Argentinian music star Cazzu is taking fitness seriously, as her latest Instagram post reveals a glimpse into her gym routine. Captioned with a simple “(:”, the post shows her alongside a workout partner, showcasing her signature style in a sporty outfit that highlights her tattoos and toned physique. The image, which quickly garnered millions of likes, has fans buzzing with excitement and cheering her on in the comments. From fans calling her a "queen" to fellow artists hyping her up, it's clear that Cazzu’s fitness journey is inspiring followers and proving that her dedication goes beyond her music career.

1. She Works Out With A Friend

Cazzu.1Cazzu/Instagram

Cazzu likes to hit the gym with her friends, as you can see from her Instagram post. Better Health recommends hitting the gym with a companion. “If you’ve arranged to meet a friend for a walk or booked an exercise class, you’re more likely to keep that commitment. Not wanting to let your friend or exercise partner down can be a great motivator to show up. And as your exercise becomes routine, perhaps after a few weeks, you’ll both find it less challenging and will more likely stick to your commitment. On those days when you don’t feel like exercising, a pep talk from your workout buddy might be just the lift you need. You can support each other.”

2. She Dances

Cazzu.2Cazzu/Instagram

Cazzu included a video of herself dancing in her Instagram post. Since she’s a performer, she has to learn choreography. The Cleveland Clinic states that dance has a lot of benefits. “One of the health benefits is cardiovascular. So, it's an aerobic exercise which helps our body use oxygen, which helps increase our heart rate,” said Kellie Grabfelder, DPT, physical therapist for Cleveland Clinic. “It gets our blood pumping through our body and oxygen to our muscles. And this can even aid in weight loss for people.”

3. She Defends Herself

The Latin Recording Academy® Best New Artist Showcase in Buenos Aires, ArgentinaLalo Yasky/Getty Images

Cazzu isn’t afraid to defend herself. After a breakup, she made sure that false narratives weren’t out there about her. Cazzu tells HOLA! Magazine, “The only one authorized to talk about my emotional situation is me. Do not lie about me, do not talk about my feelings, do not talk about me anymore, please. I would like to be in peace, just as I let things happen in peace.”

4. She Wants To Be A Role Model

Cazzu.4Cazzu/Instagram

Cazzu has a daughter, and she wants to be an inspiration for her. She talked about this with HOLA! Magazine. “For me this is such a private subject, so painful that I would have liked to never say anything, but my integrity as a person is being questioned. I would never be part of such a twisted plan as the one suggested, and they also talked about my feelings — someone who does not know me, who does not know what I went through. They said that no one’s heart was broken and that no one suffered — I suffered a lot and more than one heart was broken. It was a painful process. I handled it with respect above all because I have a daughter who has a father who will always be her father, but I want to set an example for her that when things cross a line, you have to set limits.”

5. She Sings, Of Course

Singing offers a surprising range of health benefits, from reducing stress to boosting mental clarity. For artists like Cazzu, it can be both a passion and a form of therapy. Singing releases endorphins, the brain’s "feel-good" chemicals, which help combat anxiety and depression. It also improves lung function, strengthens the immune system, and enhances posture. Whether on stage or in private, singing fosters emotional expression and promotes overall well-being.

Luisa Zissman isn’t afraid to challenge herself when it comes to her workouts, even after injuring her back in March. Zissman, 37, shared a video of herself wearing black leggings and a gray sports bra, doing some exercises with a personal trainer. “Still winning 🙌🏻😝,” she captioned the video. “I think I’ve recovered so well because I really did take my time - I still have weekly physio + weekly sports massages & I was really fit & strong before the injury, I have a really strong core which I think also has helped. BUT I still get some niggles & have to really listen to my body now. ❤️❤️ my neuro surgeon is literally my hero! 😍😍,” she commented in response to a fan. Zissman is a self-made woman who is only going from strength to strength career-wise—here’s how she stays fit and happy.

Workout Routine

Zissman works out for both mental and physical benefits, including Pilates, yoga, and strength training into her routine. "I'm probably the fittest now than I've ever been in my adult life, but that's because I do prioritise it and I'm in a good routine,” she told Closer. “That's what I try and say to people, 'It only takes three weeks, apparently, to start a new habit'. So if you focus on it and then you get into that habit and realise how food makes you feel and how rewarding a routine is, then you will find your flow."

Ab Exercises

Zissman focuses on her core when she’s horseback riding and working out. “ I do focus on my abs because I find ab workouts easy,” she told Closer. “I also don't eat processed food and I don't eat a lot of fat. I think really, if you want to see abs pop you do need to have relatively lean body fat. But I enjoy doing abs, I love hanging and lifting my legs up. I've got a broken ankle at the minute and I was still in the gym today hanging and lifting my legs up. It was really heavy because I've got a boot on!"

Epsom Salt Baths

Zissman swears by hot baths for rest and recovery. "When I'm really cold and I've been riding, I'll get in a bubble bath,” she told HeatWorld. “I always use this Tropic Tahitian & Coconut Bath Foam and Epsom Salts because I always have muscle aches and pain because I work out so much.”

Building Her Brand

Zissman took a chance when she appeared on The Apprentice UK. “I applied for The Apprentice because I had the business and my husband at the time was involved. We were going through an amicable break-up, but I wanted to do something on my own,” she told Absolutely Magazines. “I thought, I’m just going to give it a whirl. I didn’t necessarily want to be business partners with Alan Sugar, but I wanted to branch out on my own. It taught me that I was better than I thought I was. I never thought I’d get into the final, so it was a big confidence boost and it taught me that a lot is possible – if you really want something then you most definitely can do it.”

Obsessed With Horses

Zissman loves horse riding in the countryside around her home. “I’ve lived in St Albans, I’m currently living in a village just outside of Potters Bar, and I’m moving soon to Bishop’s Stortford so I’ve covered the whole of Hertfordshire,” she told Absolutely Magazines. “I really loved St Albans, it’s such a beautiful place with a real buzz, but I love the villages and community feel too. I’ve got seven horses and I love riding around all the rural areas, but I like that you can still go to places like Bishop’s Stortford for a great night out.”

Francesca Lauren is an accomplished IFBB fitness competitor and certified NASM trainer. Known for her impressive dedication to strength training and sculpting her physique, she regularly shares her fitness journey on Instagram. From intense workouts to healthy recipes, Lauren inspires her followers with her commitment to achieving her goals. Recently, she posted a video of herself in black workout gear, updating her fans on her progress just three weeks away from her next competition. "Still working away at it," she captioned. Whether she’s lifting weights, doing lunges in the snow, or creating macro-friendly banana bread, Lauren’s focus on consistent hard work is evident in every aspect of her fitness journey. Her approach proves that achieving a #ShreddyBetty physique takes dedication, both in the gym and the kitchen.

1. She Strength Trains

Lauren likes to strength train to stay in shape. In the previous Instagram post, she is seen using weights. Lauren also shared this video of herself doing different strength training exercises. She captioned the post, “ I got that itch 🤪 O the Prep Life. Here we gooo #16weeksout from the @sasquatchproam. Time to flip that switch and I couldn’t be more excited than to be working with one of my favorite people @fit_by_melanie & @teamelitephysique! Game plan set…let’s grind!!! 😉”

2. She Does Lunges

Lauren makes sure to workout her lower body. She shared some of her favorites in this Instagram video. In it, she is seen doing walking lunges outside with dumbbells. Lauren captioned the post, “Gotta love snow days ❄️ 🥶… luckily I was able to safely make it out of the house for a workout. We are finally getting back into a grove @cemcondition83!!! There is no other trainer I trust more SO I’m taken it back to where all my major glute development started. 🫶 🥂’s to putting in the work for 2024 at The Lions Den!”

3. She Does Squats

Francesca Lauren.3Francesca Lauren/Instagram

Lauren also likes to do squats to keep herself in shape. She is seen doing them with a dumbbell in the previous Instagram post. Squats are very beneficial. Piedmont states, “Squats are a compound, multi-joint movement, which means they exercise several muscle groups. When you perform a squat, you work your calves, quads, hamstrings, glutes, core and part of your back. A squat has more overall benefits than, say, a bicep curl, which strengthens an isolated area.”

4. She Cooks

Lauren makes sure to eat a healthy diet. One way she does so is by cooking healthy foods for herself. In this Instagram post, Lauren is seen making a healthier version of banana bread. She captioned the post, “Because I love my oatmeal 🥰 & just couldn’t waste perfectly ripe bananas 🍌’s!! One of the reasons I don’t bake anymore is simply because of my weakness for sweet’s 🙈. This lil’ recipe is a spin on a traditional 🍌 Bread recipe that’s a bit more macro friendly for my sweet tooth. 🥰”

5. She Circuit Trains

Lauren likes to circuit train to stay in shape. She shared this video on Instagram of herself doing a circuit. Lauren captioned it, “Swapping out the cycle of a lil upper/ lower body circuit training. Just another way I enjoy switching up that cardio! 3 - 4 Set’s. 45 seconds - 1 min work. 20-30 seconds rest between exercise. 1 min & 15-30 seconds. Rest between sets. ☝️ focus on controlled movements then pick up the pace when you can without sacrificing form to bump ⬆️ the intensity! 📍PS your not ‘lifting’ per say or ‘building’ here so weight selection should be one that is challenging but doable.”

Recently, she posted a series of photos posing in purple workout clothes, captioning the post, “Last slide, what’s the first word you see?” Her followers flooded the comments with admiration, with one noting that she is “insanely gorgeous and so sculpted.” Martin’s dedication to her craft is evident in every post, and her commitment to maintaining peak physical condition is truly inspiring. Here’s a closer look at some of her favorite workouts and healthy habits that help her stay in top shape.

1. She Works Her Core

Martin has an amazing core, and she makes sure to do a lot of exercises to maintain it. She shared these videos on Instagram of herself doing some of her favorites. In them, Martin is seen doing things like, tucks with a weight, superman holds, and seated pike leg lifts. The Mayo Clinic states that core workouts are extremely important. “Your core is the central part of your body. It includes your pelvis, lower back, hips and stomach. The stomach muscles sometimes are called abs. Core exercises train the muscles in your core to work in harmony. This leads to better balance and steadiness, also called stability. Stability is important whether you're on the playing field or doing regular activities. In fact, most sports and other physical activities depend on stable core muscles.”

2. She Makes Green Juice

Martin likes to drink green juice. She shared one of her favorite recipes in this Instagram post. “This is one of my most favorite green drinks to make in my @huromamerica juicer! ♥︎ I drink a huge glass of this almost every single morning! It’s called The Lemon Ginger Blast! It’s a very powerful drink filled with so many enzymes & minerals! Not only does it detox your body from the inside out, it also is great for: • Enhancing circulation. • Stimulating your digestive system. • Strengthens your immune system. • Clears out mucous & is anti-parasitic. • Antifungal, antibacterial, & super Antioxidant. • So many more benefits!”

3. She Does Pull Ups

In this Instagram video, Martin is seen doing pull ups. Gymless states that the exercise has a lot of benefits. “Pull-ups are one of the most fundamental calisthenics exercises that build up your strength and endurance in the upper body. It is commonly used as a form of physical test from schools all the way up to the military. Many athletes from all sports backgrounds use pull-ups in their training, which makes this one of the best exercises for building the upper body and developing a bigger and stronger back.”

4. She Does Lunges

Martin doesn’t skip leg day. She shared some of her favorite workouts in this Instagram video. In it, Martin is seen doing lunges with a weight. ACE Fitness reports that lunges have a lot of benefits. “Lunges work the biggest muscles in your lower body — mainly the quadriceps, gluteus maximus, and the adductor magnus (the muscle in your inner thigh). Other muscles that come into play are the hamstrings, gluteus medius, calves, and core stabilizers, says Susane Pata, content strategist for the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and NASM-certified personal trainer based in Miami.”

5. She Strength Trains

Martin likes to strength train to stay in shape. In this Instagram video, she is seen doing things like incline dumbbell presses, cable tricep pushdowns, and using the chest press machine. The Mayo Clinic reports that strength training can be very effective. “Strength training can help you manage or lose weight, and it can increase your metabolism to help you burn more calories.”

Shotzi Blackheart is a successful wrestler. In May, she shared a post on Instagram celebrating her friend and fellow wrestler, Scarlett Bordeaux’s birthday. Blackheart shared photos of the two of them together. She captioned the post, “My day one! Happy birthday to the most bodacious babe ever! @realscarlettbordeaux looking through these photos gives me chills. There really isn't anything we cant do together. Your talent, intelligence, confidence and motivation absolutely inspire me. Thank you for always being my favorite shoulder to cry on. From signing to nxt the same day, to you signing my wedding certificate as my witness! We have been through so much and I can't wait to see what we do next! I love you!” How does she stay so fit? Read on.

1. She Swims

While on a trip to Mexico, Blackheart did some swimming. In this set of highlight photos she posted, she is seen in flippers and by the water. The Mayo Clinic says spending time in water has a lot of benefits. “Aquatic exercise is a fun way to focus on fitness in a gravity-reduced environment. The buoyancy of water is easier on the body and provides support for people with weakness, balance problems or pain. Additionally, the viscosity of water slows movement and provides resistance during exercise, making aquatic exercise a great workout.”

2. She Uses A Stationary Bike

An,Ultra-modern,Indoor,Cycling,Studio,,Equipped,With,High-tech,Stationary,Bikes,Shutterstock

To help herself recover from an injury, Blackheart used a stationary bike. She shared a video of herself doing so on her Instagram story highlight. Penn State PRO Wellness states that using a stationary bike is a great cardio workout. “Cycling is an excellent way to get your heart pumping. Cardiovascular or aerobic workouts, such as cycling, strengthen your heart, lungs, and muscles. They also improve the flow of blood and oxygen throughout your body.”

3. She Spends Time With Animals

Shotzi Blackheart.1Shotzi Blackheart/Instagram

If you take one look at Blackheart’s Instagram, you can easily see that she loves spending time with animals. Christian Health New Jersey states that this has a lot of health benefits. “Animals help many people feel at ease. Those living with anxiety or dealing with agitation caused by dementia or other illnesses can benefit from animal therapy to calm their nerves and promote relaxation.”

4. She Speaks Out Against Sexism

Blackheart spoke out about sexism in wrestling, particularly with intergender wrestling in an interview. “Number one, if you don't have Intergender wrestling on your show, if you refuse to have it, you're like, no, Uhuh, you are sexist point blank, because the same shows that will put 110 pound dude against a 250 pound dude won't book me against a dude who is about my size. And I find that absolutely sexist that you think that us girls can't handle it. So I just think it's a new age. Everyone knows wrestling is entertainment, so let's just look at it like that because let me tell you, I can entertain a crowd with a man on the other side of the ring and to tell me that I can't.”

5. She’s Supportive

Blackheart notably shaver her head, and she revealed to Wrestling News that she did it to support her sister through cancer treatments. “My sister was going through chemotherapy and she started losing her hair. She told me that she didn't want to wait for it to all fall out. She was going to shave it off. I immediately went to Hunter and was like, 'Hey, my sister's going through chemo. I want to support her. I want to be there for her. I want to shave my hair off too. Can we make it not weird and make it part of a storyline so I don't just show up one day with no hair', and he was totally for it."

In addition to her impressive acting ability, the star is a total bombshell and has one of the fittest figures in Hollywood. Here are the top 5 habits that help her stay fit at 27.

Water Skiing

Sydney has been water skiing since she was a toddler. “The moment I could walk, my mom put me on what’s called a U-board to learn how to ski,” she told Women’s Health. “I remember that whenever we would go by the docks of my grandma’s or my cousin’s house, I’d wave. I felt so cool because I could take off one hand. That’s my earliest memory of skiing, but I’ve been doing it as long as I can remember. It’s my favorite.” How does it help her achieve her amazing body? “It’s a lot of upper body strength, it’s balance, it’s core, it’s legs—you get tired really fast,” she says. “I see such a change in my body after an entire summer of [skiing]. My arms are stronger, more sculpted. My abs are rock solid. But I never look at it as a workout because it is so much fun,” she said.

Morning Workouts

Sydney mixes up her exercise routine, but likes to get workouts over with early in the day. “I like to work out in the morning, so I’ll either go for a run or I’ll go to Solidcore,” says Sydney. The high-intensity, low-impact Pilates-inspired workout “makes me feel so strong, but also elongated,” Sydney said about her sweat sessions. “I feel so good afterwards.”

Self-Care

Sydney engages in self-care activities. “I love to paint, and I love to read,” she said. “Those are the activities that are just for me.” One Harvard study published in Social Science & Medicine found that people who read books regularly had a 20% lower risk of dying over the next 12 years than those who weren't readers or who read periodicals.

She Walks and Hikes

One of the ways she treats her anxiety is by spending time outdoors with her dog, Tank. She takes him on walks or hikes. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day reduced the risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia, and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

Mariana Morais is showing off her ab-fab figure – in a two-piece exercise set. In a new social media post, the fitness influencer flaunts her fantastic figure in a brown sports bra and leggings. “Self Progress & Development is not always linear. Sometimes we take steps back & that’s just a sign to course correct so we can leap forward. If 2024 wasn’t the year you expected, use it as an opportunity to learn, grow, & carry on. It’s you VS you - continue to try, focus on consistency > perfection & you will prevail 🤎 rooting for us all to strengthen our mind & bodies this year,” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Strength Training

Mariana relies on old-school strength training to keep her body toned. “Training till failure instead of reps + taking my ab routine up a notch by incorporating weighted exercises,” she wrote about one of her workout tactics. “I can feel my muscles being challenged and am in tune with my movements.” According to the Mayo Clinic, strength and weight training help reduce body fat, preserve and increase lean muscle mass, and burn calories more efficiently. Strength training may also help you:

  • Develop strong bones
  • Manage your weight
  • Enhance your quality of life
  • Manage chronic conditions
  • Sharpen your thinking skills

Prioritizing Digestion and Getting Blood Work Done

Other healthy habits? “Prioritizing digestion,” she writes in the same post. “Making sure I get enough fiber & starting off every morning with a juice cleanse. This has helped me feel so much better everyday.” She also gets regular blood work done. “So important to check your levels and know what’s going on in your body routinely! Don’t skip the doc apts, always better to be preventative.”

Hiking

Mariana enjoys hiking. “Elevation therapy,” she captioned a post from one of her fitness adventures. According to the National Parks Service, the physical benefits of hiking include:

  • Building stronger muscles and bones
  • Improving your sense of balance
  • Improving your heart health
  • Decreasing the risk of some respiratory issues

Pilates

Mariana does reformer Pilates. “POV: Stepping into the prettiest torture chamber,” she wrote across a video of herself at the studio. Why is Pilates a good workout? According to the Mayo Clinic, the workout has many benefits, as it “strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility, resulting in improved overall health.” It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, stress and back pain relief, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

Emsculpt NEO

Mariana recently got an aesthetic body treatment, Emsculpt NEO. “I’ve heard all the rage about the benefits to spot reducing fat & toning muscle so I had to give it a try to target those pesky lower abs. It was a 10/10 & a great addition to my workout routine,” she wrote.

News that she made sure to be consistent with her wellness in order to prepare. “Really trying to dial in [on] what I eat, how I workout, the workouts that I do. Trying to get them in consistently because you only get married once and I want to feel my best. But this past season it was just hard being so far away from my normal routine and where I typically live."

Culpo has amazing skin, and she makes sure to take care of it, even while traveling. “I don't wear any makeup when traveling," she says to Travel + Leisure. "That's one rule because I do feel like you will have a higher chance of breaking out if you are wearing a full face of makeup. A few things I always have with me is some sort of a spray. I love Dr. Barbara Sturm or Caudalie or La Mer. I also absolutely love traveling with a makeup wipe, the Neutrogena wipes are great. Something to just take off the sweat you build up.”

She Keeps Her Skincare Simple

Culpo shared her skincare routines with Byrdie. She says that she keeps her morning and night routine simple. “I am always trying out new products, so what I gravitate toward is often changing. At night, I usually use an oil and a serum. Right now, I love the Clarins Double Serum. In the morning, I use a Vitamin C serum and an SPF, and, typically, I just rinse my skin with warm water instead of using a cleanser. It is something I swear by—it allows for the oils on my skin from sleeping to absorb naturally.”

Culpo shared some of her favorite skincare products with Byrdie. She says that she uses ones that have vitamins in them. “I have noticed a huge difference in my skin with vitamin C and E. I love the Good Janes H2OMyGod Moisturizer—it's sort of an all-in-one moisturizer that has vitamin C and collagen peptides. As for vitamin E, I actually just purchase the oil from the drugstore. It is super cheap and great to put on any red marks I may get from an occasional breakout. The healing process is so much quicker when I am using Vitamin E oil.”

Culpo makes sure to eat healthy. She shared some of the snacks she packs with her with Travel + Leisure. "I love the Kind bars. I love any sort of nuts, to be honest with you. They are a go-to snack for me. I would say Peroni Nastro Azzurro 0.0% and some almonds would be perfect! Also, electrolytes to stay hydrated or some sort of collagen beauty powder or something."
