Alex Cooper is on the pilates reformer in her workout gear. In a new social media post the Call Me Daddy podcaster shows off her flat abs in a sports bra and leggings while doing a pilates workout. “I’m not ok,” she captioned the Instagram Stories image. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Her Wellness Routine “Changes Every Single Day”

"I'll be honest, it changes every single day, every week," Cooper recently told People. "I think everyone can understand that sometimes you're like, 'I am on my fitness grind. I am ready to eat that salad. I'm ready to hydrate. My skincare is going to be popping' — and then life happens. Then it torpedoes into you feeling unwell, and then you have to go back to the grind of trying to get well again," she continues. "We're all exhausted from work, we have social lives, we want to be a good friend and a good partner, and it's just this endless cycle. So I would say sometimes I'm working out and I'm hydrating extra, and sometimes I'm like, 'Alex, put it in your calendar. We're starting on Sunday.’”

Coffee

“The first thing I do when I wake up is roll over, pick up my phone and text my boyfriend ‘coffee,’” Alexandra dished Harper’s Bazaar Food Diaries about the importance of her morning cup. “My boyfriend hands me a coffee every single morning.” Sometimes she has iced coffee and others, hot, with oat milk. “Recently switched from almond to oat and it's been a pretty fabulous transition,” she adds. “I grew up never drinking coffee. I went through my entire college experience and I had never had one cup of coffee. I started drinking coffee, honestly, because I think I started going to meetings in my adult life and I was like, they're like, ‘Do you want a coffee?’” However, she claims she is “not dependent on it,” and is “never going out of my way to get it, but when it's brought to me, I welcome it and I cherish the moment and I drink the whole thing every single morning.”

Carbs

Alex starts her day with a major dose of carbs. “I have an everything bagel toasted with cream cheese,” Alex added, revealing her eats one side with “regular cream cheese, one side with chive.” Switching from New York to Los Angeles bagels, “was a struggle” as “New York's bagels are better than LA's” so she has “mourned the loss,” she jokes. “But I've gotten used to a bagel as a bagel. I'll eat the ones from the grocery store.”

Snacking

Alex is a big advocate of snacking. “I'm a very hangry individual and I'm not embarrassed or ashamed by that,” she told Harper’s Bazaar. “The success of my relationship, I will say, is predicated on whether I've eaten that day or not. My boyfriend will say, you are a different person when you haven't had food. So I am constantly making sure I have a snack around me.” She loves snacking on Welch fruit snacks. “You can't just have one, you have to have three. So I usually will have a handful of those. Maybe some chips, love some Sour Cream and Onion Pringles.”

Hydration

Alex is such a big advocate of hydration, she recently launched her Unwell Hydration beverage exclusively at Target stores nationwide. "I was exhausted and I felt so hungover, even though I wasn't even drinking," she told People. "I was like, 'Why am I so tired? I have bags under my eyes,' and every time I would grab something that was hydrating, it either tasted really s-----, or there was just so much sugar in it."

Pilates

In her recent post, Alex does pilates. “Trying to be in my Pilates girl make my ass burn era,” she added in the caption of another post. According to the Mayo Clinic there are lots of benefits to the workout, as it “strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility resulting in improved overall health.” It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, relief from stress and back pain, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

Hawaiian surfing champion Anastasia Ashley previously said she is not into the cold—but this time she’s making an exception to go snowboarding in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. Ashley, 37, shared a video of herself wearing purple leggings and a matching cropped tank top, layering more and more clothes on top of her outfit. “Getting ready for snowboarding means a ton of gear 😝,” she captioned the post. Here’s what Ashley’s many favorite workouts look like.

1. Her Favorite Workouts

Ashley’s favorite workouts aside from surfing are racing and spinning. “I love spinning—I think it is one of the best workouts besides surfing,” she told Surfer.com. “I try and go to the gym Equinox, they have the best classes. I love driving, even though I'm not the best car driver (haha). I like to go out to the desert and drive dune buggies in the sand dunes. I also like to get my race on at K-1 Racing. It's an indoor kart racing course with gas powered cars.”

2. Healthy Hawaiian/Asian Food

Ashley genuinely enjoys healthy foods, especially fresh produce and Hawaiian/Asian cuisine. “I try to eat really healthy,” she told Surfer.com. “I'm not really a fan of junk food or anything super processed. I eat Sambazon Acai all the time. It's a great pre-surf meal. One of my favorite places to eat is Captain Mauris in San Clemente. They have really great fresh squeezed juices and salads. I also love Hapa J's as well. They have great Hawaiian/Asian inspired food and a fun atmosphere.”

3. Bikinis, Not Wetsuits

Ashley will always choose a bikini over a wetsuit. “The more fitness I do, the more energy I feel. I love going to group workouts with friends,” she told The Purist Online. “I’ve done my share of Barry’s Bootcamp and kickboxing. I also love hiking or biking. The more fitness I do, the more energy I feel. I like to surf in warmer water. When I’m in a wetsuit, I know I’m on the wrong beach.

4. Twerking Warm Ups

Ashley is infamous for her cheeky twerking warm ups before hitting the surf. “I definitely like to zone out and get excited by making a great playlist and blasting my headphones,” she told Guest of a Guest. “I try not to talk to anyone and focus. I like to do jumping jacks, stretches, and get loosened up for the events, and I'm known to get lost and dance a little!”

5. Role Model For Next Generation

Ashley didn’t have many role models growing up—but she wants that to change. "I want to be out there and show you can be a strong, fearless, independent athlete and be a woman," she told Refinery29. "Growing up, it wasn’t a cool thing to be a female athlete or a female surfer. It taught me to be strong and do what I love.”

Lexy suggests cooking your own healthy meals. “I have to make everything in the fridge because we’re on a healthy diet here. Right? Everyone’s learning how to cook indoors. I’m doing a good job. I’m not gonna lie. There’s a lot of veggies, fruits and stuff like that,” she told Hollywood Life about what is inside of her fridge.

2. “Twerk Out”

Celebrity Sightings In Miami - January 13, 2023305pics/GC Images via Getty Images

Lexy’s company, LTOFitness, is based around her TwerkOut dance exercise method. “I’ve been a dancer my whole life and taken every kind of dance class since I was little, however I’ve always been a singer and wanted to pursue that! I’ve taught dance to middle school kids and as I said earlier I been in the dance world my whole life. I have been in the music singing girl group and sang solo as well!” she told Women Fitness about her inspiration behind the class. “I like to dance all types of dance and twerking was just something that came later on that I found out that I was good at. It takes practice but with good technique you can get it. Just be confident and I want to feel sexy and free!”

3. Avoid Heavy Weights

One thing Lexy doesn’t do is life heavy weights, because her goal is to “be lean and not too buff,” she told Women Fitness. “In my class all you need is your body and some balls.”

4. “Twerk” Hard

Lexy maintains you need to “twerk hard” is you want to get in shape and learn her method, explaining “it takes practice and dedication to learn how to be a great Twerker just like any dance,” to Women Fitness. “The fitness aspect is easier because not all moves involved have to have butt shaking necessarily . They are normal moves and when you add booty shaking it makes it more fun! I’m excited to start certifying women all around to teach my class! That’s when it’s going to go worldwide even more. But like I said dedication is key and believe in what you do! Because if you don’t believe it won’t work.”

5. Dance for Mental Health

Lexy also encourages exercise for mental health. “Dancing is healing. Mental health wise, think of it as medicine. When you close your eyes and feel the beat, you go into this beautiful, made up world where everything just feels right. Let the songs make you feel something. People say that you should dance like nobody’s watching, but how many people have actually tried that? When you really let go, it’s liberating, and you get to know yourself in a completely new way. Physically, this challenges your body to try something new, push limits, and become more open-minded. Dance is great for the soul, but it also is incredible for cardio, core strength and muscular development and endurance. Your body will change in a very unique way and you’ll tone down quickly!” she told Glamour.

Jade Cargill is looking like “a superhero” in one of her costumes. In a new social media post the AEW wrestler shows off her insanely fit figure in her new “gear,” throwing her followers into a frenzy. “Body so sick AI can’t even recreate it,” commented one of her followers. “You really look like a superhero,” added another. “So perfect from head to toe!” a third chimed in. How does the athlete approach diet and fitness? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

1. Strength Training

Jade focuses on building muscle via strength training. “I’ve been in sports all my life, so I’ve been attracted to bodybuilding forever,” Jade told Muscle and Fitness. “I watched [WWE female legend] Chyna when I was growing up, and I was muscular growing up. I would get picked on because of how built I was and seeing her embody her presence, it made me love myself and say: ‘You know what? I love my body and I want to get stronger.’”

2. Mindset

Jade sticks to workouts she loves. “I had a crazy conditioning coach named Todd Moyer, I mean he was ridiculous,” laughs Cargill. “And what do you do when you get in trouble, and you play basketball? You run! So, I just switched my mindset to love running, getting in there and working out,” she told Muscle and Fitness.

3. Minimal; Social Media

Person,Using,A,Social,Media,Marketing,Concept,On,Mobile,PhoneShutterstock

"I love that people just assume the worst. Bryan Danielson and I were in training. He talked about '90s babies not being able to live without social media. This was to Daniel Garcia, myself, and a couple of other people. I was born in 1992. I was around when the beeper was around, and landlines. I can live without social media. He went on my phone to see how many hours I'm on my phone a day,” Jade told 411mania.com. “It was something ridiculous. He said he only spent an hour a day on his phone. I felt kind of embarrassed. He said, 'Why don't you get rid of one of your social media [feeds] for a little bit? Let's see where your numbers go from there,'” she said. “He said to pick the most toxic app. I thought Twitter. I deleted it."

4. Two-a-Days

Sometimes Jade does two workouts a day. "You have to put in the work," she says. "I do two-a-days, four days a week. I don't just put the work in at the gym, but in the ring as well. I'm new, and he knew that and knows that. I've probably had four matches in the last five or six months. That is not a lot at all, but I'm in the gym when waiting to be called to have a match. I'm growing," she told 411mania.com.

5. Take Time for Self-Care

Jade makes sure to indulge in self-care. Here she is enjoying nature in her bathing suit. “There is beauty in simplicity,” she captioned the post.

Twilight star Ashley Greene is giving fans a glimpse at the highlights of her year so far. Greene, 36, shared several pictures of herself and family, including one of the star wearing black leggings and a purple workout top, looking fresh-faced and very toned. “Life lately,” she captioned the post, adding the word “commitment” for her workout selfie. Greene is now the co-owner of a gym, and her fitness routine has adapted to motherhood—here’s how the actress stays fit and full of energy.

1. Sweating For Good Headspace

Greene previously talked about her love for Rise Nation workouts in Los Angeles. “Mentally, for me, it’s so important. It really keeps me kind of sharp and focused,” she told Women’s Health. “I kind of alternate between doing the Versa classes and strength training and I’m waiting for the day that I can do them both in one day! It’s always that thing where, even when I don’t go to the gym, if I’m just sweating and being active – even if it’s not an intense session – I always feel so much better and things are much more organized in my head.”

2. Fueling Her Workouts

Toast,With,Peanut,Butter,,Banana,Slices,,Honey,And,Almond,FlakesShutterstock

Greene eats to fuel her workouts. “I used to have to have breakfast, but it was, like, yogurt,” she told Women’s Health. “Now I have to have two pieces of wholegrain toast and almond butter, honey and bananas on top. That would bother some people because it’s got a decent amount of fat, but you have to recognise that it’s fuel; it doesn’t matter if I’m putting calories and fat into my body – I need it to do the type of strength training that I like to do.”

3. Postpartum Fitness

Greene was careful about jumping back into her workout routine after welcoming daughter Kingsley Rainn in September 2022. "I wanted to feel fully back into my body… I really wanted to focus on making sure that I gave myself enough rest for everything to go back into place, and made sure that I wasn't trying to jump back into where I was and hurting myself," she told PEOPLE. "I feel like there's this idea that you are cleared after eight weeks and you can just jump back in, and that is so far from the case. I think it's really damaging to a lot of people.”

4. Learning Self-Confidence

Greene has learned to become comfortable and confident in her own skin. “I don't know that I've ever met someone who hasn't had some type of insecure moment or stage,” she told HuffPost. “You're growing and you're learning, and some days are good and some are bad. I'm definitely the most comfortable in my skin than I've ever been. I understand that a lot of things aren't the end of the world.”

5. Gym Owner

Greene and husband Paul Khory opened their own gym NexGen Fitness in Sherman Oaks, CA, and she is thrilled her daughter will grow up being familiar with the place. “She was just running around this place that holds so much importance to all of us,” she told PEOPLE. “She’ll grow up understanding and have such a toolbox for mental health and physical fitness and reproductive rights, and that’s such a cool thing to be able to give all that to your daughter. It’s much more fulfilling to put your name and your face behind something that you truly care about."

Ana Zelu is a professional model and social media influencer. She is known for her content in nature. Zelu recently shared a post on Instagram of herself on a surfboard in the ocean. She captioned it, “Yesterday was such a fun shoot, I just had to share these with you 🤍 🛥️But picture number #4?? That photobomb totally got me 😂 Which picture is your favorite ?🌊”

She Swims

As you can see from her post, Zelu likes to swim. The Mayo Clinic states that swimming has a lot of benefits. “Swimming is often touted as a great workout for all ages, offering benefits not only for the body, but also for the mind. As a form of exercise, swimming keeps your heart rate up and builds muscle strength. It also can be a great form of stress relief.”

She Doesn't Compare Herself to Others

Zelu shares a lot of her thoughts on Instagram. In this post, she talked about no longer comparing herself to others. “Dear Diary 💭📝, Today’s contemplation led me to a profound understanding of the detrimental impact comparison has on our lives. It’s like a silent intruder, subtly creeping into our thoughts and poisoning our perception of ourselves and others. It’s a universal struggle, one that weighs heavily on the hearts of many. I’ve come to realize that comparison is the ultimate thief of joy. It robs us of our ability to appreciate our own journey and achievements, as we constantly measure ourselves against an idealized version of others. I’ve resolved to break free from its grasp. We should choose to celebrate our own unique path, recognizing that each step forward is a triumph in itself. Rather than fixating on external benchmarks set by others, I’m focusing on personal growth and development. Whether it’s through learning new skills, cultivating gratitude, or simply practicing self-compassion, every effort counts.”

She Hikes

Zelu is seen on a hike in the previous Instagram post. Harvard Health states that hiking is very beneficial. “Like brisk walking, hiking is a good way to improve your cardiovascular fitness, particularly if your route includes some hills, which will force your heart to work harder. Taking a hike on the slightly uneven surface of a trail also provides a natural way to engage the core muscles in your torso and to hone your balance skills.”

She’s Resilient

Resilience is another important thing to Zelu. She talked about this in the caption of this Instagram post. “Dear Diary 💭📝, I witnessed something truly remarkable that touched my heart deeply. It’s amazing how people can go through the toughest storms in life and yet remain gentle, patient, and kind. I saw someone who faced challenges that would break most people, yet they chose to respond with grace and humility. Their ability to stay calm and compassionate in the face of adversity is nothing short of admirable. It made me realize the beauty of resilience – the strength to keep going even when life throws its hardest punches. These individuals not only endure the storms but also emerge from them with a spirit that shines brighter than before. Their example reminds me of the power of kindness and the importance of staying true to oneself, even in the darkest of times. It’s a reminder that even in the midst of chaos, there is beauty to be found 💕🫶”

She’s Accepted Herself

Zelu talked about the importance of acceptance in this Instagram post’s caption. “Dear Diary 💭📝, Today has been a rollercoaster of emotions, but amidst it all, I feel like I’ve taken a step closer to the right direction. Letting go of the past is like shedding a heavy coat I’ve been carrying for far too long. It’s not easy to release the memories, the pain, the regrets, but today, I made a choice to loosen the grip they had on me. It’s like taking a deep breath after being underwater for too long—refreshing and liberating. Forgiving myself has been a journey filled with tears and moments of self-doubt. But today, I finally understood that I deserve the same forgiveness and understanding I give to others. It’s like giving myself a warm hug, wrapping myself in kindness and acceptance.”

Gymless states that the exercise has a lot of health benefits. “Hip thrusts, as a compound movement, aid in increasing lower body strength and power, enhancing athletic abilities such as running, jumping, and powerlifting. By strengthening the posterior chain muscles, you can enhance your posture and lower the risk of back pain and muscle strain. Strong glutes and hamstrings contribute to hip and knee stability, minimizing injury risks in sports and daily life.”

Viciconte is seen using a stationary bike in the previous Instagram video. Doing this can help strengthen your muscles. Penn State PRO Wellness explained, “Riding a stationary bike can help build strength in your legs and lower body, especially if you use a higher resistance. The pedaling action can help strengthen your calves, hamstrings, and quadriceps. Additionally, it can work the muscles in your core, back, and glutes. If you use a bicycle with handles, you’ll also be able to work your upper body muscles, including your biceps, triceps, and shoulders.”

She Runs

Viciconte shared this Instagram video of herself working out. In it, she is seen doing running exercises. Viciconte captioned it, “When we exercise, our body releases endorphin, a natural substance produced by the brain during and after physical activity. The release of endorphin, also known as the 'joy hormone', helps you relax, reduces stress, anxiety and improves your mood. I always say that it's never too late to start moving, so you know that tomorrow you have no excuse 💪🏻”
