She Drinks Coffee and Tea

Ella starts the day with a piping hot drink. "I always need a cup of tea to start the day," Ella told Closer. You can also find her drinking coffee. According to the Cleveland Clinic, there are several benefits of drinking coffee in moderation."It acts on your brain to improve memory, mood, reaction times and mental function," they say, citing a study finding that caffeine can improve endurance and performance during exercise. It is also antioxidant-rich, can ward off diabetes, prevent neurologic disease, lower cancer risk, and ward off depression, they point out.

Ella maintains a healthy diet. "I'm not big on breakfast, maybe just a slice of toast or yoghurt with fruit. For the majority of the time, I have lunch at home so it's quite healthy, either a tuna salad or a cheese and onion toastie or mackerel with toast. For dinner, Mum will make a chicken and chorizo pasta, a curry or a chilli con carne," she told Closer about her diet.

Ella snacks, sometimes indulging and others, fueling up with healthier food. "I love sour cream and chive Snack a Jacks or a bit of chocolate. I also love crackers with houmous," she told Closer.

She Exercises

Ella makes time out of her busy schedule to exercise. "Time to hit the gym," she captioned a photo of herself in gym clothes. Physical activity is anything that gets your body moving. Each week adults need 150 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity and 2 days of muscle-strengthening activity, according to the current Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans.

She Snorkels

When Ella is on vacation, she enjoys snorkeling. "Time to see some fishes," she captioned a recent vacay snap on her Instagram Stories before a snorkel trip. Surprisingly, putting on a snorkel and fins and swimming through the water is a great workout. In addition to being a great aerobic exercise and burning calories, other health benefits may include improved cardiovascular function, stress reduction, mood enhancement, and muscular toning.
