Georgia Daniels brings her dedication to fitness and wellness into every aspect of her life, from snorkeling adventures with her partner to gym sessions with friends. Recently, Daniels celebrated her five-year anniversary with her partner, sharing a heartfelt Instagram post that captured their bond. “To a lifetime of happy anniversaries ❤️ Happy 5 years to my other half,” she wrote. When she’s not commemorating life’s special moments, Daniels fills her time with diverse activities like swimming, weight training, and hiking. With the companionship of her dog and the motivation of her loved ones, she stays grounded, active, and inspired. Here’s a closer look at her favorite wellness habits.
1. She Swims
In her Instagram post, Daniels and her partner are seen snorkeling. Swimming and snorkeling has a lot of benefits. The Mayo Clinic states, “Swimming is often touted as a great workout for all ages, offering benefits not only for the body, but also for the mind. As a form of exercise, swimming keeps your heart rate up and builds muscle strength. It also can be a great form of stress relief.”
2. She Works Out With Friends
Daniels hits the gym a lot. And sometimes, she likes to go with a friend. She shared this video on Instagram of herself and a friend weight training. Better Health states that working out with a friend has a lot of benefits. “When you exercise with a friend who’s around the same fitness level as you, you’re more likely to encourage each other and to push a little harder (to increase intensity, for example) than you might do on your own. A friend can bring out your competitive side and spur you on. When you’re ready to give up, the sight of your friend powering on might be just the incentive you need to keep going.”
3. She Lifts Weights

In the previous Instagram video, Daniels is seen lifting weights. ACE Fitness states that this can have a lot of benefits. “Lifting heavy weights elevates levels of anabolic hormones—specifically testosterone, growth hormone and insulin-like growth factor (IGF-1)—which are used to repair muscle fibers damaged during exercise. This helps the muscle fibers to become thicker and capable of generating higher levels of force.”
4. She Hikes
Daniels likes to hike to stay in shape. She is seen doing so in this Instagram post. Piedmont states that hiking has a lot of benefits. “Like most cardio exercises, hiking helps reduce your risk of heart disease, stroke, high blood pressure, high cholesterol and even some cancers. Hiking is a weight-bearing exercise that builds muscle mass and helps prevent osteoporosis. Hiking can help you manage your weight. It is a joint-friendly form of exercise that can keep arthritis sufferers more limber and mobile.”
5. She Has A Dog
Daniels has a dog, and included photos of him in the previous Instagram post. Harvard Health reports that having a dog can have health benefits. “Ongoing research is showing that the health benefits of owning a dog are undeniable. Dog owners have lower blood pressure and healthier cholesterol levels, and a lower risk of heart disease, than non-owners.”
