1. She Circuit Trains

As you can see from her post, Mathie likes to circuit train to keep herself in shape. She wrote in the caption, “No rest between exercises, rest at the end of each circuit. Reps to failure. Failure = as much as you can do with good form. Choose your weights so that you’re doing somewhere around 15-30 reps of each exercise.
