Doja Cat is revealing one of her unconventional eats – in her swimsuit. In one of her latest social media posts, the singer reveals her hankering for pop tarts covered in cheese, while showing off her amazing body in a bathing suit. “Expected the unexpected from Doja,” one of her followers commented. How does she approach health and wellness? Read on for Doja Cat’s best health and wellness advice.
1. Deal with Your Self-Esteem Issues

Doja is open about the body image issues she has been struggling with for her entire life. “Growing up, I definitely had body dysmorphia. Without a doubt. And I’ve had it since,” she told Cosmopolitan Middle East. “It started in my teens, which I think is where it starts for a lot of people. I started really growing and I never really thought I looked good in a lot of the stuff I wore.”
2. Find Positive Outlets That Help You Heal
Doja suggests finding an outlet to help you heal. For her, it is music. “I feel like that song [Juicy] was therapeutic for me. I kind of made it for myself – well, the meaning behind it, at least. I was kind of doing it for my own happiness and I feel like other people can definitely pull some joy from that, too,” she said in the same interview. “Now, I just try to focus on eating well, but I definitely still struggle with body dysmorphia a bit now. But I think that’s to be completely expected when there’s all these phones in your face, right?”
3. Exercise
During a recent Instagram Live session, Doja admitted that she had just started working out. "It used to be rehearsals for award shows," she said. Now she is regular with her sweat sessions, even when she is traveling. "It's hard to get a hotel that has a proper gym," she added. On arm days, she does a lot of weight lifting, including four sets of shoulder presses and bicep curls. "I've just always had noodle arms, my whole life," she revealed. Lower body workout day exercises include jump squats and kettlebell exercises. "I love doing squats," she said. "Don't know why, but my bottom half responds to a lot, and you can see it immediately."
4. Find Workout Buddies

Doja believes in the power of workout buddies. “My friends and I are working out together so they tell me what to do,” she revealed in her Instagram Live session.
5. Love and Accept Yourself

Doja is all about the self-love. “I don’t need to be like anyone else but myself,” she told Crack. “That sounds so corny, but there were times where I felt like a baby duck, just doing what the momma duck did. I took my own leap of faith. When I’m natural, people really fuck with me.”
6. Get Enough Sleep
Doja recently shared a photo of herself getting some zs. In the caption, she claims that sleep is not only good for her sex life. “I also have an IQ of 560 because of it,” she wrote. According to the Sleep Foundation, getting enough z’s is a mood booster, promotes heart health, regulates blood sugar, improves mental function, restores your immune system, helps relieve stress, and aids in weight loss.
