Happy you enjoyed your stay here. You should definitely come back to explore some more !🇱🇨❤️,” commented a fan. How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Bailey stays in shape and the photos that prove they work.
1. She’s a Dancer
Bailey is a talented dancer, as anyone who has seen her perform will attest to. Dance-based workouts are a great option for people who want to work out while having fun. “The best exercise program is one that is safe, balanced, promotes fitness and, importantly, one that people will do regularly because they enjoy it,” says Polly de Mille, exercise physiologist at the Women’s Sports Medicine Center at Hospital for Special Surgery. “The social aspects of dance help to make it very attractive for an increasing number of people versus, say, an elliptical training machine. Scientific studies are now also telling us that many things make dancing an excellent fitness regimen with attractive benefits.”
2. SPF Every Day

Bailey never skips sunscreen to protect her skin’s health and appearance. "I'm so grateful for all the melanin that I have," she says. "I'm grateful for the protection that it gives me. But I still need my sunscreen because, you know, I'm trying to have youthful skin all the time — I don't want wrinkles too soon. We don't want the Black to crack."
3. Vegan Lifestyle and Coconut Oil

Bailey swears by a vegan diet and cruelty-free products such as coconut oil for health and beauty. "I always love packing coconut oil with me!” she says. “It's the best skin moisturizer." According to dermatologist Jane Wu, MD, coconut oil is better for the body than the face. “If you are prone to acne, you should also avoid putting it on your shoulders, chest or back,” she says.
4. Positive Thoughts

Bailey believes in the power of positive thought. “With everything—music or acting or even the corporate world—you’re always gonna have obstacles,” she says. “And that gets put in the shadows. All we see is the glitz and the glamor. We live in a world where everyone posts their best selves online. Sometimes you look at yourself and think, why can’t I always be 100%, 1000%? But everybody gets told no. But when one door closes, another opens.”
5. Self-Care Every Day
Bailey makes time to relax and take care of herself, especially as her schedule can get extremely hectic. "It's so relaxing and soothing when you get to take care of yourself and when you look in the mirror, applying the products,” she says. “And it's like, oh, I'm loving myself, loving the skin I'm in.”
