Yana Egorian is fencing in her two-piece workout gear. In a new social media post the fencing sensation shows off her phenomenal figure in an exercise set while showing off her moves. “At the Ilgar Mammadov Fencing Center, an open training session was held as part of the training camp for the Russian cadet saber fencing team. The session was led by Dmitry Glotov, senior coach of the Russian women's saber fencing team and honored coach of Russia, with assistance from two-time Olympic champion Yana Egoryan,” the Instagram caption reads. 1. Golf

Yana is a golfer. Here she is at “the champions at the golf master class,” she wrote in a post. A comprehensive review published in the British Journal of Sports Medicine found that golf's health benefits are extensive, including mind, body, and even lifespan. Benefits include improved longevity, decreased risk of developing heart disease or suffering a stroke, good mental health, and improved strength and balance.

2. Horseback Riding

Yana loves horses and is an experienced equestrian. According to the American Heart Association, riding horses is great for your health. Not only does it boost cardiovascular health, but builds core strength, burns calories, and lowers blood pressure. It is also great for your mental health as it helps relax you.

3. Stretching

Yana understands the importance of stretching before and after exercise. “Stretching keeps the muscles flexible, strong, and healthy, and we need that flexibility to maintain a range of motion in the joints,” says Harvard Health. “Without it, the muscles shorten and become tight. Then, when you call on the muscles for activity, they are weak and unable to extend all the way. That puts you at risk for joint pain, strains, and muscle damage.”

4. Running

Yana also runs. According to the Mayo Clinic, running is great for cardiovascular health, muscle building, and weight loss. “For every mile run, the average person will burn approximately 100 calories,” they say.

5. Strength Training

In her recent video and in another, Yana does a variety of strength training exercises. According to the Mayo Clinic, strength and weight training help reduce body fat, preserve and increase lean muscle mass, and burn calories more efficiently. Strength training may also help you:
