Fitness Stunner Miranda Cohen in Two-Piece Workout Gear is "2 Much 4 U"

Miranda Cohen, a fitness coach with a large Instagram following, continues to inspire her audience with empowering workout routines and motivational messages. In her latest post, Cohen shares a video of herself doing various strength training exercises while encouraging others to embrace their power. “If anyone ever tells you that you are too much for them, they are not your people,” she writes. Cohen’s dedication to fitness goes beyond physical strength, as she also emphasizes self-love and resilience. Her post also offers five new coaching spots for the fall, encouraging others to join her affordable yet effective fitness programs. As always, Cohen leads by example, promoting healthy eating and a positive mindset through her social media presence.


1. She Lifts Weights

In her Instagram post, Cohen is seen doing strength training exercises. ACE Fitness states that using weights has a lot of health benefits. “Lifting heavy weights elevates levels of anabolic hormones—specifically testosterone, growth hormone and insulin-like growth factor (IGF-1)—which are used to repair muscle fibers damaged during exercise. This helps the muscle fibers to become thicker and capable of generating higher levels of force.”

2. She Loves Watermelon

Cohen makes sure to eat healthy. She shared some of her favorite foods in this Instagram post. One thing she is seen enjoying is a plate of watermelon. The Cleveland Clinic states that watermelon has a lot of benefits. “It has 170 milligrams of potassium, an essential mineral that supports nerve and muscle function, and the fluid balance in your body. And in addition to vitamin C, it contains good amounts of vitamin A.”

3. She Loves Pineapple

Cohen is also seen enjoying pineapple in her Instagram post. The Cleveland Clinic states that the fruit has a lot of benefits. “You’ll get about one-third of your recommended daily amount of vitamin C, which aids in tissue growth and repair. Vitamin C helps boost your immune system and may also help fight cancer, heart disease and arthritis.”

4. She Loves Cottage Cheese

Cohen is also seen enjoying cottage cheese in her Instagram video. Cottage cheese has a lot of benefits. The Cleveland Clinic says, “As a dairy product, cottage cheese is a great calcium source, which is important for bone health. Having healthier bones makes you less likely to get osteoporosis (weak bones). Cottage cheese in your diet can even help with your blood sugar levels.”

5. She Shows Up For Herself

Cohen is all about showing up for herself. She talked about this in the caption of this Instagram post. “Nothing and no one surprises me. I expect nothing from people — I strive to learn from my experiences in life and to still hold my head high, when I know some people in my life have really enjoyed hurting me. Living with my eyes wide open has helped me practice how to be kind, without kindness given to me. What does this have to do with me in a bikini by the pool? It doesn’t really. Not only do I show up for myself physically on my worst day, but I try and embody what it’s like to be a real person in this life. Whether that’s portrayed, or not, I try. I try with everything I do.”
