She has her go-to breakfasts that start the day off right. "I usually have egg whites and beans,” she said. “For lunch and dinner, Longoria says she usually plans a gourmet meal. "I've been really bringing it during COVID. I've been making everything from fish tacos to shepherd's pie to curry. No day is the same," she said about meals during the pandemic. “If you have heart disease or high cholesterol, be cautious about the number of egg yolks you consume, and take into account all the other forms of saturated fat (red meat, beef, pork, veal and lamb, poultry skin, whole-milk dairy or full-fat cheese) in your diet,” preventive cardiology dietitian Julia Zumpano, RD, LD tells the Cleveland Clinic. “Setting a limit of four egg yolks per week is recommended.”

2. After Trying It All, She Says Moderation is Key

She tried different diets to see what works for her. "I'd do a cleanse. I'd try keto. I'd try no sugar," she said. "I tried. I wanted to do it for the environment, but I just love cheese so much!," she mentioned about her attempt to go vegan. "Life is about moderation, and life is long. One of the greatest ways for me is to enjoy food."

3. She Mixes Up Her Exercise Routine

She mixes up her exercise routine to keep things entertaining. "I do a lot. I'm a runner, I do yoga, I do SoulCycle and I'm just constantly mixing it up," she said. "My workouts now are more weight training. Very serious weight training." Eva works hard with her trainer, Grant Roberts.

When she was asked about her favorite food, Eva said "Does wine count?" Even though she’s definitely a fan of the vino, she’s obsessed with tacos, too, when it comes to her actual favorite food. “There's literally 100 different versions of tacos." They’re delicious and it keeps her from getting bored.

Eva’s wellness shot that she swears by consists of an orange, ginger, lemon, honey, lime, turmeric, and cayenne. "Take the skin off all ingredients," she says. Then she adds everything except for the cayenne to a blender, blend, strain, pour, and sprinkle with cayenne. "Should I add tequila? It's probably not a wellness shot if we add tequila," Longoria said.
