Blac Chyna Shares Swimsuit Photo to "Cherish"

Blac Chyna (real name Angela Renée White) is in a zen state of mind, and sharing thoughts (and pictures) with fans. The 35-year-old rapper posted photos of herself posing in a gold one-piece swimsuit and matching heels, lounging next to a serene lily pond. "Cherish these moments, while it's still life in you," she captioned the post. So how does she stay so fit? Here are 5 ways Blac Chyna is thriving.

Lots of Coffee

Chyna prefers to delay breakfast and just start the day with plenty of coffee. "When I wake up, I start off either with a double espresso or black coffee, I might add a little bit of creamer," she says. "From there, I might skip breakfast, or I might eat the food I made the night before. I love leftovers. Then, I'll have another cup of coffee to kind of curb my appetite. Sometimes, people tend to eat out of boredom and things like that, when it shouldn't be that way."

Meals, Not Snacking

Chyna tries to focus on healthy meals, smaller portions, and to avoid constant snacking. "I'm a really, really, really, really, really big seafood fan. For dinner, it depends on how I'm feeling that day," she says. "For the most part, I try not to eat too much. Because I'm always in the house, I've found myself in the refrigerator eating random things. If you feel like you're hungry, if you drink a cup of water and then wait 30 minutes, you probably won't be as hungry. Also, another little trick that I figured out, is to get a small saucer plate. It's about eating in portions and slower."

Beauty Advice

Chyna believes in natural beauty as the perfect foundation for any look. "Beauty tips are different for everyone," she says. "My biggest piece of advice is to know that beauty starts within. Love yourself, have a 'washed' face and know that anything other than that is simply an enhancement. A beauty tip that I have been seeing a lot of lately is having natural and bare skin. I think it's perfect for the summer. Preserve your glow!"

Making Time For Me-Time

No matter how busy life gets, Chyna always makes time for herself. "You gotta make time. I do have help and I do think you should make time for yourself," she says. "It's really important despite anything and everything that's going on. Me-time for me is being with myself, Angela White. Because there's Blac Chyna time, you have mommy time, and you have Angela time. I feel like you work so hard and you're tired, so I just want to be in my house and just relax."

Taking Care of Her Skin

Chyna is diligent about maintaining her skin health and appearance. "It all started when someone said, 'You have really nice skin.' And I was like, 'Oh you know what? I actually do.' I never realized it until somebody said it to me," she says. "I never used to really moisturize my body. I would take a shower, but I wouldn't really lotion up. I don't know it wasn't a thing, but now I have to oil my whole body. So now I'm OD with the oil."
