice a month, that might be what it looks like. But generally speaking, I’m more of a double-cleanse girl. So I start with the wipes to get the day’s ick off, and then I do a cleanser.“
Bridget Moynahan

Bridget Moynahan had a recurring role on Sarah Jessica’s show, Sex & The City. She talked about wanting to eat healthy to Us Weekly. “If you’re treating yourself with respect and making a healthy lifestyle, it can only rub off on your children,” Bridget said. “I eat most of my meals with my son, and he eats whatever I’m eating. I’m not going to sit here and eat fried Twinkies. I’m not grazing in front of the fridge or snacking between meals because I don’t want him doing that.”
Kyra Sedgwick

Sarah Jessica is friends with actress, Kyra Sedgwick. In an interview with New Beauty, Kyra shared how she stays mindful. “I meditate very imperfectly—not every day, but most days,” she says. “I know that I need to stay mindful, which is a practice in itself. It’s interesting; I live in New York and I walk around the city. If I feel like everyone I encounter is annoying, then everyone is also annoyed by me. I try to take the approach of, ‘Let it begin with me. This is totally my problem.’ Because there are days when I’m feeling good and I’m just so kind to everyone, and I get nothing but kindness back. You are definitely a reflection of yourself. We get what we put out. I try to put out good things; I try to put out good vibes. And when I get into despair about what’s happening in the world, I do some mindfulness techniques to get me out of that.”
