Belén Mozo Inspires in Cute Golf Skirt While Preparing for Women's Open

"Ladies, you don’t wanna miss out on this one. Husbands, your time to caddy!”

Belén Mozo is a Spanish pro golfer known for her time during the Ladies European Tour and the LPGA, among other championships. She posted on Instagram for the ladies, saying "thinking on getting my Amateur status to play the Casa de Campo Women's Open, October 22-26th . Ladies, you don't wanna miss out on this one. Husbands, your time to caddy!" Belén Mozo aims to encourage players, but it definitely goes beyond golf with her fierce mental and physical training that inspires others to be fit and active.

She has worked to evolve

She knows there's always room to improve and develop in the game of golf. "Through the years on tour I have been evolving and developing as a player every year. All thanks to people I have known and worked with over my years on the LPGA," as said on her website, BelenMozo.com.

She aims to rid her body of toxins

She tries to rid her body of toxins. "Clearly, it will be very hard to be 100% free of toxins and heavy metals in our bodies. The only thing we can control is to be proactive in the prevention stages. Which means eating organic food and vegetables, avoiding plastic containers for food storage and water, [using] natural household cleaners, [seeking] out natural plant-base skincare as much as we can, [and using] Zeolite as a natural detoxifier," as said on her website, BelenMozo.com.

3

She aims for consistency

She creates habits that lead to consistency. "Habits create consistency and consistency evolves into stability. A very powerful tool that enables you as a player to be in control of the things you have to work on every day. They might be simple putting drills at first, but when you become consistent with them, they embody something greater: peace of mind," she said on BelenMozo.com.

She's grateful for her coaches

She values the team that has helped her reach her goals. "Learning how to practice is one of the things I have learned in the last couple of years. And much of it I have to thank to my last two coaches, Pedro Russi from Colombia who I worked 2015-mid 2017 and Jorge Parada from Spain, whom I started working with last August," she said. "With them I learned the importance of consistency drill training. Once you learn about your tendencies, you find a good drill that will help you. Like brushing your teeth every morning, you work on in for 5-10 min as the start of your practice routine every day. Those drills will be your ´going over the basics´, a continuous work that will become your habit."

5

She stays in control

She strives for control over her drills and workouts. "Not only consistency with putting aids and putting drills [will] help you be in control but it will also help you significantly with your practice time management," she said on BelenMozo.com.
