Christina Hall Shares Swimsuit Photos With "Vacation Vibes"
Christina Hall is an HGTV and home renovation legend. She first started out on the HGTV series, Flip or Flop. She then received a spinoff series, Christina On The Coast. Hall and her husband recently enjoyed a trip to Chileno Bay. She shared a photo of the two of them on Instagram this week, captioning it, "Vacation vibes." How does she stay so fit? Hall shared some of her favorite ways to stay in shape in an interview with People. She says that she likes to go running. "There is nothing like a good three-mile run for me to really clear my head and get my endorphins going." Better Health states that running has a lot of benefits. "Regular physical activity such as running can significantly improve mental health, self-confidence, healthy ageing, and quality of life."
She Eats Healthy
Hall makes sure to eat healthy each day. She broke down her typical meals in her People interview. "I eat five small meals a day that usually consist of overnight oats for breakfast, a green juice for a snack, salad with a protein for lunch, granola bar as a snack and then a healthy dinner of chicken or salmon and veggies, tacos or vegan chili. For a little dessert, I love Justin's Organic Mini Peanut Butter Cups — delish!"
She Loves Yoga
Besides running, Hall tells People that she has another favorite workout. "My other go-to is yoga. I have the most amazing private instructor who has changed my life. Our sessions are very spiritual and have really helped me cope with my divorce and other emotions I'm going through during this time."
She Loves Orangetheory
Hall is a big fan of Orangetheory. She opened up about this to People. "I discovered Orangetheory and I'm totally hooked! It combines running, which is my favorite workout, with weight training, which I never do on my own. It goes by super quickly and is always challenging. And it helped to get me in the best shape of my 30s!"
She Has A Home Gym
Hall makes sure to workout on a regular basis. One of her secrets? She has a home gym. Hall took her followers through one of her workout routines on her Instagram. Hall's routine is pretty varied. "Saturday morning routine. Peloton 30 mins. Red light therapy 12 mins. Sauna 20 mins. Cold plunge [three] mins."
