She Orders Prepared Meals
One way that Chloe ensures healthy eating is by relying on meal delivery services. "I'll pop to the supermarkets, but I also order in meals from Prep Kitchen as they have really healthy, calorie-counted meals," she told Closer.
She Exercises on an Empty Stomach
Chloe wakes up and exercises. "I go to the gym and train before breakfast as I never get hungry in the morning," she told Closer. She added to The Sun that she is "addicted" to working out. "I've got a gym in my house, so any time I'm feeling down I go downstairs to the treadmill," she said.
Here Is What She Eats in a Day
For breakfast, Chloe has "a protein shake or two slices of bread, two eggs and some salmon." Then, for lunch, "a tin of soup, probably tomato, with a slice of low-cal bread. To snack, I love crisps or bread with peanut butter. Then for my evening meal, l love spaghetti Bolognaise or shepherd's pie – warming, home-cooked meals. I eat quite a lot of carbs but I burn them off at the gym and I watch my calorie count. I've lost 2st in the last year," she told Closer.
She Goes for Walks on the Beach
Another way Chloe stays in shape? She goes for walks. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer in terms of exercise, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.
She Counts Calories
Chloe maintains that counting calories is the key to weight loss. "I felt I had put some weight on after having my boobs done. So I'm getting back in there," she told The Sun. She put her focus on consuming lean proteins and clean carbs. "I have about 1,300 calories a day, and obviously, I have chicken, rice, boiled eggs, protein shakes, and all that sort of stuff."
