Molly Qerim, one of the hosts on ESPN, is passionate about both sports and wellness. A few weeks ago, she shared photos of herself on the tennis court, captioning the post, “Tennis szn.” Beyond her love for tennis, Qerim maintains a healthy lifestyle that includes a Mediterranean-based diet, regular morning workouts, and mindful wellness habits due to her battle with endometriosis. From boxing to squats, her fitness routine helps her stay in shape, while her focus on self-care keeps her energized for her demanding on-air role.

1. She Eats Healthy

Qerim makes sure to eat a healthy diet. She talked about this in an interview with Endo Found. "I very rarely drink alcohol. I will have a splash of prosecco for celebratory occasions, but pretty much no alcohol and no sugar. I am up at 5 a.m., so I have not been able to entirely cut out caffeine. Don’t get me wrong, I enjoy going out to eat. I am a total foodie, but I try to eat at home. I grew up on a very Mediterranean diet, and that goes hand-in-hand with also being anti-inflammatory, like a lot of fruits, vegetables, meats, and lots of unprocessed foods.”

2. She’s Consistent With Wellness

Qerim has endometriosis and that means she has to be consistent with her habits. "I have to really be diligent about getting my sleep, getting eight hours a night, limiting alcohol and sugar, getting acupuncture once a week,” she told Endo Found. “Exercising, meditation. I really implement all of that to keep the inflammation down and keep me feeling like I can be 'on' all the time. The [on-air] light comes on, and I need to be on. When you’re on morning television, people want to see happy, positive people, and my job is 24/7. So in my offtime, it became more about taking care of myself, than maybe other things I would normally do on the weekends. There are times when I can’t leave the house all weekend. Or, I come to work and then it's straight to bed after work. It's the ebb and flow of having a chronic illness. It can be frustrating at times because you’ll feel really good for a while, and then it hits and its like, 'Ugh! You're back.' So it’s kind of like your body is naturally keeping you in check at all times. It has almost become a second job."

3. She Works Out In The Morning

Qerim makes sure to workout on a regular basis. Since she has a busy schedule, she has to do her exercises in the mornings. Qerim shared this set of photos on Instagram, and talked about her workout schedule in the caption. “How much better is your day when you workout in the am!?!?! Game changer.”

4. She Boxes

Qerim likes to box to stay in shape. She shared this video on Instagram of herself sparring in the gym. Qerim captioned the post, “Who’s trying to get back in shape for summer?!?! Fav workouts? How about clean eating tips? Because your girl can eat 😋”

5. She Does Squats

Qerim also enjoys doing squats to stay in shape. She shared this video on Instagram of herself doing squats with a weighted ball. Allina Health reports that squats have a lot of benefits. “The squat is one of the all-around best exercises to do for your lower body. It strengthens and tones muscles in your thighs, butt and calves and improves posture, balance, flexibility and inner core strength. Squatting also improves bone mineral density to keep your bones strong.”

Hello later! 😂 🫶🏼💛,” she captioned the Instagram photos and videos. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

1. Golf

Ashley loves to golf. “After my last 2 slides I’m now a golf girl! Takes 1 epic shot and you’re sucked back in! It wasn’t my first time hosting a charity golf tournament, but it was my first time playing in one. Couldn’t have asked for a better group of humans to play/WIN The Golf Classic’s 19th year Tournament benefiting #uclachildrenshospital - yeah that’s right we won and by “we” I mean them lol 😂 Special thanks to @zevnorotsky and @alilasky for organizing such a wonderful event for an even better cause! 💛,” she captioned a post. A comprehensive review published in the British Journal of Sports Medicine found that golf's health benefits are extensive, including mind, body, and even lifespan. Benefits include improved longevity, decreased risk of developing heart disease or suffering a stroke, good mental health, and improved strength and balance.

2. Jet Skiing

Ashley loves water sports. She went jet skiing on her birthday and shared the photos on social media. According to Health Fitness Revolution, the average 150-pound rider will burn a surprising 238 calories during a half-hour ride. The sport is also great for cardiovascular endurance.

4. She Eats a Lot

When it comes to her diet, Ashley makes sure to fuel up with healthy food. “Models eat! We eat a lot and often that’s how to keep your metabolism fast. I don’t want young girls watching my videos and thinking you need to starve yourselves to be skinny or a model. Everyone’s body is different, but we all need food to survive. Find your balance, but promise me you will never not eat because food is too delicious,” she captioned a video.

5. Tennis

In her recent post, Ashley shows off her body in tennis clothes while on the court. According to ACE Fitness it blends together cardio and aerobic exercise, as there is a lot of running around, and hand-eye coordination. "While tennis provides numerous health benefits—improved aerobic fitness and anaerobic endurance, muscular fitness (grip strength and endurance), flexibility, multiple skill parameters (balance, speed, agility and quickness), reactivity, and power—it also is psychologically demanding," they say.

Kay Adams, known for her NFL coverage and hosting Up & Adams, frequently shares glimpses of her life and fitness routine on Instagram. Recently, she posted a mirror selfie in black workout clothes during a Q&A with fans. In an interview with GQ, Adams revealed that she works out early in the mornings, combining hiking and Pilates to stay active. Whether she's working out, walking, or swimming, Adams stays committed to keeping fit while balancing her passion for live television and NFL coverage.

1. She Works Out In The Morning

Fitness,Girl,Lifting,Dumbbell,In,The,Morning.Shutterstock

In an interview with GQ, Adams talked about her life and career. She says that she works out in the mornings. “I will wake up and do a hike at like 5:30 in the morning. This weekend I might do a hike and a Pilates class. Then I will feel good about all of my time on the couch. During the games, I’m taking notes and feverishly texting my producer. But other than that, I just watch like everybody else. I’m a fan!”

2. She Enjoys Her Job

Adams tells GQ that she’s lucky to be doing a job she loves. “I think every Sunday—every week, every quarter, every minute—is so precious. That’s one of the big lessons as you do this job: the preciousness of the moments in an NFL season. They’re so fleeting. I’ll catch myself on a Tuesday morning saying, ‘Let’s wrap up Week 11.’ Week 11?! My heart skips a beat because I love the NFL, I love football, I love celebrating the game, and it ends too soon! I’m a fan of the extended season and expanded playoffs because I can’t get enough.”

3. She’s Comfortable On Live TV

Adams shared her favorite type of journalism in her GQ interview. “I love live [TV]. I would pick live over anything, any way. I hate taping anything. I think I’m too impatient to want to do something again, or edit. If you do something live, it’s behind you, there’s nothing you can do about it. There’s a real sense of being in the present moment that I don’t shy away from. I’m saying impatient, but maybe I mean lazy. I just don’t want to do anything again. I think it’s always the best the first time. I think I’m always my best the first time. If I’m not, I’ve got another chance to do it 23 hours later.”

4. She Walks

Adams likes to walk to keep herself in shape. She shared these photos of herself walking and enjoying the scenery on vacation on her Instagram. Adams captioned the post, “Wallflower.” Adams also posted this set of photos from the Riviera Maya. In the first one, she is seen walking on a bridge. Lastly, she is seen taking a couple of walks in this reel, and captioned it, “Rancho relaxo.”

5. She Swims

Adams likes to swim to keep herself in shape. She posted this photo on Instagram of herself in a pool in Aspen. Better Health reports that swimming has a lot of benefits. “Swimming is a great recreational activity for people of all ages. Recreational swimming can provide you with a low-impact workout and it's a good way to relax and feel good. Swimming is a great workout because you need to move your whole body against the resistance of the water.”

Thank you for all your support and your love, it means the world to me ❤️.”

1. She Plays Tennis

Tennis is one of the ways Halep stays in shape. The Columbia Association states that the sport has a lot of benefits. “Tennis is an excellent full-body workout that releases feel-good endorphins to help you relax and relieve tension. Its low-impact nature also means your joints and bones will thank you. 2. She Works Out At Home

Halep shared her wellness secrets in an interview with Tennis World USA. She says that she does a lot of at-home workouts. She also says that she makes sure to work her entire body. 3. She Runs

Another thing that Halep does to stay in shape is going for runs. She opened up about her running routine in her interview with Tennis World USA. “I run around 20-25 minutes, but progressively, I want to run for an hour in one go,” Halep explained. “I don’t usually run too much, but this is the only way I can keep my fitness up.”

Halep says to Tennis World USA that getting enough sleep is important to her. “I sleep pretty much, something I couldn’t do in the past because I’ve always had a schedule. I admit that I go to bed a little later, around 11-12 PM, but I sleep until 10, 10:30. In the past, I wasn’t sleeping past 8:30-9, but not because I couldn’t. Mentally, knowing that I had a program for the day, I was waking up without an alarm. Now, I can sleep relaxed because I know that I make my own schedule.”

5. She Does Planks

Halep shared some of her favorite workouts in this Instagram video. In it, she is seen doing planks. These are very beneficial. The Cleveland Clinic states, “Plank exercises work your core muscles, which are located between your pelvic floor and diaphragm. The area is also known as your trunk. Strength training may enhance your quality of life and improve your ability to do everyday activities. Strength training can also protect your joints from injury. Building muscle also can contribute to better balance and may reduce your risk of falls. This can help you maintain independence as you age.”

She Does Yoga

Sharvari shares a lot of her favorite workouts on Instagram. One thing she likes to do is yoga. Sharvari posted this video of herself doing poses on her page. John Hopkins Medicine states that yoga is very beneficial. “Regular yoga practice may reduce levels of stress and body-wide inflammation, contributing to healthier hearts. Several of the factors contributing to heart disease, including high blood pressure and excess weight, can also be addressed through yoga.”

She Plays Padel

Sharvari likes to play padel to keep herself in shape. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself on the court. Playing padel has a lot of health benefits. Everybody Health & Leisure says, “It improves cardiovascular fitness, helps to build strength and endurance, enhances coordination and promotes overall physical and mental well-being. Not to mention, it’s a fantastic way to burn calories.”

She Boxes

Natasa Stankovic in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Wednesday Challenge"

Entertainment India - March 2023

Natasa Stankovic isn’t just a content creator—she’s a fitness inspiration. Known for sharing intense workout sessions on Instagram, she keeps her followers motivated with creative exercise challenges and dynamic routines.

In her latest post, Stankovic teamed up with Aleksandar Illic for a lower body blast, pushing through variations of squats and lunges. Dressed in a sleek two-piece workout set, she captioned the session, “Wednesday challenge,” proving that fitness is all about consistency and fun.

So, how does she maintain her lean, strong physique? From strength training to Pilates, here’s a look at Stankovic’s go-to workout moves.

She Does Squats

Stankovic does squats to keep herself in shape, as you can see in her Instagram video. Piedmont says that this exercise has a lot of health benefits. “Whether you’re hoping to tone your muscles, strengthen your core or just improve overall health, squats are one of the best exercises you can do. Although the movements appear relatively simple, squats can take time to master. Joel Hardwick, ACSM EP-C, EIM2, an exercise physiologist at Piedmont Atlanta Fitness Center, says practice will pay off…Hardwick explains that squats are a compound, multi-joint movement, which means they exercise several muscle groups. When you perform a squat, you work your calves, quads, hamstrings, glutes, core and part of your back.”

She Does Lunges

Stankovic is also seen doing lunges in her Instagram video. The Mayo Clinic reports that lunges are very beneficial to do. “The lunge is a body resistance exercise that works the leg muscles. Specifically, the lunge targets the quadriceps and the hamstring muscles in the thigh, the gluteal muscles in the buttock, and to a lesser extent, the lower leg muscles. The lunge is a great conditioning exercise for many sports, especially those that involve lunging movements, such as tennis, basketball or soccer.”

She Does Cardio

Stankovic likes to do cardio workouts to keep herself in shape. She shared this video of herself doing fast box jumps in different directions on Instagram. Stankovic captioned it, “Morning cardio challenge.” Cardio exercises have a lot of benefits. The Cleveland Clinic says, “When you work your heart and other muscles of your body during cardio exercise, this increases oxygen supply to your whole body, allowing all muscles to work harder and more efficiently. Over time, regular cardio exercise allows your muscles to adapt to an increased workload, making regular activities seem easier.”

She Does Pilates

Stankovic shares a lot of her favorite workouts in an Instagram story highlight. In some of the stories, she is seen doing Pilates exercises on a reformer. Pilates is very beneficial. The Cleveland Clinic says, “One of the reasons Pilates is such a good workout is that it specifically focuses on building core strength.”

She Strength Trains

Stankovic likes to strength train to keep herself in shape. She shared this Instagram story of herself using dumbbells. ACE Fitness says that strength training and using weights has a lot of health benefits. “Strength training with heavy weights improves muscle definition. Muscle definition occurs as the result of muscles remaining in a state of semi-contraction and heavy strength training recruits the larger type II muscle fibers responsible for a muscle’s appearance.”

Kim French in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Real Results" Workout

Learn how she sculpts her powerhouse physique with deadlifts, lunges, squats, and more.

Kim French is more than just a personal trainer—she’s a fitness coach who empowers thousands through her Believe App and Instagram workouts. Known for her structured, effective home training plans, she proves that you don’t need a gym full of heavy weights to build serious strength.

In a recent Instagram post, French shared a glimpse of her at-home training, reminding followers that smart training delivers "REAL results." Rocking a sleek two-piece workout set, she showcased some of her go-to exercises, emphasizing that with the right strategy, anyone can see progress.

So what’s in her routine? From deadlifts to hip thrusts, here’s how French sculpts her powerhouse physique.

She Does Deadlifts

French is seen doing deadlifts in her Instagram post. This exercise has a lot of benefits. NASM says, “A Romanian deadlift is a hip-hinge pattern that works the hamstrings and glutes. It is a form of deadlift with noticeably less bend in the knee, leading to greater hamstring engagement than traditional deadlifts. The move was introduced to the masses in the 90s by Romanian weightlifter Nicu Vlad (an Olympic and World Weightlifting champion) and his coach Dragomir Cioroslan. The two invented the move to help Nicu strengthen his back for the clean and jerk. Today, RDLs are commonly used to strengthen the posterior chain, using the core muscles to stabilize and the hamstrings and glutes to drive the movement.”

She Does Lunges

Another exercise that French is seen doing in her Instagram post is lunges. NASM says that they are very beneficial. “The lunge is a versatile, simple and effective movement for lower body training. Various positions, planes of motion and speeds can all yield different training adaptations for the exerciser. Lunges are the gift that keeps on giving!”

She Does Squats

French is seen doing squats in her Instagram video. According to The Cleveland Clinic, squats are very beneficial. “Here’s a quick look at the many benefits of squats, also known as bodyweight squats or air squats: Works major muscle groups. Burns calories. Strengthens your core. Improves lower body strength. Enhances stability and balance. Betters your posture.”

She Does Hamstring Curls

French is seen doing hamstring curls in her Instagram post. According to The Mayo Clinic, hamstring curls are very beneficial. “The seated hamstring curl is an exercise you can do with a weight machine to work the muscles in the back of the thigh. As the name implies, the seated hamstring curl targets the hamstring muscles here in the back of the thigh. Strong hamstring muscles help to protect your ligaments in the knee.”

She Does Hip Thrusts

French shared this video on Instagram of herself doing hip thrusts. She captioned it, “Hip Thrusts are no doubt one of the best exercises for building your Glutes but of course with any exercise, the form has to be correct for you to see the maximum benefits…✖️ Feet too far forwards will engage your hamstrings more ✖️ Feet too close to you will engage your quads more ✔️ Feet placed so your calves are vertical will engage your glutes more.”
