Bodybuilder Anastasia Korableva In Two-Piece Workout Gear Says "Muscles are Incredibly Beautiful"
Bodybuilder and fitness expert Anastasia Korableva wants to help and inspire others to feel fit and healthy. "They say muscles aren't beautiful, and I can only laugh eludes in their face. Muscles are not beautiful, they are just incredibly beautiful. Do you agree with me? 😌 #muscles #art #girlswithmuscle #korableva," she asked on Instagram, on a photo of her showing off her strength, feeling confident. Here's how she stays motivated and committed to her health goals.
She enjoys her workouts
She's positive, enjoys her workouts, and wants to inspire others to do the same. "I decided to add a little brutality to my feed 😎Guys, always enjoy your workouts and enjoy resting between sets, it will only increase your workout performance. Don't be mean😉😘#korableva #onlinecoach #womensbodybuilding #onlinecoaching #bodybuilding #girlswithmuscels #muscles #gym #motivation," she said on Instagram.
She enjoys competing
She loves competing and challenging herself. "Someone thinks that bodybuilding competitions are a waste of effort and time, I never argue with this because any opinion has the right to exist. But what is a happy life? It is to do what you love surrounded by those you love and get positive emotions from it and since I sincerely love bodybuilding and the stage, competitions are a great opportunity to capture these emotions in the form of such videos and photos. So every time I just enjoy every minute of it. PS love you girls. You are the best 😻," she said on Instagram.
She has support
She's thankful for the support and love from her community. "I often hear it said that bodybuilding is a loner's sport. But in fact it is not like that at all, there is a huge number of people involved in this process and here are all those who are involved in one way or another I want to say a huge thank you. To my coach @prontenko 5 years together
To the queen of stage suits. @prd.daniela @stage.ready_ I know how much you were worried about me. To the person without whom I wouldn't have competed at all because I would have gotten lost and wouldn't have made it even to the registration 😅 @ta.meshcheryakova_ To all my friends and family who believed in me and supported me. And of course to all the spectators of the tournament who gave me crazy support and energy @romania_muscle_fest_pro I continue to enjoy and do what I truly love. We are just warming up friends, Olympia 2025 is waiting for us," she said on Instagram.
She's committed
She puts in the hard work necessary to achieve her goals. "While someone out there is telling tales of hard work, drawing themselves another muscle in photoshop, we just keep on working. That's the secret. See you this Sunday 😉 @romania_muscle_fest_pro #womensbodybuilding #bodybuilding #korableva #competition #cutting," she said on Instagram on a video of her working out.
She finds her zen
She is mentally clear and calm. "Bodybuilding for me is a way to improve both externally and internally, with each prep I become more and more experienced and calm, I have more and more dialogs inside my head trying to find zen," she said on Instagram, on a video of her posing. According to the National Institute of Mental Health, even "just 30 minutes of walking every day can boost your mood and improve your health. Small amounts of exercise add up, so don't be discouraged if you can't do 30 minutes at one time."
