She recently shared a stunning new set of swimsuit photos and videos on Instagram. In them, Veale wore a blue two-piece. She captioned the post, "Good morning angels." How does she stay so fit? Veale shares a lot of her favorite workouts on Instagram. One thing she likes to do is practice yoga. And she'll sometimes even do it on a boat. Veale shared this video of herself doing poses while sailing. She captioned the post, "Sunset stretch in the middle of the ocean."

She Dances

Veale likes to dance to stay in shape. She specifically likes to do dance challenges on TikTok. Veale shared this video of herself and her friends doing a dance TikTok, captioning it, "Wasn't gonna post this on here but it's just too good." Prudential states that dance has a lot of benefits. "Increased movement also usually means increased weight loss. A study in the Journal of Physiological Anthropology found aerobic dance training can help you lose just as much weight as biking or jogging."

She Hikes

Veale spends a lot of time outside. One thing she likes to do is go on hikes and walks. She shared this photo on Instagram of herself going on a hike in Malta, while on a charter. According to the National Parks Services, hiking has a lot of benefits. "Being in nature can boost your mood and improve mental health. Spending quality time in the great outdoors reduces stress, calms anxiety, and can lead to a lower risk of depression, according to a study done by researchers at Stanford University. In addition to having mental health benefits, being outdoors opens up your senses to your surroundings and improves your sensory perception. Taking in the sights, smells, and feelings of nature has so many health benefits it can even be prescribed by a doctor."

She Swims

Since she works on a boat, Veale spends a lot of time by the water. Naturally, boating isn't the only aquatic activity she enjoys. Veale also likes to go swimming, and shares a bunch of posts on Instagram of herself going for a dip. She shared this video of herself walking into a pool, captioning it, "That time I vacay'd alone in the Maldives inbetween yacht jobs."

Veale revealed in this Instagram post that she has started working with a trainer. She captioned it, "Obviously I've been learning and progressing over the last 5 years but with me always working away I've never been able to do an actual long term plan… However I'm now 3 weeks into my 12 week online plan and I'm feeling so guuuuuud!"
