In a playful post, Ledecká compared her vacuuming skills to those of her trusty Roomba, affectionately named Bob, captioning the video, “Me vs. Bob.” When she's not making her followers laugh with lighthearted moments, Ledecká is busy staying in top shape. From snowboarding, her primary sport, to golfing, surfing, and cycling, she embraces a wide range of physical activities to keep herself fit and healthy. Her dedication to staying active, combined with her fun-loving spirit, showcases how she balances elite competition with everyday enjoyment.

Snowboarding is the main way Ledecká stays in shape. The sport is very beneficial for your health. The University of Rochester reports, “Skiing and snowboarding are thrilling activities and great workouts. Both sports are excellent cardiovascular exercises that strengthen the heart. They are also weight-bearing exercises. So hey strengthen your bones as they tone your muscles. Cardiovascular or aerobic exercises also work to reduce your risk for ongoing (chronic) diseases. It was also effective in lowering cholesterol and triglyceride levels. The participants cycled for 45 minutes three times per week, and they consumed 1,200 calories per day for 12 weeks.”

3. She Golfs

Ledecká does a lot of other sports in addition to snowboarding. One thing she likes to do is play golf. She shared this video on Instagram of herself taking a swing. Golf can also: be a great way to keep in touch with friends, help in reducing stress (as a result of the physical activity and also due to the pleasure of walking in an open and natural environment), provide opportunities to meet new people, help develop a sense of community connectedness.”

4. She Surfs

Ledecká spends a lot of time in the water. She shares a lot of Instagram posts of herself at the beach. One thing she likes to do is surf.
