In the clip, Julia is seen performing back exercises, including standing pulldowns, single-arm crunches, and seated pulldowns. With just 11 days left until her competition, she expressed excitement for the upcoming event. “Just another back day for the week last night. Just like 11 days left till the big day!” she wrote, highlighting her relentless commitment to her training. Julia’s workout videos give insight into the intense exercises that help her achieve her remarkable results.

She Does Pulldowns

Julia is seen doing pulldowns in her Instagram video. Piedmont reports that this exercise has a lot of benefits. “The lat pulldown is a fantastic exercise for strengthening the latissimus dorsi muscle, the broadest muscle in your back. This muscle promotes good posture and spinal stability. Form is crucial when performing a lat pulldown to prevent injury and reap the best results.”

Julia doesn’t skip leg day. She shared some of her favorites in this Instagram video. In it, Julia does RDLs with a weighted cord. She captioned the post, “Leg day was a fair handed maiden. Mighty kind of ya. How could I ever repay ya. Evermore. Straight legs from the belt, 6 plates on the true and then another go at 7. Maybe wait till after the show for 8, when leg day will be even more of a fair handed maiden. Stay sweet y’all.”
