1. She Does Leg Extensions

In her Instagram video, Kuznetsova is seen at the leg extension machine. According to Asphalt Green, leg extensions have a lot of benefits. “Leg extensions using this exercise machine work your thighs. In fact, that’s basically the only thing that they work.
