Cristina Capron, a prominent fitness influencer, is admired for sharing her active and balanced lifestyle with her followers. In a recent Instagram carousel post, Capron highlighted some of her favorite moments, from taking her dogs on walks and hitting the gym to enjoying nutritious meals. Captioned “Pups, fits & friends,” the post showcased her love for fitness, her pets, and her dedication to health. Whether she’s lifting weights or spending quality time outdoors, Capron’s routine combines physical activity with wholesome habits.

She Walks

In her Instagram post, Capron is seen taking her dogs on a walk. According to Harvard Health, walking has a lot of benefits. “Several studies have found that walking reduces arthritis-related pain, and that walking five to six miles a week can even prevent arthritis from forming in the first place. Walking protects the joints — especially the knees and hips, which are most susceptible to osteoarthritis — by lubricating them and strengthening the muscles that support them.”

She Has Dogs

Capron has two dogs, whom she featured on her Instagram post. Having dogs can have a lot of health benefits. Harvard Health states, “Dog owners are less prone to bouts of loneliness, anxiety, and depression. Simply petting your dog can make you feel less stressed. One of the greatest benefits of owning a dog is that it encourages you to practice mindfulness — being in the present moment and fully appreciating life. Mindfulness can help you relieve stress and also improves your overall health.”

She Loves Bananas

Capron shares some of her favorite foods on an Instagram story highlight on her page. In this photo, she is seen enjoying toast with bananas. The Cleveland Clinic states that bananas have a lot of benefits, including a lot of potassium. “The USDA recommended daily intake of potassium for adults is 4,700 to 5,000 mg. A banana supplies you with about 422 mg, or a little less than 10% of what you need per day. Potassium, a mineral, does a lot for your body. It’s essential for the proper function of your: Heart. Kidneys. Muscles. Nerves. Getting enough potassium also keeps your blood pressure in a healthy range. Potassium, which lowers blood pressure, balances out sodium, which raises blood pressure.”

She Uses Weights

Capron also has an Instagram story highlight dedicated to her workouts. In this video, she is seen doing squats with a barbell. ACE Fitness states that using weights has a lot of benefits. “Lifting heavy weights elevates levels of anabolic hormones—specifically testosterone, growth hormone and insulin-like growth factor (IGF-1)—which are used to repair muscle fibers damaged during exercise. This helps the muscle fibers to become thicker and capable of generating higher levels of force.”

She Does Squats

Capron is seen doing squats in the previous Instagram story. She is seen doing both split and back squats in this Instagram story. According to Allina Health, squats have a lot of benefits. “The squat is one of the all-around best exercises to do for your lower body. It strengthens and tones muscles in your thighs, butt and calves and improves posture, balance, flexibility and inner core strength. Squatting also improves bone mineral density to keep your bones strong.”
