Ashley Kaltwasser, a renowned fitness influencer and Ms. Olympia competitor, is no stranger to discipline and dedication. In a recent Instagram post, she emphasized the importance of meal prep, captioning it, “Meal prep = game changer! Prepping your meals ahead of time keeps you on track, saves you from last-minute junk food decisions, and fuels your body with the good stuff.” Beyond meal prep, Kaltwasser’s fitness routine includes weightlifting, working with a trainer, and focused lower-body exercises like squats and hip thrusts. Her commitment to staying consistent helps her maintain peak physical condition while inspiring her followers.

She Lifts Weights

Kaltwasser shared this video on Instagram of herself doing exercises with weights. According to ACE Fitness, exercises like these have a lot of health benefits. “Strength training with heavy weights improves muscle definition. Muscle definition occurs as the result of muscles remaining in a state of semi-contraction and heavy strength training recruits the larger type II muscle fibers responsible for a muscle’s appearance.”

She Works With A Trainer

Kaltwasser works with a trainer to keep herself in shape. She shared this Instagram video collaboration of the two of them working out. Kalwasser captioned the post, “@andreadams_official keeping me on track here in Hawaii at the @gyfitnesstrainingcenter 💪🏼” Working with a personal trainer has a lot of health benefits. ACE Fitness states, “If you are new to exercise or find that some movements are painful, it is worth hiring a trainer to be certain that you are moving in a safe and effective way. Taking the time to learn proper exercise technique can improve your results and prevent annoying injuries.”

She Does Squats

Ashley Kaltwasser is seen doing weighted squats.

Kaltwasser is seen doing squats in the previous Instagram video. Allina Health states that squats have a lot of benefits. “The squat is one of the all-around best exercises to do for your lower body. It strengthens and tones muscles in your thighs, butt and calves and improves posture, balance, flexibility and inner core strength. Squatting also improves bone mineral density to keep your bones strong.”

She Pulses Between Reps

Kaltwasser’s trainer, Andrea Adams, revealed in the caption of this Instagram video that he has her do pulses in between reps. He explained why in the caption, “All about the details. Instead of progressing the weight try increasing your time under tension (TUT) by adding an additional 1/4 pulse between reps. Other cues I like to give as progressions for hip thrusts/glute bridge are maintaining posterior pelvic tilt on these shorter ROM reps, driving the feet down through the platform, and maintaining lateral tension in the mini band.”

She Does Hip Thrusts

Ashley Kaltwasser is seen doing weighted hip thrusts.

Kaltwasser is seen doing hip thrusts in the previous Instagram video. According to Gymless, this exercise has a lot of benefits. “Hip thrusts are a controlled and powerful movement, mainly focusing on the glutes, hamstrings, lower back, and core. This exercise is vital for developing a stronger posterior chain, contributing to improved athletic performance, alleviating lower back pain, and enhancing overall physique. Considering that about 65 million Americans experience some form of back pain, hip thrusts are a great exercise to include in your routine.”

In this post’s caption, she talked about the importance of focus. “What separates good from great in life, business or sports is your ability to focus. She Does Donkey Kicks

She Works Hard

Runck makes sure to work hard. She talked about this in the caption of this Instagram post. “Sweat + Sacrifice = Success. Put in the work like it’s all going to work out — and it will. Through the years, I have combined meditation, action, and weights into a single strength. I believe that when the body is strong, the mind thinks strong thoughts. Time spent away from the this makes me feel less whole. The resistance that you fight physically in the gym and the resistance that you fight in life can only build a strong character.”

Here’s a breakdown of her lifestyle habits that keep her thriving.

She Does Bicycles

Kaiser likes to do bicycles to keep herself in shape. She shared her tips for doing them correctly in this Instagram post. Kaiser captioned the post, “Are YOU doing bicycles with correct FORM?! I know this seems like a common, straightforward exercise, when in fact 90% of clients perform bicycles incorrectly and end up doing more harm than good to their core and lower back. Try these simple fixes to make your core workout safer, more effective, and more challenging 🚲💪🏼”

She Works Her Lower Body

Kaiser doesn’t skip leg day. She revealed in this Instagram video that she likes to do things like curtsy lunges and holds to work her lower body. She Eats Overnight Oats

Kaiser makes sure to eat healthy fats in her diet. She shared some of her favorites in this Instagram post. Kaiser captioned it, “🚨PSA: EAT GOOD FAT!! Many of us (myself included) grew up during the ‘fat-free’ craze which ingrained in us a fear of fat of any kind. You need healthy fats for your brain, skin, and heart health, blood sugar regulation (keeping you full longer), blood pressure, reducing inflammation, and gut health!! I start everyday now with either a tsp of olive oil or MCT oil before my coffee to help stave off the carb craving, boost my energy, and keep myself going all morning. Think: avocados, fish, nuts, seeds, olives, healthy oils! This is one of my favorite quick recipes that ALSO gives you a great dose of FIBER (95% of Americans are deficient) Healthy fats will also help your body absorb nutrients more efficiently, so always try to add a little fat with your dark leafy greens 😉”

She Loves Oats

Kaiser likes to eat overnight oats in the morning. She shared one of her favorite recipes in this Instagram video, captioning it, “Ever find yourself thinking ‘I don’t have time for breakfast?’ With busy mornings getting kids and dogs fed, I needed some easy healthy go-to meals to get us revved up and out the door on time! 😋 With 42% of your daily fiber and 20g of protein from a 3 minute 3 ingredient recipe that’s been my go to for years and is also kid approved! SAVE this post and let me know how it goes... 🫐🍓🍴Perfect for easing back into the school year! 📚🚌Note: substitute any protein of your choosing for the peptides or chia for the flax!”

She Loves Cardio

Kaiser likes to do dance cardio to keep herself in shape. She talked about why she loves it in the caption of this Instagram video. “Dance is POWER - for your mind AND body 💃😉 Whatever your fitness goal(s) may be- there are NUMEROUS benefits to doing dance-based workouts (both mentally & physically!!) In combining my love for dance with the science and functionality of fitness, I created a unique interval workout that I truly felt the fitness space was lacking. I want to prove exercise can feel good, and be something that can challenge/open your mind to new patterns of movement, bringing you a crazy high that you only feel after you truly accomplish/learn something NEW!!”

Krissy Cela is showing off her baby bump in her two-piece workout gear. In a new social media post the pregnant fitness influencer flaunts her amazing body during a leg day workout. “Not going to lie it’s hitting me hard now. 33 weeks pregnant and workouts are feeling HARD! time to slow it down but first let me just finish this leg workout,” she writes. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care and what is her intense leg routine? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

1. This Is Her Leg DayWorkout

Here is her leg day workout:

  1. Squats: 5 sets 6/7 reps
  2. Explosive step ups: headers when you’re carrying a pineapple 😭 4 sets 7-8 reps each leg
  3. RDL: 4 sets 10-12 reps
  4. Leg press: 4 sets failure.

2. Waking Up Early

Analog,Alarm,Clock,Displaying,Five,O'clock,On,A,Yellow,BackgroundShutterstock

Krissy gets up for the day “around half five or six,” she told Closer. “The reason I wake up so early, it sounds ridiculous, but it helps me do everything I need to do for myself before I can give myself to everybody else. I have this concept where it's all fair and well doing things for the people we love, but if we're not taking some time out for ourselves, to check in or be productive, we'll constantly feel bottom of the list. So I wake up, half five or six o'clock.”

3. Protein Shakes

Glass,With,Protein,Shake,,Jug,Of,Milk,And,Powder,OnShutterstock

Krissy makes sure to get enough protein. “So for me, every single day I have protein shakes, it's just convenient. It's a great way for me to up my protein intake, but it's something I don't rely on. Food is key. Protein shakes are a step up from what you already have, so if you don't have a healthy diet or consistent training routine, then you can't expect it to do what it's supposed to do,” she adds to Closer.

4. Workout and Meal Prep

Cela outlines some of her top health habits in an Instagram post. The first one? Workout and meal prep. “It’s a small win but one that’s helped me with mental fatigue. When you know what you’re wearing you don’t need to stress about it,” she says about choosing her outfit the night before. As for meal prep, she suggests planning for the week ahead. “I have to always meal prep it just sets me up to succeed and also it saves money,” she says in the post. In the clip, she makes a batch of food and separates it into glass containers.

5. Plan Workouts and Don’t Wing It

Another one of her top tips? “Having a set gym program and not doing random workouts,” she writes. “I can seriously bet my entire life… not even bantering that the moment you have a set gym program you will absolutely see your entire life change.”

Pia Miller is an actress, known for her role in the series, Home & Away. Miller also has a large following on social media. Last month, she shared a set of photos on Instagram of herself doing exercises on a Pilates reformer. She captioned it, “I always feel so blessed to be able to start my week with @kadeefit .. joyful , spirit filled body work like no other 🙏🏽🤎🫶🏽”

She Eats A Balanced Diet

Miller shared some of her wellness secrets with Vogue. She says that she believes in balance when it comes to her diet. "I am a firm believer in the 80/20 rule. 80% healthy, 20% treat. Depriving myself of certain foods has never worked for me, so I listen to my body and try to eat as healthy as possible when I can. I always feel better and have more energy when I’m eating well and that’s important when it comes to my kids and work."

She Stays Consistent

Miller tells Vogue that she tries her best to stay consistent with working out, and shared her secrets for doing so. "It’s tough and I’m definitely not perfect, but I just try my hardest to dedicate as much time as possible to the kids when work is busy. If I can’t exercise due to work or family then so be it – I don’t let it consume me or take over. Mixing family and exercise is always a win win – surfing with the kids, heading down to the park after work or going to school sport is always a good way to combine the two. Work is a different beast, but we make it work."

She Works With A Trainer

Personal,Fitness,Trainer,With,Workout,Plan,Close,Up,In,GymShutterstock

Miller tells Vogue that she likes to workout with a personal trainer. "I’m generally pretty active and my being on TV definitely is motivation enough to try and stay fit and healthy! So, I wouldn’t say I necessarily need the motivation to stay fit but I definitely need motivation when I am training. That’s why I love a trainer – to push me a little more than I would most likely push myself."

She Does A Variety Of Workouts

Miller tells Women’s Health that she does a variety of different things to keep herself in shape. “I used to do high-intensity training with a trainer but I just don’t have that time anymore, so I kick the footy with my boys and run around with them. We love the beach so we’re often swimming and playing in the water. I love going to yoga, too, but I can’t as much as I’d like so I’ve put a yoga mat in my dressing room. It’s just important to keep moving. I don’t exercise necessarily to look a certain way, but to feel a certain way. The more I do, the better and more energised I feel – I get tired at the appropriate times, I want to sleep at the appropriate time… my body starts responding accordingly.”

She Does Pilates

Miller is seen doing Pilates to keep herself in shape, as you can see from her Instagram post. Better Health states that Pilates has a lot of benefits. “Pilates can be an aerobic and non-aerobic form of exercise. It requires concentration and focus, because you move your body through precise ranges of motion. It requires concentration in finding a centre point to control your body through movement. Each exercise has a prescribed placement, rhythm and breathing pattern.”

Sophie claims she hasn’t gone under the knife. “It’s your own body, you can do what you want to,” she told Grazia, weighing in on the show’s reputation for girls getting work done. “I wouldn’t have surgery myself; I don’t want it. I’ve got such a low pain tolerance as well; I’d be squirming around.”

She Gets Her Steps In

Stand Up Paddle Boarding

Sophie loves paddle boarding. The American Council on Exercise (ACE) agrees that paddle boarding is great for the core and cardio. Water sports can burn an average of 385 calories for a 140-pound male and 436 calories for a female of the same size, per a study conducted by Arizona State University.

She Skis

When Sophie hits the mountains, she throws on a pair of skis. “Ski club,” she captioned a photo. Research has linked downhill skiing to several health benefits. In addition to promoting physical fitness, it may decrease the risk of cardiovascular and metabolic diseases. Studies have also found that the more frequently a person skis, the prevalence of known hypercholesterolemia, systemic hypertension, diabetes, the frequency of mental stress, and the occurrence of memory deficits decline.

She Loves Group Fitness

“You’ve got to be body confident,” Sophie told Grazia. One of her favorite sweat methods? Group fitness. “A few gym classes can’t hurt,” she said.

She Goes Snorkeling

On her recent Maldives vacation, Sophie and Josh snorkeled in the crystal clear water. Surprisingly, putting on a snorkel and fins and swimming through the water is a great workout. In addition to being a great aerobic exercise and burning calories, other health benefits may include improved cardiovascular function, stress reduction, mood enhancement, and muscular toning.

It’s hard to believe that Jennifer Aniston is 55 and turning 56 in February! Since soaring to fame in 1994, the Friends star has hardly aged in the three decades that have passed – and she has never been secretive about her devotion to health and wellness. Her hard work over the years has paid off through her strong and lean body and ageless looks. Here is everything you need to know about Jennifer Aniston’s approach to longevity.

She Maintains a High Protein Diet

Jennifer Aniston arrives to the 76th Primetime Emmy Awards

Frazer Harrison/Getty Images

"My nutrition is very much the same. It's usually a lot of high protein, vegetables, salads, soups,” she tells People. “I do 80/20. I give myself days where I can have whatever I want. I don’t deprive myself,” she added to TODAY. Why should you consider amping up your protein intake? According to clinical trials, consuming more protein than the recommended dietary allowance not only reduces body weight (BW) but also enhances body composition by decreasing fat mass while preserving fat-free mass (FFM) in both low-calorie and standard-calorie diets.

She Cheats on Occasion

Jennifer allows herself to indulge in “everything I would possibly want on a weekend,” she told People. Her cheat meal “depends,” she says. “I mean, dare I sound repetitive, but Mexican food is a real favorite of mine. It's not even that much of a cheat, to be honest. Or a cheeseburger or pizza or pasta — all that stuff.”

She Tries to Get Enough Sleep

“My bigger challenge is sleep. I think that’s all part of our nutritional hygiene — the amount of water we get as well as the amount of sleep we get. It’s the combination of all of those things that make your workouts the most effective," she told TODAY.

She Exercises in the Morning

“I’ve become gentler with myself,” she says of her approach to fitness, which has “definitely evolved” over the years. “I find that I can be gentler on my body and still get the benefits of a great workout,” she told Prevention. She specifically loves P.Volve workouts, a functional fitness that helps you “function throughout the day” and “work out your essential muscle groups to keep your body strong,” she says. “So you can live a long, healthy, strong life.”

She Hydrates

Aniston prioritizes hydration, drinking a whopping 100 ounces of water per day. "But occasionally I just have to have a Diet Coke—there's nothing like it!" According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is essential for various reasons. Water helps eliminate waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature regular, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.

She Does Pilates, Spinning, Elliptical, and Running Workouts

“I had an injury last fall and I was only able to do Pilates, which I absolutely love. But I was missing that kind of sweat when you just go for it,” she recently told InStyle. “I'm going back to my 15-15-15, which is a 15-minute spin, elliptical, run. And then just old school: I can chase myself around a gym. I need some kind of movement, even if it's just 10 minutes a day on a trampoline.”
