Rayna Vallandingham is celebrating the final drop of this season’s Cobra Kai episodes in her workout gear. In a new social media post the actress, who plays the scene-stealing antagonist/influencer Zara Malik, shows off her amazing body in a two-piece martial arts set. “today is the dayyyy 🐉,” she captioned the Instagram snaps and video. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

1. Martial Arts

Rayna has been doing taekwondo since she was 2 years old and earned her first black belt at 6. "In the very beginning, my parents put me in the sport because I was just really shy, and I think they could tell that I needed something," says Vallandingham, who lives and trains in Los Angeles. "Immediately, I just loved it. I felt at home, and every single day, instead of watching Dora, I wanted to go to the dojo,” she told Well + Good.

2. Consistency

Rayna maintains that consistency – at the gym and the martial arts studio – is the key to success. "It is a way of life," she says. "It's not only teaching your body movements and being in synchronicity with your body, but also just like the mental aspect of it."

3. Strength and Flexibility

According to Rayna strength, flexibility, and power are key. "Of the three, I think strength and flexibility are the top two," Vallandingham says. "We used to have people stand on my legs and force my knees to come down in butterfly stretch," she says. "I have permanent damage to my body—I have tendonitis [because of this]."

4. Strength Training

Rayna Vallandingham.4Rayna Vallandingham/Instagram

Vallandingham strength trains, focusing on supersets, doing two moves back-to-back that target the same muscle groups in order to double down on their gains. One of her favorite exercises s is a goblet squat. She stands with her feet shoulder-width apart, fold forward until she can slide her palms underneath her soles (you could also hold your ankles or calves), then bends her knees, lowering her butt toward the floor while lifting her chest, coming into a deep squat. She'll bend and extend her legs several times in this position. Then, it's on to the main event, holding a weight in her hands while bending down into a deep squat. "I love utilizing a Bosu ball—they're pretty much in every single gym," she adds.

5. Stretching

Rayna also does a stretch, starting by lying on the floor with her legs up the wall and then allowing them to open out into a side split. "I let gravity do its work because that's my body telling me, okay, this is where we're at," she says. "My hips are opening on their own, and I'm not having to force anything."

WWE star Zelina Vega is showing off the impressive results of her intense training routine, on social media. Vega, 33, posted highlights of her life recently, including a stunning snap of her posing in gray sweats and a matching sports bra, looking strong and toned. “Thank you all for the bday love yesterday. Means more than you know. Never know what helps fuel a person to keep fighting. Or just to simply not feel alone. Love you guys. Now, back to work💪🏽,” she captioned the post. Vega works hard to stay strong and ready for the ring—here’s how she does it.

1. HIIT and Muay Thai

Vega does plenty of HIIT workouts mixed up with martial arts. “I workout probably, like, six days a week,” she told Muscle & Fitness. “My husband [Malakai Black] likes to make these, like, powerlifting routines for me and then we also mix it up with Muay Thai. So, it’s a lot of different things that I feel like helps me a lot in the ring, whether it’s strength-wise, speed-wise, so yeah, it’s tough but you gotta fit it in.”

2. Diet Advice From The Rock

Dwayne,Johnson,At,The,Afi,Fest,2016,Premiere,Of,'moana'Shutterstock

Vega enjoys a vegan diet, and brings her own food on the road. “It is very difficult to eat though, I will say that, because you are just so busy running around all the time,” she told Muscle & Fitness. “Like even with [media calls], I completely forgot to eat, but I learned this from Dwayne Johnson: He had a timer on his phone that showed ‘OK, it’s time to eat’ and he would stop what he was doing and he’d make sure he gets his meals in, and then he would continue doing what he was doing.”

3. Video Game Star

Kid,Holding,Playstation,5,Controller,With,Street,Fighter,6,LogoShutterstock

Vega appeared in the Street Fighter 6 video game as a commentator, and would love to expand to other games. “I've always loved Mortal Kombat and Tekken 2,” she told Screen Rant. “I think what's cool about the fighting game community is that I think we just kind of support all games. It's not even just after one, that's all you can ever be. But also, I would love to be a part of something that has to do with Naruto or Demon Slayer or something like that, because I'm such a big anime head that I'd love to kind of blend those two. Because obviously, I've played Naruto and Ninja Storm, stuff like that. So in some ways, I'd like to find a way to blend the anime gaming space there.”

4. Puerto Rico Pride

Vega is thrilled about the increased diversity in the wrestling world. “It has always been important to me. I’m Puerto Rican from New York,” she told TV Insider. “We’re all very proud of who we are. My family, I’m proud of them and feel like I’m representing them. I’m also representing the culture while I’m doing what I’m doing. I want that to reflect well on all of us as Latinos and Latinas. You think of Eddie [Guerrero] and Rey [Mysterio], but I wanted people to initially, especially in NXT, to think of me. That was a huge thing for us.”

5. Pre-Fight Ritual

Vega has a moving ritual before she gets in the ring for a fight. “I have a moment where I talk to my dad,” she told HOLA! USA. “I call my guardian angels. I go through my list: my dad, my uncle, my grandfather. I mean, even my little puppy that I lost. So I get to talk to them and tell them to be there with me because, without them, I wouldn’t be where I am. And even though they’re gone, I feel them making sure that I’m safe in the ring. I always say, ‘Make sure I’m safe, make sure I remember everything, make sure that the fans love it.’”

Maycee Barner is showing off all her gym moods – and her amazing body in exercise clothes. In a new social media post the MMA fighter flaunts her figure in shorts and a crop top during an exercise session. “There’s no in between 😂💀 Which one are you?!” she captioned the video of all her gym moods. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Her Daily Schedule

Maycee works out from 9:30-10:30 a.m, wrestles from 1:30-2:30 p.m., and has team practice 3-4 p.m. Then, she takes a recovery period and does cryotherapy from 6-7 p.m. Then, at 8 p.m., a light run or hot tub, “depending on the day's training intensity.”

Science of Food

A scientist looking at food under a microscope.

"After I got signed with UFC, they did all these metabolic tests to create a meal plan for me, which they partnered with meal delivery service Trifecta to do," Barber told Well + Good. She avoids soy and dairy, and eats a diet high in protein, healthy fats, and lots of fibrous veggies as a result of her testing. "I've gotten really into the science behind what's best to eat because it's so important [for my job]," she said. "I've done meal plans in the past where I haven't felt good at all, I felt sick and tired all the time, but eating this way makes me feel energized and also keeps my immune system strong.”

Breakfast

"All of my meals are some sort of combination of protein and vegetables—including breakfast," says Barber. "I really love eggs, so that's something I have a lot in the mornings, often with a side of broccoli, or another high-fiber vegetable. I like to have coffee, but I wait until after my morning workout to have it. Throughout the day, I make sure to stay hydrated, too. Hydration is really important. I drink water before, during, and after all my workouts."

Lunch

Assortment,Of,Poke,Bowls,Flat,LayShutterstock

Next up, lunch. "There's a poke spot close to me that I love, so I got there a lot for lunch," she says. "I do a build-your-own-bowl, adding ahi tuna and lots and lots of greens. I also add in cilantro, cucumber, and red onion. The sauce I like to put on top is lime juice-based. I love this lunch because it's super healthy, really delicious, and gives me the stamina I need to push through my next workout,” she said.

Dinner

"Dinner is...yep, more protein and veggies! One of my go-to dinners is salmon and vegetables," she says. "It has protein, healthy fats, and of course lots of fiber—everything I know my body needs to feel good. I don't actually love the taste of salmon, but I do love the way it makes me feel. As you can see, I eat a lot of fish and vegetables; that's pretty much the core of my diet. I just try to find ways to keep it mix it up and keep it interesting."

Taya Valkyrie is an extremely successful wrestler. She is currently signed with AEW, and occasionally performs with AAA and MLW. She and her husband have their own show, Johnny Loves Taya, and Valkyrie advertised an new episode on Instagram this week. She captioned it, “It’s Wednesday and that means #AEWDynamite and a brand NEW episode of #JohnnyLovesTaya!! Join @johnhennigan @reyfenixmx and myself as we flip out NOW on the @AEW YouTube channel!! 🔥” How does the Doughboys guest stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Taya Valkyrie stays in shape and the photos that prove they work.

1. She’s Focusing Her Energy

In an interview with SHAK Wrestling, Valkyrie talked about how she wants to focus her energy in one place. “I think that now, I’m just ready to kind of focus my energy in one place as opposed to being pulled in all these different directions because I know what I bring to the table as a performer, as an athlete is very special, and I know my worth. I just really wanna work and make an impression and continue to build my legacy. For now, I'm still incredibly happy working absolutely everywhere. I'm not a person to sit at home and sit still and drink a tea and talk about the weather. I’ve never been like that, I get bored very easily, so this has really kept me on my toes and kept me inspired and motivated. We’ll see what happens this year. I’ll just keep moving along and being the Taya Valkyrie that everyone knows.”

2. She Focuses On Herself

Valkyrie tells SE Scoops that she doesn’t care what people think of her and that she focuses on herself. “Everyone wants to speculate and talk and gossip. I just want everybody to enjoy what I’m doing. That’s it. No matter where I am or what I’m doing, I’m just trying to put out the best version of myself and performance, the best moments and best experience for the fans and the viewers. That’s what I want to do in the next year. Do I know where I’m going? No. Are people gossiping about it? Of course. That’s the nature of the beast. Keep them talking. I see no problem with that. Just wait. Everything will work out.”

3. She Works Hard

Valkyrie has experienced a lot of success. She tells SE Scoops that this is because she works really hard. “I have worked very hard to find my spot in the business,” she said. “Rejected over and over again. I had to really claw and find my way. For me, it’s always cool to meet people in the business that have the same respect for it as I do. I feel they are doing a phenomenal job.”

4. She Wrestles

In an interview with Chris Van Vliet, Valkyrie talked about her love of wrestling. “I am a former AAA Women’s Champion, longest reigning Knockouts Champion in IMPACT Wrestling. I was on 3 seasons of Lucha Underground, main evented on all of these platforms, put some respect on my name folks! No but it was cool like I’m going to give this a go, holy sh*t this is happening. I said in an interview that it reminded me of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory when he gets the golden ticket. That was the way that I thought about it. I actually bought myself the book when I got signed to remind myself how I felt in that moment. It was such a big deal for me, I don’t come from wrestling. It was just years, 12 years of hard work. I was poor and didn’t have a lot of support, so I had to carve my own path. The opportunity to go there, I’m like ok. A lot of people were like ‘You should have known better. Blah blah blah…’ But it wasn’t about that. It was about do I at least try or do I spend my whole life wondering what if?”

5. She Works With A Trainer

Valkyrie has to stay in shape for her job. She tells Mint Condition Muscle that she works with a trainer to help her do so. “I immediately got a trainer because I knew that that was, especially if I was going to, as I started wanting to do competition, I didn't know even where to start. Back in the day, it was a lot harder to get information about this kind of stuff if you don't know where to even look for it. So I remember asking a friend who had done a fitness competition before about how she got into it. And so I went and met with Nathan Harwood, who's still a very good friend of mine who still is one of the top coaches for WBFF, and he basically was the first person that I went to who introduced me to proper workouts. I was nervous and stuff, but I never, I don't know, I didn't overthink it. I think that that comes because I was 18 years old and I just didn't know any better. You're innocent and don't know what you're walking into. So I didn't really think too much about it and I kind of just naturally fell in love with it and just it instantly became part of my life.”

Cobra Kai star Alicia Hannah-Kim is saying farewell to her iconic villain character in the final season of the hit Netflix show. Hannah-Kim, 37, shared a picture of herself wearing black leggings, sneakers, and a matching tank top, posing on the gym floor for a mirror selfie. “Kim being Kim... I was so happy when I looked back after the shooting... Good bye Kim Daeun,” she captioned the post. Hannah-Kim is the first female sensei in the Karate Kid universe—here’s how she stays fit, strong, and healthy.

1. Whole Foods and Yoga

Hannah-Kim has a holistic approach to health and beauty. “I’m very careful with what I eat,” she told New Beauty. “I think that I’m not manic, but I’m very much a ‘whole foods’ kind of person. I don’t drink alcohol, I drink a lot of water and tea. I’ve been doing yoga for over 10 years now and that’s really the foundation of my health truly.”

2. Muay Thai Training

Hannah-Kim has a martial arts background, which helped with her Cobra Kai stunt work. “I wasn’t trained in karate, but I had trained in Muay Thai, which is Thai kickboxing,” she told HollywoodLife. “That’s very intense. I was definitely sort of mildly confident going into the training. I have a bit of a background in dance. I do a lot of yoga. I’m pretty athletic. So I thought that I would be able to handle myself, but the training was full on. The stunt team is no joke.”

3. Role Model

Hannah-Kim is proud to represent strong Asian women on screen. “When I was younger, I don’t remember anybody that looked like me on Australian television,” she told KTLA. “I never really stopped to dwell on it, to be honest. Now, thinking about young Asian girls that are going to watch this show and, sort of, be inspired by the fierceness and the strength- I just feel very lucky to be a part of a show that’s as impactful and far-reaching as Cobra Kai.”

4. SPF 50

Hannah-Kim wears SPF 50 every day. “When people show me their sunscreens and they’re like, ‘Oh, this foundation has SPF 25,’ I’m like, ‘Oh, bless your heart.’ It’s 50 or nothing!” she told New Beauty. “I carry a sun stick, and I have a wide array of hats that I will wear. I’m just doing my best to protect myself from the almighty sun. I’m not a dermatologist, so you don’t have to listen to me. All I know is that I bow at the altar of SPF.”

5. Massage Obsessive

Hannah-Kim says massage is her favorite thing in the world. “I would say the Raven Spa in Santa Monica is an old favorite of mine,” she told New Beauty. “That’s a classic West Side joint. People from the cast know this—wherever I am, you can always rely on me to give you a recommendation for a good massage therapist. It’s the first thing that I look for, especially if the job is so physical. Especially in Atlanta, where we were doing so much stunt fighting and training. It was crucial to me for recovery. I was passing out the number of my therapists to the rest of the cast, and so everyone was staying in good shape. I always know what’s up with the spas.”

She Strength Trains

In her Instagram post, Sharvari is seen doing a strength training exercise. The Mayo Clinic says that strength training has a lot of benefits. “Strength training can help you manage or lose weight, and it can increase your metabolism to help you burn more calories. Strength training may enhance your quality of life and improve your ability to do everyday activities. Strength training can also protect your joints from injury. Building muscle also can contribute to better balance and may reduce your risk of falls. This can help you maintain independence as you age.”

She Does Yoga

Sharvari shares a lot of her favorite workouts on Instagram. One thing she likes to do is yoga. Sharvari posted this video of herself doing poses on her page. John Hopkins Medicine states that yoga is very beneficial. “Regular yoga practice may reduce levels of stress and body-wide inflammation, contributing to healthier hearts. Several of the factors contributing to heart disease, including high blood pressure and excess weight, can also be addressed through yoga.”

She Plays Padel

Sharvari likes to play padel to keep herself in shape. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself on the court. Playing padel has a lot of health benefits. Everybody Health & Leisure says, “It improves cardiovascular fitness, helps to build strength and endurance, enhances coordination and promotes overall physical and mental well-being. Not to mention, it’s a fantastic way to burn calories.”

She Boxes

Another thing that Sharvari does to keep herself in shape is box. She first picked this up when training for the film, Vedaa. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself punching a bag. Sharvari captioned the post, “BEAST MODE on for Vedaa! ⚠️☠️🥊 Took up boxing to become Vedaa... Now I am ready to pack a punch or be strong enough to take a brutal beating 💪#Vedaa coming to a theatre near you on August 15th.”

She Runs

Sharvari likes to run to keep herself in shape. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself running on the beach. She captioned the post, “Decided to seas the day!” Better Health says that running is very beneficial. “Regular running or jogging offers many health benefits. Running can: help to build strong bones, as it is a weight bearing exercise, strengthen muscles, improve cardiovascular fitness, burn plenty of kilojoules, help maintain a healthy weight.”

Natasa Stankovic isn’t just a content creator—she’s a fitness inspiration. Known for sharing intense workout sessions on Instagram, she keeps her followers motivated with creative exercise challenges and dynamic routines.

In her latest post, Stankovic teamed up with Aleksandar Illic for a lower body blast, pushing through variations of squats and lunges. Dressed in a sleek two-piece workout set, she captioned the session, “Wednesday challenge,” proving that fitness is all about consistency and fun.

So, how does she maintain her lean, strong physique? From strength training to Pilates, here’s a look at Stankovic’s go-to workout moves.

She Does Squats

Stankovic does squats to keep herself in shape, as you can see in her Instagram video. Piedmont says that this exercise has a lot of health benefits. “Whether you’re hoping to tone your muscles, strengthen your core or just improve overall health, squats are one of the best exercises you can do. Although the movements appear relatively simple, squats can take time to master. Joel Hardwick, ACSM EP-C, EIM2, an exercise physiologist at Piedmont Atlanta Fitness Center, says practice will pay off…Hardwick explains that squats are a compound, multi-joint movement, which means they exercise several muscle groups. When you perform a squat, you work your calves, quads, hamstrings, glutes, core and part of your back.”

She Does Lunges

Stankovic is also seen doing lunges in her Instagram video. The Mayo Clinic reports that lunges are very beneficial to do. “The lunge is a body resistance exercise that works the leg muscles. Specifically, the lunge targets the quadriceps and the hamstring muscles in the thigh, the gluteal muscles in the buttock, and to a lesser extent, the lower leg muscles. The lunge is a great conditioning exercise for many sports, especially those that involve lunging movements, such as tennis, basketball or soccer.”

She Does Cardio

Stankovic likes to do cardio workouts to keep herself in shape. She shared this video of herself doing fast box jumps in different directions on Instagram. Stankovic captioned it, “Morning cardio challenge.” Cardio exercises have a lot of benefits. The Cleveland Clinic says, “When you work your heart and other muscles of your body during cardio exercise, this increases oxygen supply to your whole body, allowing all muscles to work harder and more efficiently. Over time, regular cardio exercise allows your muscles to adapt to an increased workload, making regular activities seem easier.”

She Does Pilates

Stankovic shares a lot of her favorite workouts in an Instagram story highlight. In some of the stories, she is seen doing Pilates exercises on a reformer. Pilates is very beneficial. The Cleveland Clinic says, “One of the reasons Pilates is such a good workout is that it specifically focuses on building core strength.”

She Strength Trains

Stankovic likes to strength train to keep herself in shape. She shared this Instagram story of herself using dumbbells. ACE Fitness says that strength training and using weights has a lot of health benefits. “Strength training with heavy weights improves muscle definition. Muscle definition occurs as the result of muscles remaining in a state of semi-contraction and heavy strength training recruits the larger type II muscle fibers responsible for a muscle’s appearance.”

Kim French in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Real Results" Workout

Learn how she sculpts her powerhouse physique with deadlifts, lunges, squats, and more.

Kim French is more than just a personal trainer—she’s a fitness coach who empowers thousands through her Believe App and Instagram workouts. Known for her structured, effective home training plans, she proves that you don’t need a gym full of heavy weights to build serious strength.

In a recent Instagram post, French shared a glimpse of her at-home training, reminding followers that smart training delivers "REAL results." Rocking a sleek two-piece workout set, she showcased some of her go-to exercises, emphasizing that with the right strategy, anyone can see progress.

So what’s in her routine? From deadlifts to hip thrusts, here’s how French sculpts her powerhouse physique.

She Does Deadlifts

French is seen doing deadlifts in her Instagram post. This exercise has a lot of benefits. NASM says, “A Romanian deadlift is a hip-hinge pattern that works the hamstrings and glutes. It is a form of deadlift with noticeably less bend in the knee, leading to greater hamstring engagement than traditional deadlifts. The move was introduced to the masses in the 90s by Romanian weightlifter Nicu Vlad (an Olympic and World Weightlifting champion) and his coach Dragomir Cioroslan. The two invented the move to help Nicu strengthen his back for the clean and jerk. Today, RDLs are commonly used to strengthen the posterior chain, using the core muscles to stabilize and the hamstrings and glutes to drive the movement.”

She Does Lunges

Another exercise that French is seen doing in her Instagram post is lunges. NASM says that they are very beneficial. “The lunge is a versatile, simple and effective movement for lower body training. Various positions, planes of motion and speeds can all yield different training adaptations for the exerciser. Lunges are the gift that keeps on giving!”

She Does Squats

French is seen doing squats in her Instagram video. According to The Cleveland Clinic, squats are very beneficial. “Here’s a quick look at the many benefits of squats, also known as bodyweight squats or air squats: Works major muscle groups. Burns calories. Strengthens your core. Improves lower body strength. Enhances stability and balance. Betters your posture.”

She Does Hamstring Curls

French is seen doing hamstring curls in her Instagram post. According to The Mayo Clinic, hamstring curls are very beneficial. “The seated hamstring curl is an exercise you can do with a weight machine to work the muscles in the back of the thigh. As the name implies, the seated hamstring curl targets the hamstring muscles here in the back of the thigh. Strong hamstring muscles help to protect your ligaments in the knee.”

She Does Hip Thrusts

French shared this video on Instagram of herself doing hip thrusts. She captioned it, “Hip Thrusts are no doubt one of the best exercises for building your Glutes but of course with any exercise, the form has to be correct for you to see the maximum benefits…✖️ Feet too far forwards will engage your hamstrings more ✖️ Feet too close to you will engage your quads more ✔️ Feet placed so your calves are vertical will engage your glutes more.”
