Malika Andrews is in mid-air in her workout clothes. In a new social media post the ESPN host shows off her amazing body in a two–piece exercise set during a workout. “Jumping into the weekend with my favorite trampoline class☀️ Half dance. Half cardio. All me trying not to fall,” she captioned the Instagram photo. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

1. Making Exercise a Priority

Andrews, who hosts NBA Today and NBA Countdown on ESPN, travels for more than 60 days a year, has to make exercise a priority. “If I am gone for seven days, I will pack seven workout pieces so that I am at least encouraging myself to [exercise] every single day,” she told Travel + Leisure. “As the daughter of a personal trainer, fitness has always been an important part of my life.”

2. Tea

Malika is such an avid tea drinker that she brings her own bags when she flies. “Most airlines only carry black caffeinated tea, so I travel with my own box of mint tea in my purse at all times,” she tells T + L.

3. She Asked for Help

When Malika was younger she battled an eating disorder. “It doesn’t really fit neatly into a box,” she told NY Post about it. “I struggled with restricting and purging. It is not really anorexia or bulimia. It is more anorexia than bulimia, but it doesn’t fit super neatly into a box, which I learned through my years of treatment that more and more eating disorders don’t fit neatly into a box.” She finally asked for help and went to a therapeutic boarding school when she was 14. “I got to a point that I told my mother, ‘I think I need some help. I don’t think I’m going to be able to figure this out by myself.’”

4. Sleep

Alarm,,Clock,And,Woman,Sleeping,In,Bed,With,Depression,,TiredShutterstock

Malika understands the importance of sleep. When she travels, she has a hack to maximize her rest in the morning. “When I close the blinds, do they actually close all the way, or is there a gap? If there’s a gap, I go to the closet and get the hangers, and use the clips to make sure the gap closes. If you’re covering the NBA, you know the pregame nap is essential. Sometimes your sleep is kind of funky. You’re up late, or you’re up early for shows. You want to catch that 20 or 30-minute nap in the middle of the day. If there’s a gap in the curtains, we have the hack—but when I don’t have to employ the hack, that’s a good hotel,” she told GQ.

5. Burgers

Malika AndrewsMalika Andrews/Instagram

Malika loves hamburgers. “I try to find a cool restaurant, but I do love a room service burger. A room service burger, medium, is a safe and solid choice. Shrimp cocktail can be a little more hit-or-miss. I’m on the burger side of life,” she told GQ. “I am a Shake Shack girlie. At JFK, I know exactly where the Shake Shack is. Delta Terminal, I’m headed straight there. The dilemma is always when to open the Shake Shack, because you don’t want to be that person eating food on a plane that you know has a fragrance. But this is just a burger, fries, milkshake fragrance. No fish.”

Megan Olivi is a professional reporter. She is known for her coverage of the MMA and The San Diego Padres. Olivi recently shared a carousel post of her favorite 2024 memories on Instagram. In them, she is seen spending time with her loved ones and her dog. Olivi captioned the post, “A few favorite 2024 moments .. too lazy to make a reel 😂 .. more posts to come.”

She Gained Experience In Her Field

Olivi talked about her career and what advice she gives to others in an interview with The Province. “I always tell people that I feel like experience is the biggest thing,” she said. “When people are trying to decide what they want to do, I always tell everyone, ‘Just go where you can intern and that way you know if you like it or not.’ I would have went into the world of politics thinking this is what I want to do forever, probably hating my life and making nothing, but who has the time for that?”

She Works Hard

Olivi makes sure to work hard. She talked about taking a job at Heavy.com and going all in on it to The Province. “I told my family – they were hysterical and then they were supportive – and I was just like, ‘Okay, I’m going to do this’ and I dove in headfirst. If I ever do something, I give it everything and so I was going to give it my everything and it became a real passion, both professionally and personally.”

She Doesn't Put Up With Mistreatment

Olivi encouraged people to not put up with mistreatment, even if it’s at work in her Province interview. “As long as you’re not showing up to work drunk or hungover or with a serious drug problem – if you love horror movies and that’s not okay, that’s not okay. It’s like, ‘Why do you care if I’m drinking or not? Why do you care what I’m doing on my free time? I’m not asking you what you were doing.’ My free time consists of me doing yoga and hanging out with my dog, that’s about it. If that bothers you, we have an issue. And if they tell you that you look ugly with a ponytail, tell them to go **** themselves because that’s not okay.”

She Wants To Make People Comfortable

Olivi shared how she approaches interviews with The Province. “Because I work for the UFC, they know I’m not going to stir the pot with them,” she explained. “I’m not going to bring up things that are going to catch them off guard; that’s not my deal. My deal is we’ve got this incredible platform and everyone on our roster has got a story to tell, so let me give you a safe space so that people that see you in the Octagon know what you’re like when it’s been two months since your fight and you’re just chilling with your family. That’s really important to me.”

She Hikes

Megan Olivi is seen hiking with family.

Olivi is seen on a hike with friends in her Instagram post. Hiking has a lot of benefits. Piedmont states, “Hiking is a weight-bearing exercise that builds muscle mass and helps prevent osteoporosis. Hiking can help you manage your weight. It is a joint-friendly form of exercise that can keep arthritis sufferers more limber and mobile.”

Laura Rutledge is taking her fans through her morning in her workout gear. In a new social media post the ESPN host gives her followers a glimpse into one of her mornings, showing off her amazing body in exercise clothes. “Putting some finishing touches on The Rundown,” she says in the TikTok clip. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

1. Golf

Laura is a golfer. “Amazing time with some of my favorite people for a wonderful cause,” she captioned a post. A comprehensive review published in the British Journal of Sports Medicine found that golf's health benefits are extensive, including mind, body, and even lifespan. Benefits include improved longevity, decreased risk of developing heart disease or suffering a stroke, good mental health, and improved strength and balance.

2. Pure Barre

Laura told I Want Her Job that she feels her best when, “I am regularly going to Pure Barre,” she says. “It’s almost like a flashback to ballet but not quite as intense. I find it to be such a great workout, and I wish I could do more of it. I try to do pseudo workouts myself, but I do better when I’m in a class because I find more pressure to keep going.” “Barre helps strengthen and tone your muscles without increasing bulk, and it improves your posture. It also increases cardiovascular endurance and metabolism, which helps to quickly burn calories. Regular barre workouts can increase your bone density, which can help prevent conditions like osteoporosis,” explains Barre studio Physique 57.

3. Kayaking

What is her favorite way to spend a day off? “Going to my parents lake house. They have a little cabin that is secluded, in the woods, rustic, and down and dirty. We go kayaking on the lake. It’s a great way to spend time,” she told the podcast. Kayaking is a great workout. Not only is it great for building upper body strength and helps reduce stress, but can burn up to 400 calories per hour, translating to 1,600 calories in four hours of paddling.

4. Immunity Drops

Breakfast,With,Cup,Of,Tea,And,Fresh,Orange,And,PipetteShutterstock

Laura does “a lot of natural things” to avoid getting sick, “I have immune drops that are echinacea and elderberry. I would recommend those to anybody who’s trying to stay healthy and boost their immune system,” she told the podcast.

5. Immunity Juice Shots

Week 1 on #secnation was a blast @SECNetwork @espn #college #football #collegefootball #sec @sec #bts #vlog #tv #livetv #gators #florida #floridafootball #canes

“I’m also big on taking immunity juice shots. You can find a juice shop in a lot of places that you go. I’m not someone to drink a whole green juice. I wish I was better at that. But, I’ve found that drinking just a ginger, lemon, cayenne type of shot that’s all packaged together – even though it’s a bit tough to get through – will really be beneficial,” she said.

In one of her latest social media posts shared from a tropical vacation, the ESPN host flaunts her incredible body in a yellow bathing suit. “Sun up, brim down,” she captioned the set of Instagram snaps. “Ok legsss,” commented one of her followers. “I’m here for all swimsuit pictures of Monica!!” added another. How does the sunbathing beauty keep herself fit and happy? She has a few simple health habits she prioritizes on a daily basis.

1. Self-Care and Mindfulness

Relaxed,African,Woman,Taking,Bath,With,Foam,With,Pleasure,,EnjoyingShutterstock

Monica is all about self-care. “The only [routine] thing I try to be mindful to create for myself is at least one day off a week--- completely off,” Monica told XONecole. “I'm very mindful of that self-care time, which is a dope bath, with Epsom salts, candles, music. The nature of the beast is keeping up---whether it's a game broadcast or a studio broadcast or the podcast. It's important to take that time to recharge.”

2. Regular Gym Workouts

You can Monica at the gym “regularly,” she told the publication. “I travel with gym clothes, and even if I [only] have 20 minutes, I'm going to get that 20 minutes to get some sweat in. As I've gotten older, I start to feel wired and almost anxious. Working out is hugely important to me.”

3. Surrounding Herself with Love

Monica says that keeping an “intimate circle” around is “hugely important” to her. “I kind of argue with them sometimes as to whether I'm an introvert. I don't know! I just draw a lot of energy from solo time. The nature of my career path is to have on the 'on' switch. I don't know if people realize the energy that requires, so when I get to spend time with my man or my friends and do nothing, I relish the opportunity to do nothing. When my time is free, I'm doing nothing, on purpose,” she told the publication.

4. Kettlebells

Monica trains at Harlem Kettlebell Club – a fitness studio specializing in the weights. “I’m big on Wellness & know that looks different for everybody. Personally a good gym session is part of my wellness equation but that doesn’t mean you always love it in midst of it. S/o to @saneetarenee for helping me work off the week on Friday. Make time to take care of yourself, y’all. Be good to you,” she captioned a recent post of her kettlebell workout.

5. Basketball

Basketball is one of Monica’s go-to workouts and actitvities. “Basketball promotes speed, agility, strength, power and endurance. It [has] also been shown to increase flexibility and motor coordination. As a result, basketball is uniquely oriented to improve fundamental motor skills that are shown to be beneficial in promoting general health,” Koco Eaton, M.D., orthopedic surgeon, founder of Eaton Orthopaedics and a former basketball player, tells Nike.

It was already a scary trip for me as I have never done anything like this but an extra challenge from having fractured my wrist 3 weeks before! But the challenges made it 100 x more rewarding! Will share some pictures to try and show you just how incredible the Grand Canyon is 🙌🏽 Very proud of myself for doing it and grateful to be one of the few people who get to see this part of the world in this way!”

She Does Yoga

Sharvari shares a lot of her favorite workouts on Instagram. One thing she likes to do is yoga. Sharvari posted this video of herself doing poses on her page. John Hopkins Medicine states that yoga is very beneficial. “Regular yoga practice may reduce levels of stress and body-wide inflammation, contributing to healthier hearts. Several of the factors contributing to heart disease, including high blood pressure and excess weight, can also be addressed through yoga.”

She Plays Padel

Sharvari likes to play padel to keep herself in shape. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself on the court. Playing padel has a lot of health benefits. Natasa Stankovic isn’t just a content creator—she’s a fitness inspiration. Known for sharing intense workout sessions on Instagram, she keeps her followers motivated with creative exercise challenges and dynamic routines.

In her latest post, Stankovic teamed up with Aleksandar Illic for a lower body blast, pushing through variations of squats and lunges. Dressed in a sleek two-piece workout set, she captioned the session, “Wednesday challenge,” proving that fitness is all about consistency and fun.

So, how does she maintain her lean, strong physique? From strength training to Pilates, here’s a look at Stankovic’s go-to workout moves.

She Does Squats

Stankovic does squats to keep herself in shape, as you can see in her Instagram video. Piedmont says that this exercise has a lot of health benefits. “Whether you’re hoping to tone your muscles, strengthen your core or just improve overall health, squats are one of the best exercises you can do. Although the movements appear relatively simple, squats can take time to master. Joel Hardwick, ACSM EP-C, EIM2, an exercise physiologist at Piedmont Atlanta Fitness Center, says practice will pay off…Hardwick explains that squats are a compound, multi-joint movement, which means they exercise several muscle groups. When you perform a squat, you work your calves, quads, hamstrings, glutes, core and part of your back.”

She Does Lunges

Stankovic is also seen doing lunges in her Instagram video. The Mayo Clinic reports that lunges are very beneficial to do. “The lunge is a body resistance exercise that works the leg muscles. Specifically, the lunge targets the quadriceps and the hamstring muscles in the thigh, the gluteal muscles in the buttock, and to a lesser extent, the lower leg muscles. The lunge is a great conditioning exercise for many sports, especially those that involve lunging movements, such as tennis, basketball or soccer.”

She Does Cardio

Stankovic likes to do cardio workouts to keep herself in shape. She shared this video of herself doing fast box jumps in different directions on Instagram. Stankovic captioned it, “Morning cardio challenge.” Cardio exercises have a lot of benefits. The Cleveland Clinic says, “When you work your heart and other muscles of your body during cardio exercise, this increases oxygen supply to your whole body, allowing all muscles to work harder and more efficiently. Over time, regular cardio exercise allows your muscles to adapt to an increased workload, making regular activities seem easier.”

She Does Pilates

Stankovic shares a lot of her favorite workouts in an Instagram story highlight. In some of the stories, she is seen doing Pilates exercises on a reformer. Pilates is very beneficial. The Cleveland Clinic says, “One of the reasons Pilates is such a good workout is that it specifically focuses on building core strength.”

She Strength Trains

Stankovic likes to strength train to keep herself in shape. She shared this Instagram story of herself using dumbbells. ACE Fitness says that strength training and using weights has a lot of health benefits. “Strength training with heavy weights improves muscle definition. Muscle definition occurs as the result of muscles remaining in a state of semi-contraction and heavy strength training recruits the larger type II muscle fibers responsible for a muscle’s appearance.”

Kim French in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Real Results" Workout

Learn how she sculpts her powerhouse physique with deadlifts, lunges, squats, and more.

Kim French is more than just a personal trainer—she’s a fitness coach who empowers thousands through her Believe App and Instagram workouts. Known for her structured, effective home training plans, she proves that you don’t need a gym full of heavy weights to build serious strength.

In a recent Instagram post, French shared a glimpse of her at-home training, reminding followers that smart training delivers "REAL results." Rocking a sleek two-piece workout set, she showcased some of her go-to exercises, emphasizing that with the right strategy, anyone can see progress.

So what’s in her routine? From deadlifts to hip thrusts, here’s how French sculpts her powerhouse physique.

She Does Deadlifts

French is seen doing deadlifts in her Instagram post. This exercise has a lot of benefits. NASM says, “A Romanian deadlift is a hip-hinge pattern that works the hamstrings and glutes. It is a form of deadlift with noticeably less bend in the knee, leading to greater hamstring engagement than traditional deadlifts. The move was introduced to the masses in the 90s by Romanian weightlifter Nicu Vlad (an Olympic and World Weightlifting champion) and his coach Dragomir Cioroslan. The two invented the move to help Nicu strengthen his back for the clean and jerk. Today, RDLs are commonly used to strengthen the posterior chain, using the core muscles to stabilize and the hamstrings and glutes to drive the movement.”

She Does Lunges

Another exercise that French is seen doing in her Instagram post is lunges. NASM says that they are very beneficial. “The lunge is a versatile, simple and effective movement for lower body training. Various positions, planes of motion and speeds can all yield different training adaptations for the exerciser. Lunges are the gift that keeps on giving!”

She Does Squats

French is seen doing squats in her Instagram video. According to The Cleveland Clinic, squats are very beneficial. “Here’s a quick look at the many benefits of squats, also known as bodyweight squats or air squats: Works major muscle groups. Burns calories. Strengthens your core. Improves lower body strength. Enhances stability and balance. Betters your posture.”

She Does Hamstring Curls

French is seen doing hamstring curls in her Instagram post. According to The Mayo Clinic, hamstring curls are very beneficial. “The seated hamstring curl is an exercise you can do with a weight machine to work the muscles in the back of the thigh. As the name implies, the seated hamstring curl targets the hamstring muscles here in the back of the thigh. Strong hamstring muscles help to protect your ligaments in the knee.”

She Does Hip Thrusts

French shared this video on Instagram of herself doing hip thrusts. She captioned it, “Hip Thrusts are no doubt one of the best exercises for building your Glutes but of course with any exercise, the form has to be correct for you to see the maximum benefits…✖️ Feet too far forwards will engage your hamstrings more ✖️ Feet too close to you will engage your quads more ✔️ Feet placed so your calves are vertical will engage your glutes more.”
