Diana Chaloux is all about adventure, fitness, and faith. As a fitness influencer, she organizes SoulFIT retreats that combine wellness and community in scenic locations around the world. Recently, she shared the excitement for her next retreat in Mexico on Instagram, inviting 50 people from around the globe for “Faith, Fitness and Fun!” Chaloux finds fulfillment in connecting with nature through hiking, staying open to changes in her plans, and drawing strength from her faith. These retreats are her way of building a community, fostering personal growth, and creating memories that last a lifetime. “This trip was beautiful, impacting and powerful in ways I can't describe!” she shares, celebrating the bond formed through these life-changing experiences.
1. She Hikes
Chaloux likes to hike to stay in shape. She shared this video of herself hiking in the Grand Canyon on Instagram. She captioned the post, “ It was all we prayed it would be, and more! ❤️ Every @soulfitretreats is a unique, connecting, healing and empowering time. These Retreats are 1 of 1. ➡️ Join us on the next one: www.soulfitretreats.com (link in bio)”
2. She’s Open To Anything
When it comes to the retreats Chaloux goes on, she is open to anything. Chaloux talked about this in the caption of this Instagram post. “We make a plan for these trips, but always make sure we have it surrendered and let the Lord shift and change it so it's exactly how it's supposed to be! 🙏 So thankful that's what happened. The last minute itinerary changes due to weather made it so this trip was WAY more than we imagined!! More beauty, more connection, more memories for a lifetime.”
3. She Has Courage
Chaloux talked about the importance of courage in the caption of this Instagram post. “Courage to Change. 🔥 Courage to try, fail, and try again. 🔥 Courage to go for your goals, even if the path is hard. Because guess what, the path of NOT going for it is harder in the end. 🔥 When I came to the end of my own excuses, I found the Courage to change. I was 50 pounds overweight, frustrated and discouraged, on a pathway to sickness and regret. 🔥 Nearly 20 years later, that first step of Courage led to the opportunity to help thousands of other women, take a first step for themselves!!”
4. She’s Consistent
Chaloux makes sure to stay consistent when it comes to her fitness. She talked about this in the caption of this Instagram post. “How do I unwind after a full year of constant planning and preparing and then executing one of the biggest dreams God has ever placed on my heart?? Couple hours on my own in the gym here in Mexico followed up by what I know will be a few days full of connection, laughter and conversations with some of my favorite humans on the planet, the ladies of Women Who Mean Business!!!”
5. She Has Strong Faith

One reason Chaloux likes to go on retreats is to connect with her faith. She talked about this in the caption of the previous Instagram post. “From the stunning beauty of God's creation we witness at Zion, Antelope Canyon, Horseshoe Bend and our Bonus time at Valley of Fire. To our amazing fun workouts at Fitness Culture and Fitness Odyssey, to van rides full of laughter, singing, walkie talkies, deep conversations, and new friendships formed, to our Moments in the Mountains and letters of encouragement time...this trip was beautiful, impacting and powerful in ways I can't describe!! 🙏 Huge thanks to Swan Insurance Ricardo Verduzco and rob Skinner for sponsoring the trip backpacks!! ❤️ Soulfit Retreats is One of One. There's nothing like it. Love Thrives. Wounds Heal. Community Grows. Strength Builds. 🙏 Thank you Jesus for another epic time. Thank you to every person who joined us. Thank you for opening up and pouring into others! Thank you to Dan Galic and Renatta Geissinger, these trips would not be the same without you!!”
