Janae Marie Kroc, a celebrated bodybuilder and YouTuber, is back in action after a major surgery. Last month, she revealed on Instagram that she’s preparing for her first competition since undergoing surgery for a completely ruptured quadriceps tendon and torn meniscus. Kroc shared, “My knee is feeling good, and the strength and mobility in my leg have rebounded really well due to the training, rehab exercises, and other protocols I have been following over the last 6 months or so.” She invited followers to join her journey and offered to share the exercises that have aided her recovery. Kroc’s determination and resilience serve as inspiration for anyone facing obstacles on their fitness journey.

1. She Lifts Weights

Kroc naturally does a lot of weightlifting to stay in shape. She shared this video of herself using weights at the gym on Instagram. ACE Fitness states that weightlifting has a lot of benefits. “Lifting heavy weights increases production of the hormone IGF-1. This hormone is related to the production of brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF), which is a neurotransmitter responsible for stimulating the growth of new neural pathways in the brain along with enhancing communication between existing pathways. In short, lifting heavy could make you smarter by enhancing cognitive function.”

2. She Follows Her Dreams

Kroc is all about going after her dreams. She talked about this in the caption of the previous Instagram link. “Often the bigger you dream the more other people are going to try to tear your dreams down. Unfortunately, sometimes that can even be the people closest to us like our own parents, friends, or partners. I want everyone to know that there's only one person in this world that has to believe in your dream in order for it to become reality and that person is you! Everyone else in the world can think your goals are unattainable or even foolish but as long as you maintain that belief in yourself, put in the work that is necessary, and never give up you will be successful in the end. In the YouTube video we just uploaded today (link is in my bio) I share a personal story of mine where after a major injury doubters and haters all said my powerlifting career was over but I share how I used that as motivation to silence my critics and come back stronger than ever. So in regard to whatever dreams and goals you may have, believe in them wholeheartedly, ignore the naysayers, and resolve to do everything in your power to make them come true!

3. She Raises Awareness

Kroc raises awareness about a lot of causes. In 2020, she spoke out against the Trump administration erasing the transgender civil rights in healthcare on Instagram. Kroc captioned the post, “A 2011 study found that 1 in 5 transgender people report being denied medical treatment by medical providers including doctors, clinics, hospitals, and ambulance drivers. Sadly, discrimination in health care for transgender people is very real and our current administration has just made it legal to do so. Please, please remember this when it comes time to vote and do so accordingly as that simple act could result in saving many lives.”

4. She Mountain Bikes

Kroc shared this video on Instagram of herself on a mountain biking trip, captioning it, “Full video from our #mountainbiking ride last week now up on my YouTube channel! 🚴‍♀️😊👍 We show the highlights from our super fun ride and I explain why I often present more masculine when mountain biking and doing other activities. 🙂”

5. She Cliff Jumps

Kroc does a lot of extreme sports, including cliff jumping. Kroc shared this post on Instagram of a cliff jumping experience, captioning it, “Sending it off a 30' ish cliff at Canyon Falls in the UP yesterday. (For non-Michiganders ‘UP’ stands for the upper peninsula) I believe in living life to the fullest and that includes all aspects of my life; professional, personal, athletic, and recreational.”

Jana Kramer turned 38 earlier this month, enjoying a belated birthday celebration over the weekend in Florida. Yesterday, the former One Tree Hill star shared some photos from it, flaunting her super fit figure. "Taking a minute to reflect on the last few days of peace and chasing joy…. I have been craving some time away that wasn’t attached to work and to just disconnect and relax and I’m just feeling super grateful I had that time for my soul." she captioned it. 1. She Has Transformed Her Body From Skinny to Strong

Screen Shot 2021-12-06 at 10.23.54 AMJana Kramer/Instagram

In a recent Instagram the mother-of-two explains that she doesn’t show off her body for attention, but is simply proud of her transformation. “Because when I look at this photo, I see strength. If I’m honest, I lost a little too much weight after my divorce, and I would be lying if I said I didn’t enjoy the number I saw. But that’s an unhealthy way to look at it. It should never be about the number. It should be about how you feel,” she wrote. “I have been actively becoming strong again for me. I look at this pic now and I’m proud of myself for the hard work and commitment to loving myself. This body made two beautiful humans. I’m proud of my body. And it’s not just because I have new boobs, though yes they are two perks :) and since my breast augmentation I have felt more empowered about my decision. I’m proud that I have made choices for me. And I want to encourage you to do what makes you happy too… move the way you want to move… show off what you are proud of… feel your strength. And be proud of YOU, no matter what shape or size you are.”

2. She Trains with Erin Oprea

Jana often shares her at-home workouts via her Instagram stories, which consist of a lot of cardio. However, she also works out with Nashville based personal trainer-to-the-stars Erin Oprea and even uses her Pretty Muscles app workouts. “I work out with Erin two times a week,” she explained in an Instagram story. The duo do “a ton of squats, sumo squats, lunges.”

3. Running Helped Her “Lean Out”

Jana is also a huge fan of running, after Oprea suggested she partake in the calorie-blasting cardio workout. “I hated running and now I love it,” she confessed. “It’s helped me lean out.”

4. Moderation Is Key

“I personally think everything in moderation,” Jana has said about her approach to diet. “I had a chocolate chip cookie last night. I will eat another one tonight. I don’t think you should deprive yourself of anything. I think, eat when you are hungry. But all-around diet is how I do it.”

5. She Works Out for the Mental Health Benefits As Well

In an Instagram story earlier this year, Jana explained that she works out even when she doesn’t feel like it because it ultimately makes her feel better. “Still not feeling 100 percent,” she explained. “But I'm still going to run it out, sweat it out." She previously explained to Us Weekly that exercise helps her keep sane. “Working out for me is my sanity…Even just going for a walk, that is a place where I come back and I'm like, 'I feel good, I feel balanced. Working out is 100% how I stay level."

After a breakup I was left feeling stagnant at a time when I expected to be constantly moving. Someone suggested that I try fitness competitions so I threw myself in head-first. I learned how to sculpt my body rather than just train my muscles. I changed my diet and I learned how to walk and pose for the stage,” she said.

She works hard to prepare her body and mind for competitions. Here’s how Alida stays on the right path with her health and wellness goals.

1. She works on her body

She works on sculpting her muscles, putting in the effort needed to reach her fitness goals. “A little memory Romania Muscle Fest 2021💪 Women's physique here. What many people don't understand is that this sport is primarily about proportions, until the overall picture is incomplete, don't move on, fix it😜My motto is to force exercises that you don't like or that don't go well 😎☝️ because that's where the error is in the 'system '. So in training, do what you have to do, not what you like😉#bodybuilding #gym #ifbbpro,” she said on Instagram, translated to english.

2. She enjoys competing

Alida loves competing. “On the weekend @romania_muscle_fest_pro I participated in a competition ❤️ I have been on this stage several times since 2018, I always expect an exciting competition❤️💪. The organization is high-quality, the stage is stunningly beautiful, the team in a good mood is super backstage ❤️👌 this show is not to be missed! Top3🥉,” she said on Instagram, translated to english.

3. She looks at progress

She celebrates her progress and growth. “Bodybuilding is the most prestigious@mrolympiallcit is a privilege to participate in his competition. I could be a part of this over the weekend, I could stand among the best in the world on the ⭕ stage, this experience is fantastic. This season, I switched to the Women's Bodybuilding category, so I qualified for the Ms Olympia class at the Olympia, which is the "king" category of women's bodybuilding,” she said on Instagram, translated to english. “I was in the 2nd challenger, unfortunately I didn't make it to the finals, I finished in 11th place, (1 point behind the top 10.) But I'm happy, for me it's a big thing 🙏 because in Hungary, women's bodybuilding has never achieved such a result, as worthy of hope I represented my country 🇭🇺 at Olympia ❤️Many of you cheered me on, thank you to everyone 🥰🙏it gave me a lot of strength😘.”

4. She’s grateful

She takes a moment to be grateful. “@mrolympiallcsemi-final, it was my biggest wish to get here❤️❤️and it came true🙏Eupholic feeling. My legs were shaking when I went on stage, I wish everyone could experience this when what they really want is fulfilled❤️🙏💪 @starsuitsfitnessbikini @petermolnarofficial @ifbbproleaguehungary @freezersgym,” she said on Instagram, translated to english. According to heart.org, “research has shown that the practice of gratitude is associated with many positive effects in a person’s physical and mental health. Expressing gratitude can improve sleep, mood and immunity, and can decrease depression, anxiety, chronic pain and disease.”

5. She works out with her son

She encourages and supports her workouts being combined with family time, hitting the gym with her son. “Back training with my son 🥰 The time has come when he already helps with the last two repetitions😜💪 by the way, he pushed me through my training program👀😃@boldogvili #backday #backprogress,” she said on Instagram, translated to english.

Jordynne Grace is doing a special dance for husband, Jonathan Gresham. In a new social media post the professional wrestler shows off her moves, while trying to appease her athlete hubby. “When he asks you to dance for him but you are a pro wrestler,” she wrote on the Instagram video. “Date night 💪🏾😅,” commented one of her followers. “Too cute,” added another. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

1. From Pro Wrestler to Bodybuilder

Jordynne recently transitioned from wrestling to bodybuilding. “I want to be the first pro wrestler to ever go to The Arnold,” Grace told Sports Illustrated, referring to The Arnold Classic. “That’s my dream.” Even she was astounded by her transformation. “I feel like the same person, then I look in the mirror and say, ‘Whoa,’” says Grace. “The weight loss has become noticeable in my face, and I never thought I’d have a six-pack in my life. It’s been insane to see my body change.”

2. Pilates

Pilates,Instructor,Training,Women,At,The,Gym.,Two,Fitness,WomenShutterstock

On her anniversary, Jordynne hit a Pilates studio. “@stretch_atl for an incredible stretch session 🔥,” she wrote in the caption of a post. According to research, Pilates exercises are designed to increase muscle strength, endurance, and flexibility, and to improve posture and balance. Experts maintain that it is a great workout for leaning out.

3. Lots of Cardio and Dieting

“Bodybuilding doesn’t go with pro wrestling. I feel so weak. You’re putting your body through extremely intense stress. It leaves you exhausted,” she told Sports Illustrated, adding that there is lots of “cardio and dieting” involved. “I can’t wait to see what happens,” says Grace. “This is something I’m doing for a specific competition, and I think it’s important that people know that. There is so much behind it. Posing, memorizing routines, it’s a whole different ball game. When it’s over, I can’t wait to eat a lot of food.” She added: “But look at me now—I’m on the stairs every day for 90 minutes, and I’m eating chicken and rice every day.

4. Her Body Is Changing

Jordynne recently shared a photo of her body changing, from March to July to August. “March - four days out from a bodybuilding show, strict diet + 90 min daily cardio for 12 weeks.

July - about four months of little to no diet structure, lifting HEAVY, 20-30 min cardio 2-3x a week

August/currently: structured diet for apprx 4 weeks, daily cardio, lifting 5-6x/week,” she wrote. “Seeing all these wrestling and bodybuilding shows going on is causing me elite level FOMO.”

5. Not Listening to Haters

“I’ve gotten relentless hate about the way I look on social media,” Grace wrote in a post. “I’ve heard I was too big or that I was too short—now I hear that I’m too muscular and I look like a man. I am here to prove that you can do whatever you want to, especially if you use those negative comments as fuel.”

She Strength Trains

In her Instagram post, Sharvari is seen doing a strength training exercise. The Mayo Clinic says that strength training has a lot of benefits. “Strength training can help you manage or lose weight, and it can increase your metabolism to help you burn more calories. Strength training may enhance your quality of life and improve your ability to do everyday activities. Strength training can also protect your joints from injury. Building muscle also can contribute to better balance and may reduce your risk of falls. This can help you maintain independence as you age.”

She Does Yoga

Sharvari shares a lot of her favorite workouts on Instagram. One thing she likes to do is yoga. Sharvari posted this video of herself doing poses on her page. John Hopkins Medicine states that yoga is very beneficial. “Regular yoga practice may reduce levels of stress and body-wide inflammation, contributing to healthier hearts. Several of the factors contributing to heart disease, including high blood pressure and excess weight, can also be addressed through yoga.”

She Plays Padel

Sharvari likes to play padel to keep herself in shape. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself on the court. Playing padel has a lot of health benefits. Everybody Health & Leisure says, “It improves cardiovascular fitness, helps to build strength and endurance, enhances coordination and promotes overall physical and mental well-being. Not to mention, it’s a fantastic way to burn calories.”

She Boxes

Another thing that Sharvari does to keep herself in shape is box. She first picked this up when training for the film, Vedaa. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself punching a bag. Sharvari captioned the post, “BEAST MODE on for Vedaa! ⚠️☠️🥊 Took up boxing to become Vedaa... Now I am ready to pack a punch or be strong enough to take a brutal beating 💪#Vedaa coming to a theatre near you on August 15th.”

She Runs

Sharvari likes to run to keep herself in shape. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself running on the beach. She captioned the post, “Decided to seas the day!” Better Health says that running is very beneficial. “Regular running or jogging offers many health benefits. Running can: help to build strong bones, as it is a weight bearing exercise, strengthen muscles, improve cardiovascular fitness, burn plenty of kilojoules, help maintain a healthy weight.”

Natasa Stankovic in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Wednesday Challenge"

Stankovic shares her go-to workout moves, from squats to lunges, cardio, Pilates, and strength training.

Entertainment India - March 2023

Natasa Stankovic isn’t just a content creator—she’s a fitness inspiration. Known for sharing intense workout sessions on Instagram, she keeps her followers motivated with creative exercise challenges and dynamic routines.

In her latest post, Stankovic teamed up with Aleksandar Illic for a lower body blast, pushing through variations of squats and lunges. Dressed in a sleek two-piece workout set, she captioned the session, “Wednesday challenge,” proving that fitness is all about consistency and fun.

So, how does she maintain her lean, strong physique? From strength training to Pilates, here’s a look at Stankovic’s go-to workout moves.

She Does Squats

Stankovic does squats to keep herself in shape, as you can see in her Instagram video. Piedmont says that this exercise has a lot of health benefits. “Whether you’re hoping to tone your muscles, strengthen your core or just improve overall health, squats are one of the best exercises you can do. Although the movements appear relatively simple, squats can take time to master. Joel Hardwick, ACSM EP-C, EIM2, an exercise physiologist at Piedmont Atlanta Fitness Center, says practice will pay off…Hardwick explains that squats are a compound, multi-joint movement, which means they exercise several muscle groups. When you perform a squat, you work your calves, quads, hamstrings, glutes, core and part of your back.”

She Does Lunges

Stankovic is also seen doing lunges in her Instagram video. The Mayo Clinic reports that lunges are very beneficial to do. “The lunge is a body resistance exercise that works the leg muscles. Specifically, the lunge targets the quadriceps and the hamstring muscles in the thigh, the gluteal muscles in the buttock, and to a lesser extent, the lower leg muscles. The lunge is a great conditioning exercise for many sports, especially those that involve lunging movements, such as tennis, basketball or soccer.”

She Does Cardio

Stankovic likes to do cardio workouts to keep herself in shape. She shared this video of herself doing fast box jumps in different directions on Instagram. Stankovic captioned it, “Morning cardio challenge.” Cardio exercises have a lot of benefits. The Cleveland Clinic says, “When you work your heart and other muscles of your body during cardio exercise, this increases oxygen supply to your whole body, allowing all muscles to work harder and more efficiently. Over time, regular cardio exercise allows your muscles to adapt to an increased workload, making regular activities seem easier.”

She Does Pilates

Stankovic shares a lot of her favorite workouts in an Instagram story highlight. In some of the stories, she is seen doing Pilates exercises on a reformer. Pilates is very beneficial. The Cleveland Clinic says, “One of the reasons Pilates is such a good workout is that it specifically focuses on building core strength.”

She Strength Trains

Stankovic likes to strength train to keep herself in shape. She shared this Instagram story of herself using dumbbells. ACE Fitness says that strength training and using weights has a lot of health benefits. “Strength training with heavy weights improves muscle definition. Muscle definition occurs as the result of muscles remaining in a state of semi-contraction and heavy strength training recruits the larger type II muscle fibers responsible for a muscle’s appearance.”

Kim French in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Real Results" Workout

Learn how she sculpts her powerhouse physique with deadlifts, lunges, squats, and more.

Kim French is more than just a personal trainer—she’s a fitness coach who empowers thousands through her Believe App and Instagram workouts. Known for her structured, effective home training plans, she proves that you don’t need a gym full of heavy weights to build serious strength.

In a recent Instagram post, French shared a glimpse of her at-home training, reminding followers that smart training delivers "REAL results." Rocking a sleek two-piece workout set, she showcased some of her go-to exercises, emphasizing that with the right strategy, anyone can see progress.

So what’s in her routine? From deadlifts to hip thrusts, here’s how French sculpts her powerhouse physique.

She Does Deadlifts

French is seen doing deadlifts in her Instagram post. This exercise has a lot of benefits. NASM says, “A Romanian deadlift is a hip-hinge pattern that works the hamstrings and glutes. It is a form of deadlift with noticeably less bend in the knee, leading to greater hamstring engagement than traditional deadlifts. The move was introduced to the masses in the 90s by Romanian weightlifter Nicu Vlad (an Olympic and World Weightlifting champion) and his coach Dragomir Cioroslan. The two invented the move to help Nicu strengthen his back for the clean and jerk. Today, RDLs are commonly used to strengthen the posterior chain, using the core muscles to stabilize and the hamstrings and glutes to drive the movement.”

She Does Lunges

Another exercise that French is seen doing in her Instagram post is lunges. NASM says that they are very beneficial. “The lunge is a versatile, simple and effective movement for lower body training. Various positions, planes of motion and speeds can all yield different training adaptations for the exerciser. Lunges are the gift that keeps on giving!”
