Here’s how Carolinne Hobo takes care of her health.

Carolinne Hobo is an incredible CrossFit athlete. “Quarantine video, I took my equipment to my balcony and trained every day, even though I was unmotivated and insecure. This was the only commitment I could keep at that time. And look at the irony! My life went on, things started to get sorted out, and maintaining a minimum of discipline at the time saved my mind from going crazy. Reconsider looking at “workout” as just a physical goal, see it as a remedy for all the other things that drain all your energy and motivation. The other areas of your life will thank you,” she said on Instagram (translated to english). Here’s what Carolinne does to maintain her fit physique.

1. She makes time for the gym

No matter how busy her week gets, she makes time for her health. “What a busy week, my friends😮‍💨Is everyone alive there? If you answered, it's because you survived and have more life ahead of you🙌🏼,” she said on Instagram (translated to english) with clips of her working out and going through the motions. “Regular trips to the gym are great, but don't worry if you can't find a large chunk of time to exercise every day. Any amount of activity is better than none. To gain the benefits of exercise, just get more active throughout your day. For example, take the stairs instead of the elevator or rev up your household chores. Consistency is key,” according to the Mayo Clinic.

2. She has fun with her workouts

She does serious workouts, but doesn’t always take herself too seriously. “Syncro Facing Burpee Box Jump Over Pushup”🙃 A good Monday is one that starts with clowning around. Here's the challenge: don't break your teeth or your shins🥰#challenge #crossfit #training,” she said on Instagram (translated to english).

3. She pushes herself

She pushes herself to truly see results. “Teach your brain how much you like to train, and your body will deliver the results 🔥! * the voice is of the neuroscientist@carlatieppo #workout #training #tapago,” she said on Instagram (translated to english), on a video of her weight lifting.

4. She stays motivated

She stays motivated in the gym. “Motivation is everything…,” she said on Instagram (translated to english) on a video clip meant to be funny, but the message is still there. She knows it’s important whether it’s coaches, friends, or her own internal voice, to keep the motivation there and push herself to reach her goals.

5. She’s accepting

She’s accepting and kind to herself. “Ah... but she's very strong. Ah... but she's very thin. Ah... but she has a lot of muscle. Ah... but she's fat. OK👍🏼. Who cares? When you like your results, the demands and comparisons can be left to the dissatisfied🤷🏻‍♀️. Amen,” she asked on Instagram (translated to english) on a video of her working out.

Caroline Lowe is an extremely successful model. She was a model for IMG, one of the top agencies in the world. In March, Lowe shared some life updates on Instagram. In them, she went out to eat, went to the gym, and got on a plane. Lowe captioned the post, “A glimpse into this past week.” How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Caroline Lowe stays in shape and the photos that prove they work.

1. She Uses Vitamin E

Lowe shared some of her beauty secrets in an interview with It’s Now Cool. She says that she likes to use Vitamin E to keep her skin healthy. “I love to use natural products, vitamin E oil is my favorite. It's super hydrating and helps reduce stress marks and skin discoloration or scarring. I just lather it up before bed, sorry Heath! Lol.”

2. She Eats Healthy

Lowe makes sure to eat a healthy diet. She shared some of her meals in the caption of this Instagram photo. “DIET• Breakfast: Avocado Toast with Corn and Bean Salsa 🥑 Lunch/Snack: Matcha Latte & a Granola Bar🍵 Dinner: Jerk Shrimp with Pineapple Rice🍍🍤**I know my lunch/snack was quite small but I was busy running around and still full from breakfast**

3. She Goes To Fitness Classes

In her It’s Now Cool interview, Lowe revealed some of her fitness secrets. She says that she goes to classes to keep herself in shape. “I love classes and most cities have group classes you can sign up for online. It's a great way to find a workout you like! Also my friend Megan Roup is a workout instructor back home in NYC and you can do her classes via the OBE app in the comfort of your own home or hotel room.”

4. She Does Ab Workouts

Lowe has an amazing set of abs, and she does a lot of ab workouts to maintain them. She shared some of her favorites in her It’s Now Cool interview. “I find that abs are the hardest muscle group to maintain,” Lowe said. “It's 60% diet and 40% exercise. Bicycle crunches, sit- ups and toe touches are easy exercises you can do anywhere and yield results. I do 3 sets of 20 pretty much everyday.”

5. She Believes In Balance

Lowe’s approach to wellness is all about balance. She talked about this in the caption of this Instagram post. “Life is all about balance. My most frequently asked questions are: ‘what do you eat on a daily basis?’ & ‘how often and how long do you work out for?’. It’s all circumstantial. You can’t limit yourself to a specific diet or exercise regime for too long, tbh that sounds SO damn boring. I eat 80% healthy and 20% whatever the hell I want. Last week over thanksgiving I ate like shit and gained 8lbs. I landed back in NYC booked a week full of workouts, I’m eating healthy/smaller portions and I’m getting back to my normal size. Don’t worry about what you see on everyone’s IG (mine included), Live YOUR life, Love YOUR body and remember that moderation is key.”

"So, I got a tummy tuck — they call it a 'mommy makeover' — a tummy tuck and lipo[suction], and it changed my whole body," she explained. "It changed my confidence, and I'm really happy. So yeah, I did that glow-up."

5. Subhead Goes Right Here

Molly Ava is urging her followers to take a break from fitness when you need it – in her workout gear. In a new post, the fitness influencer reveals that she put on weight during a recent vacation, but she is okay about it. “LIVE YA DAMN LIFE GIRLIE ✨,” she wrote in the Instagram caption, showing off her strong body in a two-piece look. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care and what is her latest message? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

1. She Once Tried Fat Burning Pills and “Teatox”

Young,Woman,Holding,Packs,Of,Pills,And,Measuring,Tape,InShutterstock

Molly reveals that in 2019 she decided she wanted to lose weight and tried instant fix products, but they didn’t work. “I came to my fitness journey an unhealthy, depressed student, drinking too many VKs and relying only on mac and cheese ready meals and fruit pastilles for fuel. So what did I do? I bought a teatox and some fat burning pills (I wish this was a joke), and clearly that didn’t work. I just had the runs and a weird tummy,” she wrote in an Instagram post.

2. Then, She Discovered Lifting

"So I sat myself down at the start (well February because January was, if you’ll pardon the pun, a shit show) of 2019, and said enough was enough,” she continued in the post. "I bought a gym guide, some protein powder and set myself some goals. I was going to stick to it this time. For the first 2+ years of this journey all I cared about was being small. I just wanted to be lean and slim, I enjoyed lifting I loved feeling strong, but the overriding goal was so be small."

3. She Also Realized You Need to Eat More to Get in Shape

"It’s not just something you wake up with, but one day after realising both my boobs and a** had done a runner I knew I couldn’t live life under 2000 calories forever and something needed to change,” she continued in the post. "So with the help and encouragement of @gymwithwarr we both embarked on our first bulk and honestly it changed my life. I had never felt such enjoyment from food, without any guilt, my body worked so much better, my mental health was a million times more positive, my hair was thicker my skin was healthier and best of all MY LEGS WERE GROWING. I felt like a beast, I trained hard, I kept going and I accepted learning and growing through the tough times, self-doubt and some incredibly testing body image days."

4. Strength Training

Molly’s workouts are now focused around strength training and lifting weights. She does old school moves like chest presses, rows, single leg step ups, and Bulgarian split squats. “Speedy full body(ish) workout,” she captioned a post. “One of those days where you need to be in and out but you want to get the PUMP 🔥 Shoulders, back and lower all HIT 🫶🏼Reps and sets on screen, 60-120s rest between sets (as needed).”

5. It’s Okay to Take Breaks, She Says

Molly’s message in her latest post, is that it’s okay to take breaks from your routine. “This past weekend was the FIRST weekend I’ve had at home in over a month, Life has been a liiiil crazy to say the least but I wouldn’t change a moment of that 🫶🏼I had a whole 9 days of ALL food out on my holiday, 4 days on a hen do, 2 days for Taylor swift, and many other meals out in between and that’s ok it’s been AWESOME 🍕Stepping on the scales after a busy period can be a little scary, especially if you have a fat loss goal, but gaining weight does not reflect on YOU as a person in any way shape or form so don’t you forget that. Am I rushing to loose this weight? No im back at my maintenance calories and kindly letting my body do its thing,” she wrote.

Mariana Morais is showing off her ab-fab figure – in a two-piece exercise set. In a new social media post, the fitness influencer flaunts her fantastic figure in a brown sports bra and leggings. “Self Progress & Development is not always linear. Sometimes we take steps back & that’s just a sign to course correct so we can leap forward. If 2024 wasn’t the year you expected, use it as an opportunity to learn, grow, & carry on. It’s you VS you - continue to try, focus on consistency > perfection & you will prevail 🤎 rooting for us all to strengthen our mind & bodies this year,” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Strength Training

Mariana relies on old-school strength training to keep her body toned. “Training till failure instead of reps + taking my ab routine up a notch by incorporating weighted exercises,” she wrote about one of her workout tactics. “I can feel my muscles being challenged and am in tune with my movements.” According to the Mayo Clinic, strength and weight training help reduce body fat, preserve and increase lean muscle mass, and burn calories more efficiently. Prioritizing Digestion and Getting Blood Work Done

This has helped me feel so much better everyday.” She also gets regular blood work done. “So important to check your levels and know what’s going on in your body routinely! Don’t skip the doc apts, always better to be preventative.”

Hiking

Mariana enjoys hiking. “Elevation therapy,” she captioned a post from one of her fitness adventures. According to the National Parks Service, the physical benefits of hiking include:

Mariana does reformer Pilates. “POV: Stepping into the prettiest torture chamber,” she wrote across a video of herself at the studio. Why is Pilates a good workout? According to the Mayo Clinic, the workout has many benefits, as it “strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility, resulting in improved overall health.” It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, stress and back pain relief, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

Emsculpt NEO

Mariana recently got an aesthetic body treatment, Emsculpt NEO. “I’ve heard all the rage about the benefits to spot reducing fat & toning muscle so I had to give it a try to target those pesky lower abs. It was a 10/10 & a great addition to my workout routine,” she wrote.

She’s Consistent

Last year, Culpo was preparing for her wedding. She told E! News that she made sure to be consistent with her wellness in order to prepare. “Really trying to dial in [on] what I eat, how I workout, the workouts that I do. Trying to get them in consistently because you only get married once and I want to feel my best. But this past season it was just hard being so far away from my normal routine and where I typically live."

She Keeps Her Skin Healthy While Traveling

Culpo has amazing skin, and she makes sure to take care of it, even while traveling. “I don't wear any makeup when traveling," she says to Travel + Leisure. "That's one rule because I do feel like you will have a higher chance of breaking out if you are wearing a full face of makeup. A few things I always have with me is some sort of a spray. I love Dr. Barbara Sturm or Caudalie or La Mer. I also absolutely love traveling with a makeup wipe, the Neutrogena wipes are great. Something to just take off the sweat you build up.”

She Keeps Her Skincare Simple

Culpo shared her skincare routines with Byrdie. She says that she keeps her morning and night routine simple. “I am always trying out new products, so what I gravitate toward is often changing. At night, I usually use an oil and a serum. Right now, I love the Clarins Double Serum. In the morning, I use a Vitamin C serum and an SPF, and, typically, I just rinse my skin with warm water instead of using a cleanser. It is something I swear by—it allows for the oils on my skin from sleeping to absorb naturally.”

She Uses Products With Vitamins

Culpo shared some of her favorite skincare products with Byrdie. She says that she uses ones that have vitamins in them. “I have noticed a huge difference in my skin with vitamin C and E. I love the Good Janes H2OMyGod Moisturizer—it's sort of an all-in-one moisturizer that has vitamin C and collagen peptides. As for vitamin E, I actually just purchase the oil from the drugstore. It is super cheap and great to put on any red marks I may get from an occasional breakout. The healing process is so much quicker when I am using Vitamin E oil.”

She Packs Healthy Snacks

Culpo makes sure to eat healthy. She shared some of the snacks she packs with her with Travel + Leisure. "I love the Kind bars. I love any sort of nuts, to be honest with you. They are a go-to snack for me. I would say Peroni Nastro Azzurro 0.0% and some almonds would be perfect! Also, electrolytes to stay hydrated or some sort of collagen beauty powder or something."

Abigail Ratchford’s amazing body has helped her become one of the most famous models on the internet. The 32-year-old, who boasts over 9.1 million followers on Instagram alone, attributes her measurement-defying body to a few simple habits. Here is everything she does to stay fit at 32.

She Follows 4 Diet Rules

Abigail swears that abiding by simple rules helps her stay in shape. “I can’t diet. That just doesn’t work for me,” she told New Beauty. “I started to be healthier by first cutting out soda. Then, I stopped eating after 7 p.m. Finally, I started really watching my portions so I was eating fewer calories every day. And water—lots and lots of water.”

She UsesMyFitnessPal

Abigail explains being accountable for what she eats is crucial. While it’s not “rocket science,” she does use the MyFitnessPal app to track her eating. “I’m the type of person who likes to eat what I want. The app can help anyone do that—you can still eat great food, you just eat less of it,” she added New Beauty.

Pilates

Abigail is a fan of Pilates. “Group workout classes are so big right now, but I always get nervous around other people in settings like that. I have to go at my own pace without a bunch of distractions so, for me, Pilates with a one-on-one instructor works best. It’s not cheap, but then you also aren’t tempted to skip,” she said She added to Men’s Fitness via Muscle & Fitness that the workout “keeps you long and lean” — and the Mayo Clinic agrees. They say it “strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility resulting in improved overall health.” It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, relief from stress and back pain, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

Balanced Diet

“I love green juices and smoothies. Sometimes I’ll put some protein powder in the morning—I feel like the mix of vegetables, and vitamins and stuff that’s in them, really gives me a lot of energy in the morning. I love BBQ food—my ultimate cheat is a pulled pork sandwich, sweet potato fries, and macaroni and cheese from this great place in LA,” she told Men’s Fitness.

Strength Training

Ratchford also lifts weights. “Initially, I made the mistake that a lot of girls do and I was only doing cardio. I just really didn’t see too much change in my body. I’ve been listening to my girlfriends who are in great shape and they say you have to do weight training, you have to go in and do squats. That’s my new thing—I’ve been doing some resistance training, circuit training,” she told Men’s Fitness. The Mayo Clinic explains that strength and weight training help reduce body fat, preserve and increase lean muscle mass, and burn calories more efficiently. Strength training may also help you:

Develop strong bones

Manage your weight

Enhance your quality of life

Manage chronic conditions

Sharpen your thinking skills
