1. Maintain a Meat-Free Diet

Amala’s diet is very holistic and doesn’t involve any meat. “I grow tomatoes, spinach and melons, a pepper vine climbs my coconut tree. I have a home and kitchen of my own. I’ve turned vegetarian and am on an ayurvedic diet,” she told The Hindu. "Plant-based diets carry some risk of inadequate protein, vitamin, and mineral intake. But these risks are readily overcome by choosing the right vegetarian foods and, when necessary, supplements. For example, soy, quinoa, and nuts are good sources of protein, and tofu, lentils, and spinach are good sources of iron," says Harvard Health.

2. Surf

Amala is an avid surfer. “I go to the beach every day, and I feel the creative energy of Auroville,” she told The Hindu, adding that the sport is a “vital part” of her lifestyle. “The waves were pretty rough, but I did not feel like getting out of the water,” she said.

3. Do Yoga

“Earlier, yoga was just exercise; now, I know it can help me progress in life,” Amala told The Hindu about why she is devoted to her practice Right now, I’m the unofficial brand ambassador of yoga, trekking and conscious living.” Per the American Osteopathic Association, the majority of the 100 practices of yoga include breathing exercises, meditation, and assuming postures (sometimes called asana or poses) that stretch and flex various muscle groups.“The relaxation techniques incorporated in yoga can lessen chronic pain, such as lower back pain, arthritis, headaches and carpal tunnel syndrome,” Natalie Nevins, DO, a board-certified osteopathic family physician and certified Kundalini Yoga instructor in Hollywood, California, explained to them. “Yoga can also lower blood pressure and reduce insomnia.”

4. Take a Hike

“Trekking,” aka hiking, is a big part of Amala’s life. Some of the physical benefits of going for a hike include building stronger muscles and bones, improving sense of balance and heart health, and decreasing the risk of certain respiratory problems. It also offers many mental health benefits, according to a Stanford University study. “Beauty at its best. Simply in awe,” she captioned this photo from one of her treks.

5. Kayak

Amala enjoys other outdoor activities, like kayaking. “Row row row your worries away on a sunny day!” she captioned this photo of herself, enjoying a beautiful day on the water in a kayak. Rowing is great for building upper body strength, helps reduce stress, and can burn up to 400 calories per hour, translating to 1,600 calories in four hours of paddling.

1. Yoga Every Day

Yoga is part of Paul’s everyday routine, come rain or shine. “Yoga is a wonderful way to tone and shape all the gluteal muscles without using any weights, equipment or machines,” says trainer Elise Joan. “Since yoga uses our own body weight to build muscle, it can be an effective way to shape your booty with a low risk of injury. Below are my tried-and-true moves to help lift and round your seat, while strengthening the hips and improving flexibility.”

2. She’s a Sprinter

Paul loves sprinting outdoors as part of her exercise routine. “I think people have a love-hate relationship with running because it can be intimidating to start,” says Peloton tread instructor Jess Sims. “And to that I say, just start! Take some pressure off yourself.”

3. She Grows Her Own Fruit and Vegetables

Paul grows her own tomatoes, spinach, peppers, melons, and coconuts. “Backyard gardening can inspire you to take an interest in the origins of your food and make better choices about what you put on your plate,” says Dr. Helen Delichatsios, an internist at Harvard-affiliated Massachusetts General Hospital. “When you grow your own food, you savor it more because of the effort it took to get to the table.”

4. She Loves Almond Milk

Paul enjoys almond milk in her drinks. “Almonds are rich in nutrients that help protect the heart, including unsaturated fatty acids, phytosterols, magnesium, vitamin E, copper and manganese,” says registered nutritionist Nicola Shubrook. “Two research studies in 2012 and 2014 found that including almonds in your diet may reduce the risk of heart disease, specifically in overweight individuals. Further research has shown that almond consumption helps to reduce LDL cholesterol which may, in turn, help to reduce the risk of heart disease.”

5. Resistance Training

Paul knows the importance of resistance and strength training for building a strong, toned physique. “We’re very familiar with the benefits of aerobic exercise like running, cycling or walking, but we haven’t focused on lifting and strength exercise. They’re seen on either ends of the spectrum – one makes you strong and muscular and one helps you live longer but that’s not true. The reality is the two, in terms of health benefits, overlap more than they differ,” says Dr. Stuart Phillips, a McMaster University professor in kinesiology and Canada Research Chair in skeletal muscle health.

Recently, Mathers gave fans a glimpse of her go-to workout looks, modeling sleek two-piece sets in soft toffee and blush tones. From nutrient-packed meals to balanced eating habits, here’s a look at how Mathers stays in top shape.

She Loves Avocado

Mathers makes sure to eat a healthy diet. She shared some of her favorite foods in an Instagram story highlight. In this photo, she is seen eating a salad with avocado. The Cleveland Clinic says that avocado is very healthy. “Avocados are a good source of fiber, which is a type of carbohydrate that your body can’t break down. You need both soluble and insoluble fiber — and lucky for you, avocados have both.”

She Loves Cucumbers

In the previous Instagram story, Mathers included cucumbers in her salad. Cucumbers are very good for you. The Cleveland Clinic says, “Yes, cucumbers are a great part of a healthy diet! Cucumbers belong to the gourd or Cucurbitaceae family, along with pumpkins, squash and melons. This low-calorie fruit (yes, a fruit — it has seeds and grows from a flowering plant!) is chock-full of water and other nutrients, including fiber, vitamins A, K and C, potassium and calcium.”

She Loves Tomatoes

Mathers also put tomatoes in the salad in her Instagram story. According to The Cleveland Clinic, they are very good for you. “One cup of tomato juice offers 45 milligrams of vitamin C — about 75% of an adult’s daily needs. A powerful antioxidant, vitamin C helps boost your body’s immune cells that fight infection and prevent free radical damage to your healthy cells.”

She Loves Lettuce

Mathers naturally included lettuce in her salad. Lettuce is really good for you. The Cleveland Clinic says, “Lettuce is chock-full of antioxidants. These food chemicals protect you against free radicals, which cause inflammation and may contribute to eye diseases, diabetes and other chronic conditions. Research shows that eating a small side salad before your main course can help you feel fuller. As a result, you eat fewer calories during your meal. Findings suggest that starting your meal with a salad can lead to weight loss or help you maintain a healthy weight.”

She Loves Tuna

Lastly, Mathers included tuna in her salad. Safe Beat says that tuna has a lot of health benefits. “Tuna is rich in potassium, which is known for lowering blood pressure. Omega-3 fatty acids in combination with potassium bring an anti-inflammatory effect to the cardiovascular system, which in turn benefits us by lowering blood pressure, risk of stroke and heart attacks.”

Natasa Stankovic isn’t just a content creator—she’s a fitness inspiration. Known for sharing intense workout sessions on Instagram, she keeps her followers motivated with creative exercise challenges and dynamic routines.

In her latest post, Stankovic teamed up with Aleksandar Illic for a lower body blast, pushing through variations of squats and lunges. Dressed in a sleek two-piece workout set, she captioned the session, “Wednesday challenge,” proving that fitness is all about consistency and fun.

So, how does she maintain her lean, strong physique? From strength training to Pilates, here’s a look at Stankovic’s go-to workout moves.

She Does Squats

Stankovic does squats to keep herself in shape, as you can see in her Instagram video. Piedmont says that this exercise has a lot of health benefits. “Whether you’re hoping to tone your muscles, strengthen your core or just improve overall health, squats are one of the best exercises you can do. Although the movements appear relatively simple, squats can take time to master. Joel Hardwick, ACSM EP-C, EIM2, an exercise physiologist at Piedmont Atlanta Fitness Center, says practice will pay off…Hardwick explains that squats are a compound, multi-joint movement, which means they exercise several muscle groups. When you perform a squat, you work your calves, quads, hamstrings, glutes, core and part of your back.”

She Does Lunges

Stankovic is also seen doing lunges in her Instagram video. The Mayo Clinic reports that lunges are very beneficial to do. “The lunge is a body resistance exercise that works the leg muscles. Specifically, the lunge targets the quadriceps and the hamstring muscles in the thigh, the gluteal muscles in the buttock, and to a lesser extent, the lower leg muscles. The lunge is a great conditioning exercise for many sports, especially those that involve lunging movements, such as tennis, basketball or soccer.”

She Does Cardio

Stankovic likes to do cardio workouts to keep herself in shape. She shared this video of herself doing fast box jumps in different directions on Instagram. Stankovic captioned it, “Morning cardio challenge.” Cardio exercises have a lot of benefits. The Cleveland Clinic says, “When you work your heart and other muscles of your body during cardio exercise, this increases oxygen supply to your whole body, allowing all muscles to work harder and more efficiently. Over time, regular cardio exercise allows your muscles to adapt to an increased workload, making regular activities seem easier.”

She Does Pilates

Stankovic shares a lot of her favorite workouts in an Instagram story highlight. In some of the stories, she is seen doing Pilates exercises on a reformer. Pilates is very beneficial. The Cleveland Clinic says, “One of the reasons Pilates is such a good workout is that it specifically focuses on building core strength.”

She Strength Trains

Stankovic likes to strength train to keep herself in shape. She shared this Instagram story of herself using dumbbells. ACE Fitness says that strength training and using weights has a lot of health benefits. “Strength training with heavy weights improves muscle definition. Muscle definition occurs as the result of muscles remaining in a state of semi-contraction and heavy strength training recruits the larger type II muscle fibers responsible for a muscle’s appearance.”

Kim French in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Real Results" Workout

Learn how she sculpts her powerhouse physique with deadlifts, lunges, squats, and more.

Kim French is more than just a personal trainer—she’s a fitness coach who empowers thousands through her Believe App and Instagram workouts. Known for her structured, effective home training plans, she proves that you don’t need a gym full of heavy weights to build serious strength.

In a recent Instagram post, French shared a glimpse of her at-home training, reminding followers that smart training delivers "REAL results." Rocking a sleek two-piece workout set, she showcased some of her go-to exercises, emphasizing that with the right strategy, anyone can see progress.

So what’s in her routine? From deadlifts to hip thrusts, here’s how French sculpts her powerhouse physique.

She Does Deadlifts

French is seen doing deadlifts in her Instagram post. This exercise has a lot of benefits. NASM says, “A Romanian deadlift is a hip-hinge pattern that works the hamstrings and glutes. It is a form of deadlift with noticeably less bend in the knee, leading to greater hamstring engagement than traditional deadlifts. The move was introduced to the masses in the 90s by Romanian weightlifter Nicu Vlad (an Olympic and World Weightlifting champion) and his coach Dragomir Cioroslan. The two invented the move to help Nicu strengthen his back for the clean and jerk. Today, RDLs are commonly used to strengthen the posterior chain, using the core muscles to stabilize and the hamstrings and glutes to drive the movement.”

She Does Lunges

Another exercise that French is seen doing in her Instagram post is lunges. NASM says that they are very beneficial. “The lunge is a versatile, simple and effective movement for lower body training. Various positions, planes of motion and speeds can all yield different training adaptations for the exerciser. Lunges are the gift that keeps on giving!”

She Does Squats

French is seen doing squats in her Instagram video. According to The Cleveland Clinic, squats are very beneficial. “Here’s a quick look at the many benefits of squats, also known as bodyweight squats or air squats: Works major muscle groups. Burns calories. Strengthens your core. Improves lower body strength. Enhances stability and balance. Betters your posture.”

She Does Hamstring Curls

French is seen doing hamstring curls in her Instagram post. According to The Mayo Clinic, hamstring curls are very beneficial. “The seated hamstring curl is an exercise you can do with a weight machine to work the muscles in the back of the thigh. As the name implies, the seated hamstring curl targets the hamstring muscles here in the back of the thigh. Strong hamstring muscles help to protect your ligaments in the knee.”

She Does Hip Thrusts

French shared this video on Instagram of herself doing hip thrusts. She captioned it, “Hip Thrusts are no doubt one of the best exercises for building your Glutes but of course with any exercise, the form has to be correct for you to see the maximum benefits…✖️ Feet too far forwards will engage your hamstrings more ✖️ Feet too close to you will engage your quads more ✔️ Feet placed so your calves are vertical will engage your glutes more.”
