2. She enjoys competing

She loves competing and challenging herself. “Someone thinks that bodybuilding competitions are a waste of effort and time, I never argue with this because any opinion has the right to exist. But what is a happy life? It is to do what you love surrounded by those you love and get positive emotions from it and since I sincerely love bodybuilding and the stage, competitions are a great opportunity to capture these emotions in the form of such videos and photos. So every time I just enjoy every minute of it. PS love you girls. You are the best 😻,” she said on Instagram.

3. She has support

She’s thankful for the support and love from her community. “I often hear it said that bodybuilding is a loner’s sport. But in fact it is not like that at all, there is a huge number of people involved in this process and here are all those who are involved in one way or another I want to say a huge thank you. She is mentally clear and calm. “Bodybuilding for me is a way to improve both externally and internally, with each prep I become more and more experienced and calm, I have more and more dialogs inside my head trying to find zen,” she said on Instagram, on a video of her posing. According to the National Institute of Mental Health, even “just 30 minutes of walking every day can boost your mood and improve your health. Small amounts of exercise add up, so don’t be discouraged if you can’t do 30 minutes at one time.”
