Ayesha Curry is celebrating her wedding anniversary with her husband, NBA champ, Steph Curry. She shared some photos of the two of them on her Instagram, including shots of them on a boat together. Curry captioned the post, “It’s our anniversary! 12 years of being married to my best friend and love of my life. 15 years of dates and making memories. So much more to go. I love this man so much!!! 1. She Makes Smoothies

Curry is an avid chef. She shared some of her favorite foods and recipes in an interview with Parade. “My kids and I love a good smoothie,” Curry explains. “I have a great tropical post-workout smoothie that packs a lot of collagen and it has frozen mangoes, peaches and spinach. I'll do a version of that for myself with the collagen and without the collagen for the kids. They absolutely love it.”
2. She Doesn’t Stress About Weight Loss

Curry doesn’t like to stress too much about her health and wellness. She tells Parade that this mindset has helped with her weight loss. “For me, I found that when I started thinking less about weight loss, I started seeing the change," she says. "It's important to make sure that weight loss is slow and gradual because oftentimes when you find that quick fix, you’ll have a fallback period where you gain back more than you lost."
3. She Meditates

Curry tells Parade that she is a big fan of practicing meditation. “I take five to 15 minutes every day to meditate and pray and have quiet time with myself—whether it's in the morning, in the evening or anytime in between. I find that just taking a moment of clarity really helps me recompose myself.”
4. She Loves Sweet Potatoes
In her interview with Parade, Curry shared some of her favorite healthy foods. “I love sweet potatoes,” says Curry. “There are so many things that you can do with them, whether you're roasting, making mashed potatoes, or incorporating them into a saute or a curry. I love the little bit of sweetness that brings to a dish. And when it comes to green vegetables, we almost always have asparagus on the table.”
5. She Wants To Build Lean Muscle
At the beginning of the year, Curry shared some of her wellness goals and secrets with People. She says that she wants to try to build lean muscle. "One of my big resolutions for January is going to be to build a little bit of lean muscle," she says. "I've lost 35 lbs. over the past year, which I'm really excited about, but now I want that definition and I want to feel strong in my skin."
