She Does Workouts She Enjoys
Batchelor has many people wondering how she was able to lose weight after having her two children. She shared some of her tips to Sustainhealth.fit. She says that she made sure to practice yoga, as it was a workout that she actually enjoys. "I would never say it was easy but it was fun," she says. "Because I did it doing something I love β Yoga! Actually a combination of yoga and high intensity exercises that I called Yoga Blitz."
She Has A Solid Workout and Diet Plan
Batchelor opened up about the plan she used to Sustainhealth.fit. She says that she made sure to have a solid workout plan and a diet. "The secret was that combination of simple yoga poses mixed with intense fat burning moves like jumping 'Goddess squats'," Batchelor says. "Plus, I followed a calorie controlled diet because as we all know no exercise can work off a bad diet. So it was doing them together that really worked."
She Doesn't Quit
In her Sustainhealth.fit interview, Batchelor was asked what advice she'd give to those wanting to lose weight and improve their wellness. She answered, "I would say 'don't quit' is my number one tip. I think most people can stick to a weightloss plan for a few days or even a couple of weeks, but for it to really work, you have to make it part of your life. So choose something you enjoy β like I did, have a plan and if you fall off the wagon β just make sure that you don't go 'oh well that's it I've blown it, I'll just give in. I've had one donut, so I may as well have 6!!' Just say 'tomorrow is a new day and I'm going to get back on it."
She Doesn't Pressure Herself
After having her second child, Batchelor wanted to get back to her pre-baby body. However, she told MailOnline that she didn't pressure herself too much. "I didn't put any pressure on myself to lose the baby weight," she says. "There is a lot of pressure looking after young children so I didn't want to add to that. I needed the energy to look after them so I didn't do a quick fix diet."Β
She Cut Out Animal Products & Alcohol
In 2017, Batchelor revealed to The Sun that she made some lifestyle changes to help her be healthier. Specifically, she cut some things out of her diet.Β "I went vegan and stopped drinking," Batchelor revealed. "I used to be a party girl but I barely touch alcohol now. I feel like I've been reborn. Meditation has changed my life, I don't get stressed any more."
