She Does a Lot of Ab Work
Carla's trainer, Crys Dyaz, told Women's Health that the star does a lot of ab work. "50 minutes of work, 10 rest, five exercises and five repetitions," he said about her core workout.
She Trains Five Days a Week
"I train five times a week, always in the morning," Carla told Club Influencers. She usually works out from 9:30 to 10:30." I also do three or four yoga classes a week. If I have to travel for work I try to do the same, I do my training routines, or I look for a yoga class where I am. But I always try to move 4 or 5 times a week."
She Watches What She Eats
"I don't follow a diet, but I do take care of my diet. I also give myself my whims, because I love to eat from time to time a sweet, or a cheese with a good wine. But, for example, I have a green juice for breakfast every day, which helps me a lot to have energy and cleanse. And I eat rye toast instead of white bread. They are small things in which you can change your daily eating routine and you do not have to deprive yourself of anything. It is not living on a diet. It is choosing another way of eating, nothing more," Carla told Club Influencers about how she eats.
She Is Inspired By Her Husband
Carla confirms that having an athlete as a husband is motivating. "I have always been a very healthy person and I have played sports. But it is true that having an athlete by your side also influences. The person next to you influences everything," she says.
She Doesn't Have Time for Haters
Carla has a healthy approach to haters. "If they want to criticize me, let them criticize me. I have followers for a reason. In the end, what the followers want is for you to give them content, tell them a little about where you have eaten, where your shoes are from, etc. Because they like your style and follow you. I believe that social networks, well used, are a great invention. It is a direct communication with your public, you do not need intermediaries," she told Club Influencers.
