1. She spends time outside
She spends time outside to soak in the sunshine and fresh air within nature. On Instagram, she’s posing in her two piece workout set, confidently showing off her progress. “When we're in urban environments or the office all day, we can experience sensory overload, resulting in tension and mental fatigue. Studies have shown that our minds and bodies relax in a natural setting. 2. She does home workouts
Sometimes it’s hard to make it to the gym, so she has workouts she can do at home when needed. “Here are my top 4 exercises for your glutes at home 🍑Sumo squat with a jump and a band to apply tension to your hips 🤘🏻 when you go down, squeeze your glutes. Fixed lunge, go down concentrating your strength on the glutes and when going up stretch both legs to get a hip extension with the band, if you are brave add a small glute kick each rep 😎Glute kick 🔥 do this movement slowly to have the muscle in constant tension 💪🏾And finally, my favorite ...
