1. She Does Stair Workouts

As you can also see from her recent post, Grant likes to do stair climbing workouts. According to ACE Fitness, these can have a lot of benefits. “Some data suggest that using stairs in your everyday life, such as by walking up a flight or two instead of taking the elevator, is a burst of intense exercise that may stave off metabolic disease.”

2. She Strength Trains

As you can see from her recent post, Grant does a lot of strength training to keep herself in shape. She shares a lot of workout videos on her Instagram of herself using weights. According to The Mayo Clinic, strength training workouts have many benefits. “By stressing your bones, strength training can increase bone density and reduce the risk of osteoporosis. Strength training can help you manage or lose weight, and it can increase your metabolism to help you burn more calories.”

3. She Does Workouts Correctly

Grant makes sure to do workouts properly. She shared this video on Instagram of herself going through a proper deadlift. Grant captioned the post, “HOW TO: Properly execute your Sumo Deadlifts?! Let’s get into it. Form is everything. If you don’t feel the body part you’re working contracting with a good burn. Chances are you need to correct your form. Try it out! 🔋⚡️”

4. She’s Consistent

Because of her job, Grant has to workout on a consistent basis. She shares a lot of posts on Instagram of herself talking about the importance of doing so. Grant shared this video of herself doing some lower body workouts, captioning it, “THE WEEKEND DOESN’T MEAN PUT YOUR GOALS ON HOLD. Learn to rest, not stop!” She also posted this photo of herself in workout gear, and captioned it, “Nobody wants to tell you why discipline is so important. Discipline is the strongest form of self-love. It is ignoring current pleasures for bigger rewards to come. It’s loving yourself enough to give yourself everything you’ve ever wanted.”

5. She Works Her Legs

Grant doesn’t skip leg day. In the previous blurb’s Instagram video, she is seen doing squats and leg curls. Grant also shared this set of videos of herself doing hip stretches, squats, and using the leg press machine. She captioned it, “Solid leg session last night!
