Recently, Arzón posted a workout video on Instagram, encouraging fans with, “It’s supposed to be hard!” Known for her high-energy classes, Arzón’s fitness routine includes exercises like push-ups to build total-body strength. She stays fueled with healthy, creative recipes, like her pumpkin protein pasta, and stays hydrated with a twist—electrolyte-infused ice cubes with fresh fruit. 1. She Does Push-Ups

Arzón makes sure to stay hydrated. In fact, she revealed in this Instagram video that she drinks a special kind of water. Arzón captioned it, “Hydration? Arzón eats a healthy diet. One way she does so is by cooking healthy meals. In this Instagram video, Arzón shared her recipe for pasta with pumpkin and tofu. Since Arzón is a Pelotón instructor, she uses a stationary bike to stay in shape. She shared this video on Instagram from one of her classes.
