Known for her dedication to health and wellness, Arora regularly incorporates various fitness routines into her lifestyle. 1. She Does Yoga

As you can see from her post, Arora likes to practice yoga. Harvard Health states that yoga has a lot of health benefits. “Yoga is known for its ability to soothe tension and anxiety in the mind and body. But it can also have an impact on a person's exercise capacity. Researchers studied a small group of sedentary individuals who had not practiced yoga before. After eight weeks of practicing yoga at least twice a week for a total of 180 minutes, participants had greater muscle strength and endurance, flexibility, and cardio-respiratory fitness.”

2. She Swims

Arora spends a lot of time outside. One thing she likes to do to stay fit is swim. In this highlight reel from a trip she took to the Maldives, Arora is seen in a pool and in the ocean. 3. She Values Fitness

It helps me tackle daily challenges and also keeps me healthy — mind, body and soul. It is a way of life for me!”

4. She Intermittent Fasts

Arora talked about her diet secrets in her GQ interview. She says that she likes to intermittently fast. “I’ve always been somebody who’s very particular about what I eat and when I eat it. But, over a year ago, I was introduced to intermittent fasting. And, now, I swear by it. I think the combination of doing Yoga and following an intermittent fasting routine, daily, has just completely changed my way of thinking towards eating, food, et cetera.”

5. She Works Her Abs

Arora shares a lot of workouts on Instagram. In this video, she is seen doing some core workouts. The Mayo Clinic states that core workouts are extremely beneficial. “Core exercises train the muscles in your core to work in harmony. This leads to better balance and steadiness, also called stability. Stability is important whether you're on the playing field or doing regular activities. In fact, most sports and other physical activities depend on stable core muscles.”
