Monica McNutt, the dynamic ESPN host, is not only a force in sports broadcasting but also a dedicated advocate of fitness and wellness. Through her social media, McNutt shares her workout routines, diet tips, and self-care practices, offering a glimpse into how she stays in top shape while balancing a busy career. From kettlebell workouts to mixing up her fitness regimen, McNutt emphasizes the importance of finding what works best for your body. Her dedication to health extends beyond the gym as she embraces the Whole30 diet and takes time for self-care. Whether it's a tough workout session or celebrating with friends, McNutt’s holistic approach to wellness ensures she lives a balanced, fulfilling life.

1. She Loves Kettlebell Workouts

In a recent Instagram video, wearing cute black workout shorts and a grey and back cropped top, McNutt shows off her impressive kettlebell skills.“Workout thoughts bc summer was incredible,” she wrote. “The bells are still a thing. Missed them & my KB friends, thx for the extra work & extra support.” Kettlebell exercises are popular because you can target a lot of different muscles. “Kettlebell training provides a low-impact, full-body workout that strengthens muscles and improves cardiovascular health,” according to Shape.

2. She Does Whole30

Earlier this year, McNutt shared she was doing the Whole30 program and wrote, “January means the @whole30 tribe taps in. 😂😂 10/10 still recommend even through the craziness of travel.” The Whole30 diet eliminates grains, alcohol, dairy, baked goods, legumes, and added sugar (natural or artificial) to identify food sensitives for 30 days. After 10 days, you slowly reintroduce the eliminated items one at a time to see which foods are problematic to your health. You don’t restrict calorories or monitor food portions. Meals will consist of meat, seafood, fruit, vegetables and healthy fats.

3. She Beleives in Self-Care

“Self-care time is also fitness time,” McNutt said in a video last year where she’s seen doing a variety of movements with a kettlebell, including one-legged rows and lunges with presses. “I’m big on Wellness & know that looks different for everybody,” she wrote. “Personally a good gym session is part of my wellness equation but that doesn’t mean you always love it in midst of it. S/o to @saneetarenee for helping me work off the week on Friday. Make time to take care of yourself, y’all. Be good to you.”

4. She Mixes Up Her Workouts

While McNutt loves kettlebell exercises, she mixes up her routine to work different muscles and prevent her workout from getting stale and having a lesser impact. “2024 I’m obsessed with these squat swings 😤 the power off these into the snatch was crazy,” she wrote in a video of her doing a workout.

5. She Celerates with Friends

The stunning ESPN host looks incredible and showed off her hard work in the gym on a recent girls' trip to the Dominican Republic. There, she was seen having a great time and enjoying friends, which can greatly impact your overall health. According to the Mayo Clinic, “Adults with strong social connections have a reduced risk of many significant health problems, including depression, high blood pressure, and an unhealthy body mass index.”

ESPN host Monica McNutt is showing fans and followers what a typical workout looks like—and it’s intense. McNutt, 34, shared a video of herself at the Harlem Kettlebell Club, wearing two-piece workout gear as she goes through a strength training workout with coach Ian Vasquez, who shared the post online. “Challenge yourself daily,” reads the caption. McNutt is passionate about the many benefits of movement and working out—here’s how she stays strong and fit.

1. Gym Sessions

McNutt is happiest when she’s at the gym. “I know for me being able to be active physically helps keep me steady mentally and even emotionally,” she told ENSPIRE Magazine. “I have gone to work out to get through some emotional challenges, whether it be a loss of a family member, a breakup, or even to celebrate. I go to the gym to look as good as I feel.”

2. Joy In Movement

McNutt feels better on every level when she’s moving. “Joy is movement. Whether it is something as beautiful as dance or ballet or me throwing around weight,” she told Bauce Mag. “That movement is an expression of joy and a place in which I feel powerful and complete. To carve that out to focus on my body and be in tune is just so refreshing, refueling, helps me stabilize and find the energy to keep up with everything that makes up my hectic life and job.”

3. Balanced Diet

McNutt doesn’t deprive herself of food she loves. “I would be lying to you if I said that I did not enjoy blueberry pancakes with syrup and butter,” she told ENSPIRE Magazine. “But [not] on a regular basis, and I have become far more mindful of listening to my body and how it reacts to good food and my sugar retreats at times…You begin to develop an attentiveness that can be very powerful if you can apply it to your other relationships.”

4. Putting the Phone Down

Words,Social,Media,Detox,On,Yellow,Background.,Top,View.,SocialShutterstock

McNutt thrives in her down time. “Putting my phone down and being present is restorative,” she told Bauce Mag. “Work, drama, and people that need things and ask for them [are all attached to phones]. Put the thing away, be off the grid, and be present–whether [its] solo traveling or [just being] with loved ones. It is so important.”

5. Role Model

McNutt is grateful to be a role model. “As I get older, I have a greater appreciation of what it means to be a WOC in the sports industry,” she told ENSPIRE Magazine. “I think the experience of a black woman is different than that of a white woman, or a black man, or a white man. For me, to encourage people from a place of understanding…there is that point of congruence in our reliability. It’s very powerful. When you have this conversation and talk about wellness as a whole being, you have to take people’s experiences and how they show up into the conversation of the entire being.”

Megan Olivi is a professional reporter. She is known for her coverage of the MMA and The San Diego Padres. Olivi recently shared a carousel post of her favorite 2024 memories on Instagram. In them, she is seen spending time with her loved ones and her dog. Olivi captioned the post, “A few favorite 2024 moments .. too lazy to make a reel 😂 .. more posts to come.”

She Gained Experience In Her Field

Olivi talked about her career and what advice she gives to others in an interview with The Province. “I always tell people that I feel like experience is the biggest thing,” she said. “When people are trying to decide what they want to do, I always tell everyone, ‘Just go where you can intern and that way you know if you like it or not.’ I would have went into the world of politics thinking this is what I want to do forever, probably hating my life and making nothing, but who has the time for that?”

She Works Hard

Olivi makes sure to work hard. She talked about taking a job at Heavy.com and going all in on it to The Province. “I told my family – they were hysterical and then they were supportive – and I was just like, ‘Okay, I’m going to do this’ and I dove in headfirst. If I ever do something, I give it everything and so I was going to give it my everything and it became a real passion, both professionally and personally.”

She Doesn't Put Up With Mistreatment

Olivi encouraged people to not put up with mistreatment, even if it’s at work in her Province interview. “As long as you’re not showing up to work drunk or hungover or with a serious drug problem – if you love horror movies and that’s not okay, that’s not okay. It’s like, ‘Why do you care if I’m drinking or not? Why do you care what I’m doing on my free time? I’m not asking you what you were doing.’ My free time consists of me doing yoga and hanging out with my dog, that’s about it. If that bothers you, we have an issue. And if they tell you that you look ugly with a ponytail, tell them to go **** themselves because that’s not okay.”

She Wants To Make People Comfortable

Olivi shared how she approaches interviews with The Province. “Because I work for the UFC, they know I’m not going to stir the pot with them,” she explained. “I’m not going to bring up things that are going to catch them off guard; that’s not my deal. My deal is we’ve got this incredible platform and everyone on our roster has got a story to tell, so let me give you a safe space so that people that see you in the Octagon know what you’re like when it’s been two months since your fight and you’re just chilling with your family. That’s really important to me.”

She Hikes

Megan Olivi is seen hiking with family.

Olivi is seen on a hike with friends in her Instagram post. Hiking has a lot of benefits. Piedmont states, “Hiking is a weight-bearing exercise that builds muscle mass and helps prevent osteoporosis. Hiking can help you manage your weight. It is a joint-friendly form of exercise that can keep arthritis sufferers more limber and mobile.”

Monica Puig is training in her workout gear. In a new social media post shared by Le Cosh Endurance, the 2016 Olympic Gold Medalist and triathlete hits the track, looking super fit in her two-piece workout gear. “The race for excellence has no finish line,” the Instagram post is captioned. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

1. “Quieting the Negative Thoughts”

"One way that I battle my inner demons is quieting the negative thoughts in my mind and shifting a negative thought to positive," Monica told Olympics. "A lot of the times when I'm running a marathon, I say, 'I don't want to be here. Why am I doing this?' And I tend to shift that focus to ‘I get to be here and I get to do this’. A lot of people would love to be in my position and I'm actually doing this right now. So I tend to push that thought out of the way and reshape my thinking so that it's more positive."

2. Supplements

Kuala,Lumpur,,Malaysia-,October,1,2019,:,Product,Shoot,OfShutterstock

Monica is a big fan of supplements. “I stay energetic before, during and after the U.S. Open, number one by making sure I take all of my USANA supplements. They really help me recover my body as best as I can,” she told Clean Plates.

3. Hydration

Monica also understands the importance of getting enough fluids. “Also, making sure that I’m very well hydrated, drinking lots of water or any kind of sports drink and after really hard sessions, I make sure I have protein shakes, get a good night’s rest to make sure my body is 100 percent,” she says.

4. Tennis

Prior to running, Monica was a tennis star. However an injury led her to become a marathon runner instead. According to ACE Fitness it blends together cardio and aerobic exercise, as there is a lot of running around, and hand-eye coordination. "While tennis provides numerous health benefits—improved aerobic fitness and anaerobic endurance, muscular fitness (grip strength and endurance), flexibility, multiple skill parameters (balance, speed, agility and quickness), reactivity, and power—it also is psychologically demanding," they say.

5. Running

Monica explains that after giving up tennis she was depressed, until she found a new passion in running. “Every time I cross the finish line of a marathon and I get a new personal best time, I get emotional, I’ve cried,” she told CNN Sport. “I’ve just felt in awe of what I’ve been doing because I could easily just be sitting on the couch crying and feeling sorry for myself. But I tried to channel all of that energy that I have towards whatever I had been feeling about my career into something more productive,” she added. “It’s more about showing myself that I didn’t let myself fall into this big black hole of depression and sadness when I had to finish my career so early. I was able to pick myself back up and find something else that motivates me to get out of bed every day, that motivates me to continue to be strong, fit, and have fun at the same time.”

Malika Andrews is in mid-air in her workout clothes. In a new social media post the ESPN host shows off her amazing body in a two–piece exercise set during a workout. “Jumping into the weekend with my favorite trampoline class☀️ Half dance. Half cardio. All me trying not to fall,” she captioned the Instagram photo. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

1. Making Exercise a Priority

Andrews, who hosts NBA Today and NBA Countdown on ESPN, travels for more than 60 days a year, has to make exercise a priority. “If I am gone for seven days, I will pack seven workout pieces so that I am at least encouraging myself to [exercise] every single day,” she told Travel + Leisure. “As the daughter of a personal trainer, fitness has always been an important part of my life.”

2. Tea

Malika is such an avid tea drinker that she brings her own bags when she flies. “Most airlines only carry black caffeinated tea, so I travel with my own box of mint tea in my purse at all times,” she tells T + L.

3. She Asked for Help

When Malika was younger she battled an eating disorder. “It doesn’t really fit neatly into a box,” she told NY Post about it. “I struggled with restricting and purging. It is not really anorexia or bulimia. It is more anorexia than bulimia, but it doesn’t fit super neatly into a box, which I learned through my years of treatment that more and more eating disorders don’t fit neatly into a box.” She finally asked for help and went to a therapeutic boarding school when she was 14. “I got to a point that I told my mother, ‘I think I need some help. I don’t think I’m going to be able to figure this out by myself.’”

4. Sleep

Alarm,,Clock,And,Woman,Sleeping,In,Bed,With,Depression,,TiredShutterstock

Malika understands the importance of sleep. When she travels, she has a hack to maximize her rest in the morning. “When I close the blinds, do they actually close all the way, or is there a gap? If there’s a gap, I go to the closet and get the hangers, and use the clips to make sure the gap closes. If you’re covering the NBA, you know the pregame nap is essential. Sometimes your sleep is kind of funky. You’re up late, or you’re up early for shows. You want to catch that 20 or 30-minute nap in the middle of the day. If there’s a gap in the curtains, we have the hack—but when I don’t have to employ the hack, that’s a good hotel,” she told GQ.

5. Burgers

Malika AndrewsMalika Andrews/Instagram

Malika loves hamburgers. “I try to find a cool restaurant, but I do love a room service burger. A room service burger, medium, is a safe and solid choice. Shrimp cocktail can be a little more hit-or-miss. I’m on the burger side of life,” she told GQ. “I am a Shake Shack girlie. At JFK, I know exactly where the Shake Shack is. Delta Terminal, I’m headed straight there. The dilemma is always when to open the Shake Shack, because you don’t want to be that person eating food on a plane that you know has a fragrance. But this is just a burger, fries, milkshake fragrance. No fish.”

Adding a playful pun to her caption, she wrote, “Never tyre’d of a good beach workout.”
So, how does she stay in such incredible shape? From strength training to boxing, here’s a look at her go-to fitness moves.

She Strength Trains

In her Instagram post, Sharvari is seen doing a strength training exercise. The Mayo Clinic says that strength training has a lot of benefits. “Strength training can help you manage or lose weight, and it can increase your metabolism to help you burn more calories. Strength training may enhance your quality of life and improve your ability to do everyday activities. Strength training can also protect your joints from injury. Building muscle also can contribute to better balance and may reduce your risk of falls. This can help you maintain independence as you age.”

She Does Yoga

Sharvari shares a lot of her favorite workouts on Instagram. One thing she likes to do is yoga. Sharvari posted this video of herself doing poses on her page. John Hopkins Medicine states that yoga is very beneficial. “Regular yoga practice may reduce levels of stress and body-wide inflammation, contributing to healthier hearts. Several of the factors contributing to heart disease, including high blood pressure and excess weight, can also be addressed through yoga.”

She Plays Padel

Sharvari likes to play padel to keep herself in shape. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself on the court. Playing padel has a lot of health benefits. Everybody Health & Leisure says, “It improves cardiovascular fitness, helps to build strength and endurance, enhances coordination and promotes overall physical and mental well-being. Not to mention, it’s a fantastic way to burn calories.”

She Boxes

Another thing that Sharvari does to keep herself in shape is box. She first picked this up when training for the film, Vedaa. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself punching a bag. Sharvari captioned the post, “BEAST MODE on for Vedaa! ⚠️☠️🥊 Took up boxing to become Vedaa... Now I am ready to pack a punch or be strong enough to take a brutal beating 💪#Vedaa coming to a theatre near you on August 15th.”

She Runs

Sharvari likes to run to keep herself in shape. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself running on the beach. She captioned the post, “Decided to seas the day!” Better Health says that running is very beneficial. “Regular running or jogging offers many health benefits. Running can: help to build strong bones, as it is a weight bearing exercise, strengthen muscles, improve cardiovascular fitness, burn plenty of kilojoules, help maintain a healthy weight.”

Natasa Stankovic isn’t just a content creator—she’s a fitness inspiration. Known for sharing intense workout sessions on Instagram, she keeps her followers motivated with creative exercise challenges and dynamic routines.

In her latest post, Stankovic teamed up with Aleksandar Illic for a lower body blast, pushing through variations of squats and lunges. Dressed in a sleek two-piece workout set, she captioned the session, “Wednesday challenge,” proving that fitness is all about consistency and fun.

So, how does she maintain her lean, strong physique? From strength training to Pilates, here’s a look at Stankovic’s go-to workout moves.

She Does Squats

Stankovic does squats to keep herself in shape, as you can see in her Instagram video. Piedmont says that this exercise has a lot of health benefits. “Whether you’re hoping to tone your muscles, strengthen your core or just improve overall health, squats are one of the best exercises you can do. Although the movements appear relatively simple, squats can take time to master. Joel Hardwick, ACSM EP-C, EIM2, an exercise physiologist at Piedmont Atlanta Fitness Center, says practice will pay off…Hardwick explains that squats are a compound, multi-joint movement, which means they exercise several muscle groups. When you perform a squat, you work your calves, quads, hamstrings, glutes, core and part of your back.”

She Does Lunges

Stankovic is also seen doing lunges in her Instagram video. The Mayo Clinic reports that lunges are very beneficial to do. “The lunge is a body resistance exercise that works the leg muscles. Specifically, the lunge targets the quadriceps and the hamstring muscles in the thigh, the gluteal muscles in the buttock, and to a lesser extent, the lower leg muscles. The lunge is a great conditioning exercise for many sports, especially those that involve lunging movements, such as tennis, basketball or soccer.”

She Does Cardio

Stankovic likes to do cardio workouts to keep herself in shape. She shared this video of herself doing fast box jumps in different directions on Instagram. Stankovic captioned it, “Morning cardio challenge.” Cardio exercises have a lot of benefits. The Cleveland Clinic says, “When you work your heart and other muscles of your body during cardio exercise, this increases oxygen supply to your whole body, allowing all muscles to work harder and more efficiently. Over time, regular cardio exercise allows your muscles to adapt to an increased workload, making regular activities seem easier.”

She Does Pilates

Stankovic shares a lot of her favorite workouts in an Instagram story highlight. In some of the stories, she is seen doing Pilates exercises on a reformer. Pilates is very beneficial. The Cleveland Clinic says, “One of the reasons Pilates is such a good workout is that it specifically focuses on building core strength.”

She Strength Trains

Stankovic likes to strength train to keep herself in shape. She shared this Instagram story of herself using dumbbells. ACE Fitness says that strength training and using weights has a lot of health benefits. “Strength training with heavy weights improves muscle definition. Muscle definition occurs as the result of muscles remaining in a state of semi-contraction and heavy strength training recruits the larger type II muscle fibers responsible for a muscle’s appearance.”

Kim French in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Real Results" Workout

Learn how she sculpts her powerhouse physique with deadlifts, lunges, squats, and more.

Kim French is more than just a personal trainer—she’s a fitness coach who empowers thousands through her Believe App and Instagram workouts. Known for her structured, effective home training plans, she proves that you don’t need a gym full of heavy weights to build serious strength.

In a recent Instagram post, French shared a glimpse of her at-home training, reminding followers that smart training delivers "REAL results." Rocking a sleek two-piece workout set, she showcased some of her go-to exercises, emphasizing that with the right strategy, anyone can see progress.

So what’s in her routine? From deadlifts to hip thrusts, here’s how French sculpts her powerhouse physique.

She Does Deadlifts

French is seen doing deadlifts in her Instagram post. This exercise has a lot of benefits. NASM says, “A Romanian deadlift is a hip-hinge pattern that works the hamstrings and glutes. It is a form of deadlift with noticeably less bend in the knee, leading to greater hamstring engagement than traditional deadlifts. The move was introduced to the masses in the 90s by Romanian weightlifter Nicu Vlad (an Olympic and World Weightlifting champion) and his coach Dragomir Cioroslan. The two invented the move to help Nicu strengthen his back for the clean and jerk. Today, RDLs are commonly used to strengthen the posterior chain, using the core muscles to stabilize and the hamstrings and glutes to drive the movement.”

She Does Lunges

Another exercise that French is seen doing in her Instagram post is lunges. NASM says that they are very beneficial. “The lunge is a versatile, simple and effective movement for lower body training. Various positions, planes of motion and speeds can all yield different training adaptations for the exerciser. Lunges are the gift that keeps on giving!”

She Does Squats

French is seen doing squats in her Instagram video. According to The Cleveland Clinic, squats are very beneficial. “Here’s a quick look at the many benefits of squats, also known as bodyweight squats or air squats: Works major muscle groups. Burns calories. Strengthens your core. Improves lower body strength. Enhances stability and balance. Betters your posture.”

She Does Hamstring Curls

French is seen doing hamstring curls in her Instagram post. According to The Mayo Clinic, hamstring curls are very beneficial. “The seated hamstring curl is an exercise you can do with a weight machine to work the muscles in the back of the thigh. As the name implies, the seated hamstring curl targets the hamstring muscles here in the back of the thigh. Strong hamstring muscles help to protect your ligaments in the knee.”

She Does Hip Thrusts

French shared this video on Instagram of herself doing hip thrusts. She captioned it, “Hip Thrusts are no doubt one of the best exercises for building your Glutes but of course with any exercise, the form has to be correct for you to see the maximum benefits…✖️ Feet too far forwards will engage your hamstrings more ✖️ Feet too close to you will engage your quads more ✔️ Feet placed so your calves are vertical will engage your glutes more.”
