Neve Bradbury is doing a triathlon in her workout gear. In a new social media post the cycler shows off her amazing body in a two-piece exercise set during a bike ride. “Did my first triathlon on the weekend. No pics of me swimming, possibly because I didn’t do it 👀 was a lotta fun though, would do again. Thanks for having me @sgrail.country,” she captioned the series of Instagram photos and videos. “Get itttttt,” one of her followers commented. “Inspiration 🔥,” another commented. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.
1. Snorkeling
While on vacation you can find Neve snorkeling. “🐢🐢,” she captioned a photo of herself snorkeling in Queensland. Surprisingly, putting on a snorkel and fins and swimming through the water is a great workout. In addition to being a great aerobic exercise and burning calories, other health benefits may include improved cardiovascular function, stress reduction, mood enhancement, and muscular toning.
2. Reading
Neve is a reader. In a recent post, she reads a book. “Last week’s shenanigans 🫡,” she captioned it. One Harvard study published in Social Science & Medicine found that people who read books regularly had a 20% lower risk of dying over the next 12 years compared with people who weren't readers or who read periodicals.
3. Hiking
Neve enjoys hiking. “What’s the quickest way to get rid of hiking DOMS? Asking for a friend…🧐,” she captioned a photo of herself on the mountain. According to the National Parks Service, the physical benefits of hiking include:
- Building stronger muscles and bones
- Improving your sense of balance
- Improving your heart health
- Decreasing the risk of certain respiratory problems
4. Strength Training
To get her body prepped for the bike, Neve strength trains. “Thanks @sarah_cyclingninja for the gym program! It’s nice and challenging 💪🏼 📷,” she captioned a post. According to the Mayo Clinic, strength and weight training help reduce body fat, preserve and increase lean muscle mass, and burn calories more efficiently. Strength training may also help you:
- Develop strong bones
- Manage your weight
- Enhance your quality of life
- Manage chronic conditions
- Sharpen your thinking skills
5. Cycling
Neve spends most of her time on the bike. The Cleveland Clinic explains that biking, a low-impact aerobic exercise, is great for building muscle, improving strength and flexibility, and improving balance. It can also boost mental health and help other health conditions, including arthritis.
