In a new social media post the bodybuilder shows off her incredibly impressive physique during an exercise session, wowwing her followers. “Practice road map of Florida on those legs 🤩😝,” commented one of her followers. “I like the tanktop, and you look amazingly,” added another. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.


1. Training for Success and Manifestation

After winning the IFPB Pro Champion Olympia Qualified for Women Bodybuilding, she explained in an interview that it had been in the works for years. “It's like this is the moment that you train for you, pray for, you manifest, you work so hard for. And then when it's here, you have all these things that you wanna say, but you're still left speechless. I'm just taken back and amazed and, and truly thankful,” she says.

2. Her Mom Is Her MVP

After winning she made a sign, “that was my mom,” she said. She's my MVP and wouldn't be here without her. “I want to thank God, thank my mom, thank my dad. I absolutely could not be here without them.”

3. Breaking the Cycle

“I choose to be the person who breaks the cycle. If judged, choose understanding. If rejected, choose acceptance. If shamed, choose compassion. The person I needed when I was hurting, not the person who hurt me. I vow to be better than what broke me—to heal instead of becoming bitter so I can act from my heart, not my pain,” she wrote in a post.

4. Food and Training

Michaela attributes her success to simple things. “Putting myself out there here lol. Green suit fasted, gym pic is post training. All yesterday. 13 weeks post Olympia (I think it’s too far past to label that now lol) +21.8 lbs. Just food and training, no extras. Should be about the peak ugliest that I’ll get before prep, but we’ll see lol. I have the comp plans mapped out in my mind, but for fun I’d to hear your suggestions if you have any,” she captioned a post.

5. Work Ethic

“My strengths are my work ethic and that got me in a little bit of trouble. Not trouble, you know, but got me moved up to a category of women's bodybuilding from women's physique, but I took the shot and it paid off. So here I am,” she said in the interview.
