The fun and motivation was sucked out of it for me. Going from being unmotivated, gaining 8kgs, binge eating and a busy lifestyle. To signing up to a new gym, being a part of an 8 week challenge, eating well and getting my mojo back.When people think of exercise they think of losing weight, chicken and broccoli and getting abs.
