"Life is better" in a bathing suit, according to Abigail Rawlings. The Love Island star shows off her incredible figure and her collection of ink in one of her latest social media posts, wearing her top upside down. "Wow," commented one of her Instagram followers. "Damn," added another. How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Abigail Rawlings stays in shape and the photos that prove they work.

She Works Out and Is "Conscious" About Her Diet

A fan recently asked Abigail to "drop" her diet and exercise routine. "It's not consistent enough, I swear," Abigail replied. "So you just naturally have the most gorgeous body and figure? Okay, flex. No need to brag. I'm so jealous," the fan responded. "I do work out and I'm conscious of what I eat don't get me wrong! I mean I don't have a consistent routine to drop as I kinda just do as much as I can when I can but also don't put pressure on myself with a strict routine honey. Thank you though."

She Walks Her Dog

One way that Abigail gets her steps in is by walking her dog. "Beach walks on the most glorious of days. Feeling very grateful to live in such a beautiful place," she captioned a post. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer in terms of exercise, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

She Skateboards

You can often find Abigail getting around on her skateboard. Skateboarding is an excellent workout that combines cardio, strength, and balance training, explains Beyond the Board. "It's a fun way to get fit, tone muscles, and improve overall health while having a blast!"

She Juices

One way Abigail gets her nutrients in is by drinking juices. "Love a juice me," she captioned a post.

She Reads

Abigail is also a reader, a great habit for mental health. "Today I woke up with a busy mind, feeling super stressed and anxious. After a few hours of laying in bed I finally dragged myself out on a forest walk with my little man, sat on my favourite view point and read a chapter of my book. On my way back I listed things I'm grateful for in my head, reminding myself just how fortunate I am to live a healthy and full life. In doing this it shifted my thinking, to focus on the positives and not the negatives, I heightened my vibration and I felt light again ✨ If you're feeling a little down.. this is your sign to spend some time doing something that makes your heart full and to remind yourself of everything you're grateful for. Positivity and gratitude really is the key to happiness," she captioned the post.
