This was not an easy journey…A lot of ups and downs due to many knee surgeries since 2008 with lots of complications… But giving up has never been an option. Examples of meals she has shared via her Instagram Stories include ground turkey, rice, and veggies, egg white scramble with fruit, salmon in the airfryer, oat porridge topped with egg whites, and turkey burgers.

Anne is a fan of taking supplements. In addition to protein powder and whey hydro isolate, she also drinks protein juice and takes creatine.

Walking

Anne travels from competition to competition. You can often find her walking around and exploring during her down time. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer in terms of exercise, especially at a brisk speed.
