Fitness influencer, personal trainer, and golf enthusiast Caitlin Rice gets a good sweat session in at the gym to maintain her health. “Obsessed with these must-have viral wide-leg pants from Amazon! 😍 They’re insanely comfy, super versatile, and perfect for everything — from the office to the gym to the golf course. A total game-changer for your wardrobe! ✨ So flattering, too,” she said on a video of her trying on pants. Here’s how Caitlin stays looking fit.


1. She golfs

She enjoys golfing, even in heels, and she’s good at it! “Just becoming a regular at top golf 😂❤️🤝My driver swing needs some work but I still bombing em 🤷🏻‍♀️,” she said on an Instagram video of her at Top Golf, reshared from @caitricegolf. According to Better Health, “golf can be good for your health and your heart. Walking an average course for a round of golf can be between five to seven kilometres. If you walk 18 holes three to five times a week, you’ll get an optimal amount of endurance exercise for your heart. If you pull your clubs or carry them, you’ll burn even more calories each round and benefit even more.”

2. She’s present

She takes time to live her life and be present. “Hey friends, I know I’ve been a little MIA on here, but that’s because I’ve been soaking up every moment and being present. This year has been one big, beautiful whirlwind of blessings! 💍 From an incredible trip to Scotland where we got engaged, to coming home and saying ‘I do’ at the courthouse, and now planning our wedding in 6 weeks! 🎉 (The dress in this picture isn’t the one but it totally deserved its moment in the spotlight 😆👗) So much love, happiness, and exciting things ahead. Here’s a little life update and a photo dump for you all! ❤️PS: yes, I do still golf and workout everyday I just don’t post as much lol but maybe I’ll make a come back 😂😜,” she said on a slideshow of photos on Instagram.

3. She works her legs

She incorporates plenty of glute and leg workouts into her routine. “Crushing legs at my fave gym ever @henrysgymnasium they always have new leg equipment every time I go visit. And these two new pieces are absolutely insane. I usually do the inverted press on the smith machine but don’t have to with this new machine imported all the way from Germany. Hello glute gains 🚀,” she said on a video of her working out.

4. She inspires others

She not only works on herself, but she works to inspire others. “Spread joy like wildfire; happiness is infectious, and there’s always a reason to share a smile. Are you ready to take your power back and gain control of your life?! One of my biggest passions in life is providing people with the tools and framework to implement new healthy habits. Being in the best shape of your life doesn’t have to be super hard and unattainable. I will teach you sustainable and flexible ways that allow you to gain the confidence and strength you need to crush your goals,” she said on a video on Instagram.

5. She’s motivated

She stays driven and motivated, keeping her goals in mind. “Here’s your midweek reminder: Keep your intensity high, crush your goals, and conquer those workouts! Remember, ‘The only limit to our realization of tomorrow will be our doubts of today.’ 👊,” she said on Instagram, on a video of her working out.
