She's Proud of Her Muscles

Sestrem has been interested in bodybuilding since she was 14. "Bodybuilding is my lifestyle. She Has a Healthy Appetite

 

While Sestrem hasn't posted much about her diet besides chicken and rice, she isn't afraid to share that she is a healthy eater. "Some girls are shy to eat food in front of people or dating. I would eat my plate and yours!!"

She's Focused and Dedicated

Bodybuilding requires commitment and hard work, something Sestrem is willing to do. In an Instagram post, she wrote, "Focus and dedication are the keys in our sport, and the result will be shining on the stages without a doubt. You can see by our size that we don't care about other people's opinions and we risk training and lifestyle because we love what we do."

She Plays With Her Dog

Sestrem loves hitting the gym and training, but she also enjoys getting outside and playing with her dog. "It's a part of my cardio to play with Linda," she said in a YouTube video. "We walk every day for one hour together." According to Help.org, there are a lot of health benefits to spending time with your dog. "It's no secret that if you work out regularly, you'll get fitter. But with many workout programs, half the battle is sticking with it long enough to see the benefits. Walking with a dog nearly eliminates this challenge—they will be your training partner and coach all in one. Once you start to establish a routine, they will be so excited to get outside that they won't let you skip a day, rain or shine."

She Has a Trainer

Although Sestrem is a certified personal trainer, she has her own she works with. "Some highlights of the intense and satisfying trainings that I had the pleasure of doing while in Brazil are simply the way I love failure /total failure. The muscle building is very detailed those of us who are trainers know how complex the muscle building is and every detail counts to optimize the gains.
