1. She’s proud

She’s proud of herself. “P.R.O.U.D. 💫One of the hardest challenges I’ve had to face in my life, physically, mentally, and most importantly emotionally… No words can describe what I felt minutes later after crossing the finish line. As your muscle mass increases, you'll likely be able to lift weight more easily and for longer periods of time.
